visited the House late in the evening day 1, we alerted with a message the consultant to be very interested in the era itself, and you want to pass to the Office to sign the contract. Not being available the next day they give me an appointment for the next day (day3). Sure going to sign the contract on the morning of day 3 I am advised that the apartment was sold to others. The consultant could at least warn me and somehow I would have taken steps to stop the apartment immediately, I thought a date/word was still something, at least for a period of 24 hours.
