Great place and great breakfast. Overall great value and service.

Good and helpful reception. Good BF. Nice and clean rooms. They have nice apartment.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to a subway station (line 2) and right next to two useful tram lines (10 and 14), making access to the rest of the city easy. It's also very close to the navigli area, which offers a lot of restaurants and pleasant walks along the canals. I've stayed in the hotel before and the rooms are comfortable and functional, if not very big. This time I stayed in an apartment, which was extremely spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'll be back again.

Quiet, the environment is good beside the park. The transportation is very convenient to go out is the bus tram subway random choice. Half an hour's walk to the Cathedral of Milan.

There is little to say. Mercure is Mercure. Worth it.

Great for a business break or a quick lunch without depriving yourself of the pleasant taste of a complex dish full of attention and passion.

Experienced a few years ago. Manicured and simple rooms and common areas. Nice breakfast setting and hearty breakfast buffet, maybe a little pricey but definitely to do if you want to then have a light snack at lunch or skip straight to dinner.

Great for a quick lunch but out of the noise and confusion of the other places in the area.

I have been eating at this hotel on lunch break, great food at prices more than honest. Better to make the menu first and second views the portions not exaggerated (all at 12 euros)

Near the center. Two kilometers to Duomo di Milano and a half to the train station. For Italy a normal breakfast, although still meager and better than paying for breakfast to go out and have a cup of coffee at the nearest café. The room is small and noisy enough. The hotel itself is as it seemed to me in a residential building. There is nowhere to put the car, but you can order a parking in the hotel. In general, from the hotel four stars and such money expect more.

Good value for money for a business stay. Not too central, but great area for any dinners.

Good location and tasty breakfast. Staff is also very nice, but that is about all you get. The rooms could do with a renovation — my shower flooded the entire bathroom if I spent more than 5 minutes showering, the plug in the bidet could not be opened so had to leave standing water in it all week, the power was hard to turn on because the keycard wouldn’t work properly, the minibar fridge didn’t work (no cooling), the TV is very hard to use and the channel selection is very poor, no iron/ironing board available. Also, the bar opens late and you cannot get a drink before 6.30 (its a hotel and guests would like to grab a drink after a long day at work). Generally the hotel seems like it was converted from an old residential building so the room layout can be very weird. My bed was in an ‘inlet’ with walls on 3 sides so I was cramped and it was hard to get comfortable (had to lay diagonally across the bed) — I can’t imagine how a taller person could sleep in such a bed. Maybe I was just not very lucky with the room but my friends who were staying at the same hotel had similar experiences so it seems the quality is generally a bit poor.

The hotel is two stars at most. My "executive" room was supposed to be non-smoking, in the middle of the night I woke up suffocating because the ventilation system pushed a cigarette smoke to my room from another. I got trapped in the shower, triggered the "alarm" and NO ONE, literally no one showed up to rescue me. I had to breake out, risking my health as the shower door is glass. When I called the reception the lady just acknowledged that "oh yea, I see that there was an alarm, I'll send the maintnance team". The room was in desperate need of a paint job, the television channels listed were not the ones accessible via the TV unit (only Soul POP among the music channels). The window curtains had visible black stains. I would never visit this place with a family or for a romantic weekend. I stayed three nights for a business trip, but two of my other colleagues were equally disappointed. HOWEVER — even though the hotel is very run down, I have to say that the staff is friendly. I would expect that at a 4 stars the receptionists will be at least fluent in English, which was not the case.

Comfortable room with kettle, TV, Wi-Fi plus they have responsive and courteous staff. Loved it.

Conveniently located nearby porta Genova, which is no more than 10 minutes walk, this hotel has all the comfort you need for a great starting in Milan. Haven't gone for a 5 stars just because I had to walk downstairs to ask for a second set of towels, which was in fact in the wardrobe Shaggy, but that it could have been positioned on the bed since they knew we were a couple coming around.

I was exclusively at the restaurant for a brunch the hotel lobby was very well furnished and with Free Wi-Fi.

Clean. Good Wi-Fi. Totally no problems staying here for the night. That being said, breakfast wasn't included in the price. It was decent.

Fair experience at Mercure Solari. The hotel is close by the “Navigli” area, thus convenient to get in and out with public transport and close to one of Milan best nightlife area. The facility is well kept, and it feels more like being in apartments rather than in a hotel. Cannot report any particular detail that was too bad or too good. The staff was very nice and able to suggest really good restaurants where to dine.

Prima hotel, achieving very well by public transport. Even during trade fairs affordable.

Catastrophic experience with this hotel.
Telephone reception hateful for a change is not taken into account + home on-site request cold and unfriendly.
Result: obligation to book 1 night in another hotel + 2 nights paid for one night on the spot (I guess they have rebooked the room! )
My worst experience in an Accor Hotel (I am a Member Club Accor) for 30 years.

Good location, safe, rooms could be bigger.

One of the worst Mercure I visit. Limited choice for the breakfast, like a 2/3 stars hotel. Employee at the office wasn't the best polite men. Room was nice but need to hide more the noise from other rooms. Only good point is the location and the price.
