Hotel Vintage Milano Centrale Hotel

It's a fun place. Reserved on the first night and 2 last nights stay in Milan. It turned out very not beautiful, when twice phoned and confirming that everything is good, on arrival, we heard that there are no places. We were sent to the hostel promising that the next night we would have a room (the hotel is in a very convenient location from the train station). The next day no one expected us and all promises were forgotten. The number we received as a result. But the sediment is not pleasant.

Poor service, I do not recommend or you can spend the night on street. I booked to go at 20 o'clock, but there the receptionist said the check-in was closed 18:30 and were no free rooms. I have to pay another hotel. not recommend.

Pizza If you don't have big claims… it's fine with the price. Big room with the children's room to entertain. The staff is very friendly and attentive to children.

Absolutely not recommended. Rooms barely larger than a storage room and dirty. The only plus point is location right at the station.

Room booked with bathroom without getting. The whole room is 5sqm in size. Location right next to the Banhof.

If I could I wouldn't give a star either. Place where the bad manners reigns supreme. Staff was very helpful Booked 2 weeks before and just arrived they didn't even have the room and they wanted to move me to another place. Discouraged.

In the room on our arrival (an hour on delay compared to check in) we find 2 Moroccan workers who are finishing to paint and grind. Leaving us to a night of dust and smells of paint to ruin his throat. Floor incredibly dancer, the fear as well as to dash in the downstairs, is to be in the room the people upstairs. Internal scales from horror movies. Do not stop.

I was in this hotel last night. Small and very clean double room. Staff very helpful and kind but loud loud at night at 4am in the hotel. 2 stars for the kindness of the staff and the proximity to the central station.

Not even worth one star to be precise! Ive bookey stay on the go travelling from Florence to Milan! The guy from the reception called twice to ask what time I will be arriving. At the door I called him back just to hear that my reservation is canceled, check in is not possible, your card did not work when we talked about using an alternative form on payment on the phone! Customer service does not exist, you are beinv kicked out for no reason. Customee is never right for this hostel! I just wanted to stay for dew hours amd instead they did not even bother to open the door! Thank god my payment did not go through! Horrible! — 10

Avoid this crappy place. We arrived an hour after check in times (14:00-19:00) which is ridiculous! They make us pay extra 10€ per person Plus the 47€ for the room! The place was old, smelly and dirty. Shower was full of mould and the door was broken ending up with water all over the bathroom. Disgusting toilet, tiles and basically everywhere. We couldn't wait to leave the "hotel". The guy in reception was rude. Our room was next to the reception and very early in the morning the phone was ringing and the recepcionist was talking loudly. I heard few people complaining about the rooms willing to leave the hotel. All of this in 1 night stay. Do not make same mistake as I did!

Abbiamo pagato 20 euro in più per aver fatto il check in dopo le 19, quando sulla sezione "richieste speciali" di booking era specificato l'arrivo tra le 22 e 23. Evitare come la peste. We paid 20 euros extra because we did the check in after 19:00, while on the "special requests" sections of Booking it was specified our arrival would've been between 22 and 23. Avoid like the plague.

This is not a hotel. It is a scam/hell hole! The site says you can check-in after 7 pm if you call them but it is a lie. We called in advance and they said there would be no-one there. Our flight got delayed and we missed the check-in (7 pm). When we got to the hotel they said they had given our room away even when we had payed beforehand and booked a room for three nights. When we asked for an explanation the man at the "reception" said: " it's all marketing. This is not a nice place if you can't check in late". If we would have wanted to stay at this horrible place we would have needed to pay again the full price. We didn't want to give them any more of our money. And it goes without saying we didn't get anything back. We ended up in hostel which by the sound of these reviews may have been for the best. Would give zero stars if possible.

Decent hotel with modest but renovated rooms. Recommended for those who want to spend little but settle decently.

Stay away from these liars. Worst place I've stay in my short life. €10 extra cause I arrive 10min after check-in time. We asked​ for a room with bathroom, which wasn't available. Rooms are super small and smell bad.

Do not go there. No reception. Got stuck one hour outside (at 12 a m). Room very cold and we fixed the bathroom for them (since no one is there). Nobody answers the phone as well. Total disaster.

Last night from 18 to 19 march, my girlfriend and I had a reservation Milano Vintage. A paid reservation that we could not make effective because the watchman of the night did not allow us to access. We could not believe what was happening. Of night, with little money, we were without accommodation in an unfamiliar city. The surly night watchman told us that the reservation is set to the condition that the entry to the establishment must occur prior to the six-and-a-half in the afternoon. It is a very rare condition for a hotel public. It is true that we did not see that condition, among other things, because it is hidden in small print and not easy to be fixed on it. And outside we stood in the street and the night watchman did not matter in the slightest. I think that in addition to bad for the hotel business are, quite simply, a bad person. Avoid you this place.

I would have liked to note the place if I had had the opportunity to enter it.
After booking a room 3 weeks in advance, we ended up outside in the middle of the night in Milan. What for? You had to arrive before 6:30 for the "Check in". So we could not sleep there and so had to find another hotel that sealed our budget for the weekend.
Aside from the fact that it is thieves, the place does rst really pad welcoming…

A star only because otherwise I could not describe what I found when I had to spend the night. Let's start with the check in time, which, in any hotel or B&B I have booked so far, could enter, to rest from the trip, at 14.30 hours, in comparison to the other, already to the 11, make you ready in the room. I have to say that I don't even have stayed overnight, view the conditions in which were small rooms. The price was skating, but not meant, of course, to find a tiny room, no TV, no Wi-Fi, shower where they went not even the most lean of the world, full of cigarette smoke and ashtrays full of cigarette butts, I asked for a double bed and they gave me two beds, the mattresses with the sheets used, it was full of dirty tissues consummation of sex. In that moment I felt as if you were to go into a room for prostitution. I recommend, that there be in the mind of the book, because, in addition to make you see in the photo of their advertising of the hotel, the rooms beautiful, they claim the advance payment. Luckily I came into the room before paying. I turned back and went away, saying to him as well, (since I booked through booking without refund past that day), don't dare to let me pay the penalty, but they were immediately SHOP. Stayed there overnight, the room was ok. But there was a bit of a strong scent, probably the detergent they used. The reception was very helpful and accommodating with us. Even though we checked in around 7PM on Christmas. The door was thin and we could hear the reception area all the time we were there.

Not a star. Dirty Place, we had made the reservation in advance, we had been paid 10 euros for having to do the cheking at night (we had sent an email that they have never answered) we have called and talked twice with the staff. The Na night we arrived (we had even talked about two hours) did not want to attend, after much talking and asking, and of many calls we were appointed a quarto in a building in front of the dirty "hotel" no, the following! The filthy building, full of rubbish in the hallways. I've been deceived, this place doesn't deserve to even be on a list of hotels. It's disgusting! Embarrassing!

The manager of the "accommodation" very rude. (str. Zo)! I book 3 days in advance to the overnight stay. In the notes specific to my check-in until 22:00 as on the website of the Milan Vintage specifies that after the ceck-in at 19:00 there is a supplement to pay. Ok! I call the day before the stay to ask how much is the charge. They tell me to call the next day and speak with the manager to know how much it costs to the supplement. I call the afternoon of the day after (the day that I had to spend the night) the manager in malomodo tells me that after 19:00 I could not enter because the check-in closes, and then I had to arrange to go elsewhere. I Call. Claim the assistance of booking and they very kindly find me another hotel near the station: HOTEL CENTRAL (via Zuretti 46, Milan central station, 20125) for 10 min. Walk from the station. Very large Hotel. The same price of the room. Large and clean. Reception very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is acceptable. Friendly staff and great location.

Hostel completely renovated from days ago. They speak English and Italian, at 3-4 min walk from the central Station and a pizzeria in front of the hostel. Pretty clean. He doesn't have a TV but he's heating. Good to spend 3-4 nights with friends.

If there was the possibility of assessing this accommodation with zero stars I would, but I'll put a star. Dirty rooms, starting from the beds, and some outlets were not working, we have not had a shower for fear of contracting diseases, room messy (a fan, a half destroyed above a closet), noise at night and no one controlled them. Ok, the price was low but there was a minimum of maintenance, however. The pross… no.

The worst lodging in the world! They left Me without room having reservation and on top the treatment of the staff was horrible, aggressive and threatening. Totally unadvisable.

The WORST place EVER! Dirty and smelly, most of the things in the room were broken (including the bed! ). We had booked a room with toilets but since we arrived 30 minutes later than the check in time (which is at 18:30! ), the guy who manages the place gave our room away and left us in a room without toilet! There was a sharing toilet, dirty and smelly, where I also found the same manager peeing! And when we argued with the guy about the terrible conditions, he simply replied that we could have left but anyway he would have kept the all money! That place shouldn't be called "hotel"! I have been in hostels much nicer and cheaper! AND the manager is the rudest person that I have never met! DON'T GO THERE! For the same price you can easily find something better!
