Nice rooms and clean, friendliness and helpfulness from all the staff. Excellent location, served by multiple means of transport, within a few hundred meters there are all services.

We booked a family room on New Year's Eve, and it was a great room for the four of us. Free parking is available. The receptionist and other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Well located next to the metro. Friendly staff. Clean hotels. I recommend it👍😁😘

Have stayed here a couple of times now when in Milan. Competitive prices when I booked and the rooms were clean and tidy.

As standard an Ibis hotel as can be. Everything is ok, you get what you expect. Like everywhere — no fridge, no normal cups, no tea pot. But very attentive staff.

I had a one night stay, apartment was ample, extra room and kitchen very handy! The water smelled a bit in the shower that's the only thing and minus one star.

We enjoyed our stay. We slept well. There weren't any problems. Big balconies, big bathrooms with a bidet. A cozy kitchen. A nice service. Thank you.

It was a pleasure to have all our questions answered in a minimum of time.

Everything went super well for us. The room was clean when we arrived and they cleaned everyday. They also provided us with fresh towels each day. The staff was always really kind and willing to help.

I have picked this place as the cheapest single room available in the city, and I believe I got my money's worth.

Lovely hotel. Rooms nice, clean and comfortable with everything you need. Pool nice but lots of restrictions on use such as cap, sunglasses can’t be worn etc.

We had a wonderful time at Novotel during an international training course. We lived in the neighbouring hotel Ibis, but had our meals at Novotel.

Excellent stay with Angela and Family. The room is so comfortable and there are so much to eat for breakfast. They always offer more for you and are extremely friendly.

I'm giving this five star to the one nice and cozy guest house that I have ever been. The room and service was clean tidy and fresh.

The apartment was so clean and lovely. Everything you would want and use. Local shops close by and bus stop a few feet away. Very quiet area.

A really lovely place, close to the metro station, lots of places around for food and shopping, you can even walk to the city centre if you like to walk.

The staff at 15 Quindici could not have been more helpful. Prior to check in they were fully informative over text and this made the whole check in process so smooth.
