  — From 3:00 to 10:00 PM, with the possibility of picking up the keys at the Welcome Points from 12:00 PM.

  — Check-in for arrivals from 10:00 to 12:00 PM must be arranged and confirmed in advance and is subject to a surcharge of EUR 30.00.

  — Check-in after 12:00 AM is subject to limited availability, therefore it must be confirmed in advance and is subject to a surcharge of EUR 50.00.

  Key collection:

  1. From 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at our welcome point stazione centrale with access to the apartment from 3:00 PM. We are inside the Milano Centrale railway station, on middle floor between platform floor and ground floor.

  2. From 3:00 to 9:00 PM directly at the apartment after taking an appointment with our Customer Service. Remember that the apartment is inside a private building, so as not to disturb the neighbors we will wait outside the building. In case of delay please warn us.
