We recently visited Milan, unfortunately we were pickpocketed on our first day, we were staying in the Hilton Milan and I have to say the staff were most helpful and attentive to us on hearing our news. The hotel was very clean, rooms were excellent also, most helpful was the Manager Blake who was so nice to us at Breakfast everyday also the staff at breakfast were wonderful. Will definitely be back and will stay here again. Well done Blake and your wonderful staff, see you all soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. One of the front desk lady, Ms Laura went the extra mile to book for us a very good restaurant for our Christmas Eve dinner with friends where most restaurants are closed for the the holidays.

We had an amazing time at your property this past weekend. Special shout to staff for making us feel at home. Super attentive, personal, and go the extra mile! Close to Milano Centrale. Very good for those who travel on and off the trains. Quiet spacious room. Very comfy a large king sized bed. Breakfast was superb — variety of choices. Btw, it's not that close to the main attractions neither the bar and restaurants near by — but the bar of the hotel is lovely too! :-)

Great location, right next to Milano Centrale. Room was cozy, but this is Europe. I was able to find street parking just a block away. Breakfast and lounge had solid choices. Staff was very helpful. Overall had a great time.

Pretty standard business hotel. You know what to expect. Nice breakfast spread, very close to the train station. Nearby options to eat or drink but it is a longish walk to the historic center.

Reception unhelpful, room air condition stuck on 18 C for 4 days unable to turn off, Shower goes from very hot to cold, restaurant expensive, reception takes Euro 300 out of account without telling you, location very poor, a long way to city centre. Would never recommend or ever stay here again.

Just what you want at the end of a long transatlantic flight or right before you return. Big, American style rooms with good air conditioning and amenities. The staff here was highly professional and friendly. We indulged in the Happy Hour aperitif and had a good time. This hotel is very convenient to the central train station for easy airport access and the subway to go to local sights.

The thing that impressed me the most was the variety of breakfast foods, there was even a full-blown Chinese meal, soy noodles with vegetables, steamed ravioli, spring rolls, boiled eggs in tea!

Very expensive breakfast (from 19 to 29 euros depending on when you book) but objectively top absolute.
Courtesy? Let's say that the egg chef, in a clear state of ill humor, came out with a "porca p * * * * * a" in front of the guests and managed with rudeness a poor customer who simply asked him two eggs: rude gestures and expression really unacceptable for A place like this.

The Hilton Milan has very spacious rooms with large and very comfortable beds. My room had a balcony which was a plus. Also it serves a very good breakfast as you would expect from a Hilton. Reception at the front desk by Valentina was quick and pleasant. There was a little discussion whether Hilton Honors Gold members should be entitled to Club Lounge access or not — in the end I did make it to the Lounge and it was pretty good, also with an outdoor seating and good nibbles and wine making for a light evening meal. The lobby has been refurbished a few years ago and is quite modern, with Aperitivo Bar Concept45 as the highlight. Here they serve for 10 euros a sizeable drink with six different warm and cold nibbles, quite a good deal.

Do something with the bathrooms, the shower is terrible, the old tile, looks not at the level of 4 *. The rest is fine.

Wonderful hotel on an amazing location really in the middle of Milan, close to the main railway station. Very good service and very friendly staff. We had a nice room on the front of the hotel with a beautiful view of the city. The restaurant down next to the lobby was superb. Really a big compliment for the waiters also. The food was really great, but also the waiters were very clever and really payed attention to the details. Big compliments to Hilton Milan.

I was hoping there was a spa. Unfortunately they cater for only the business people. However the staff are very pleasant and always willing to assist especially the front desk staff. Very pleasant stay the hotel is clean and I recommend. Charine.

Capucino 5 euro, it's really expensive. There are not many hotels that need to charge a deposit other than housing fees. City tax Urban Tax one person a night 5 euro. There are too many expensive than Spain and other countries.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great place. The breakfast at will is tasty. 4 stars because the gym was closed when I was there.

The check-in process was not good. One person working while another seemed to scurry back and forth for something. It took much longer than it should. The room was large though it needed updating and a thorough steam cleaning. The carpet had seem better days. There is a safe in the room which didn't work and when we called to have it fixed they took care of it. The person who fixed it reeked of smoke. As a Hilton Honors diamond member we were granted access to the Executive lounge. It was great, stocked with goodies and the service was excellent. The concierge, who was working when we checked in, was not pleasant. We asked about parking and he gave directions to the parking (which is not owned/managed by the Hilton) very quickly. When we repeated it back he gave a frustrated look and gave us a map and wrote it out. Overall a less than positive experience for the Hilton brand.

Quite a good hotel in a very central location. The city centre is within easy walking distance. Elegant design in the lobby, which is partly reflected in the rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms are not quite as modern as the lobby promises. The public garage is excessive with €23 per night and whether Wi-Fi still has to cost 14. €50/24h is rather questionable. The restaurant is a bit expensive but modern, tasty and recommended for the first evening after a long journey.

Great service from the staff. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to train station and so to all metro service. In any case from hotel to city center it is only a 30 minutes walk. Guest rooms are great and breakfast too is very generous with very kind staff.

Very good location if traveling to or from Milan Central train station. The front desk staff was also fluent in the English language which made check-in/check-out very easy. However, I would be unhappy if staying more than one night at this property. The hotel provided a very small room with the most basic furnishings. For example, the room had a single towel for two people and no wash cloths. As a frequent Hilton traveler I had higher expectations for a Hilton property.

Just great even with a room not particularly large.
The breakfast is inevitable, rich, varied and of excellent quality.
The kindness and the diligence of the staff are the standard to which the customers become accustomed.
The proximity to the Central station and the offices of the Lombardy region also make it an excellent logistic choice, for the Metro you can choose several stops all more or less next.
The restaurant service in the room is not exactly cheap but this is not a surprise for hotel in this category.

Very close to the central station, exiting the same just go right for about 300 meters. Very nice hotel, perfectly soundproof, room not very wide but really cozy, very friendly staff, I did not give the highest marks for the fact that there is no shower but the bathtub with shower function. Wi-Fi is free of charge. In the room there is a minibar, kettle, safe, iron, everything you need for the bathroom, radio alarm clock, flat screen TV.

We went there just for dinner. It was late (11pm) and the kitchens closed. But we were very well received and served a meal which is very good. The place is very neat and the staff friendly.

Overall a nice experience that you would expect from Hilton. The restaurant Concept 45has a good happy hour and a good dinner option. You will not be disappointed. I'd stay there again.

Modern hotel located 5 minutes from Milano Centrale train station. Nice rooms. Sumptuous breakfast, even with an oriental food corner. Friendly staffs. They were kind enough to store luggage for me for a couple of hours even when I was not currently staying there. The only thing is that during the summer they often have a band playing outdoor which can be noisy if your rooms are on same side.

Absolutely wonderful staff, the hotel is beautiful. The accommodations are spectacular. The rooms are great, well kept and modern. I loved staying here while touring Milan.

After checking in online the day before and arriving at around 10 am the day of check in I am quite sure the hotel knew I was coming. I arrived early and was greeted well, confirmed my confirmation and knowing that I was a good few hours early I asked if my bags could be looked after until I returned later to check in. I returned around 3.30 pm to be told my room was not ready and that I should go to the lounge and wait there for further instruction. After over an hour in the lounge I went to ask the attendant working there, she told me that there is nothing they can do and that I needed to go back to reception to inquire. After returning to the reception I was told my room was still not ready (2 hours after my room should have been available). I started to explain this was unacceptable when I was cut off, a lady came out and said "here you take another room, its the same". Her tone came across as if I had done something wrong. There was no apology, upon checking out I was offered a late check out after complaining. I could not accept as I had a flight. After providing feedback I was initially contacted by the manager of the hotel who apologized and offered me some points to make up for this. I never received the points and I replied to this manager several times with no feedback. I have always tried to stay with Hilton as I find their hotels excellent. I recently stayed with them in Rome and it was as usual, amazing.

I tried checking online for the first time with their hilton app. I was a bit apprehensive as my Reservation was for 3 adults but the app can only choose 1 king executive room for us. I still went ahead with the check in online thinking I can change my room when I get to the hotel. I was very surprise that when I took my keys in the reception area from Ms Alexandria she confirmed to me that my extra bed is already set up in my room. I am very impressed with the hotels initiative and pro activeness of my needs。 I have been to a lot of hotels and I have never arrived with a pre set up bed in my room. I would usually ask for it before it get set up. Truly impressed.

Very conveniently located near Milan Centrale. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is a must-have if you like a nice early meal. Enjoyed the honey comb and mung bean noodle with shrimp and fragrant mushroom. Wifi is limited to three devices per room and is not always reliable on connection.

Rooms are nice. The bathrooms are a bit outdated. The staff is really nice and service is good. Breakfast is good. But the ambiance of the bar/restaurant is not inviting compared to the local restaurants.

Refurbished king deluxe room on the 4th floor. Very impressed. Very close to metro and centrale train station and some nice restaurants nearby. Good recommendation by the concierge. Bar prices a little bit expensive but not over the top comparable to the rest of the city in general. Really enjoyable stay.

Location is prefect if you are visiting milan since its walking distance from Milan central station. Breakfast was very good with lot of options. Rooms were clean. Staff could have been a bit more friendlier hence deducting one star.

Had the most wonderful experience in the Hilton, Milan. The food was fantastic, the Staff were super, courteous, respectful and ever smiling. As a Hilton and the price that was paid, it was OK. Needed to use the business centre for work and it was just to the side of reception. It was like an outdoor setting feel using out door furniture. A bit different to say the least.

Terrible settlement passed! Arrived at the hotel at 3 pm, the room is not ready, resepšionistka just turned said nothing, went to chat with Italian girlfriend. Half an hour later, after our vomutitel′nogo question: what, exactly, is the problem? Without apology sent to walk, vowing to put the luggage in the room. In the evening, asked the room key, very rudely sent stand public queue. Cancelled not 199 euro, as it is written in, and always ready to 248.90, for that is not clear. Absolute disappointment in Hilton Milan!

Absolutely awesome Hilton Staff that welcomes you and family to Milan. Great hotel room for a family of three. The restaurant served an excellent meal with top notch service. The location worked well for us as we were only in town for a few days on a longer tour through Italy. Valentina from the Hilton staff went the extra distance in remembering my wife's birthday. Will definitely make this another stop during future visits to Milan.

Really disappointed about the room and the service received Not happy at all about the room (Deluxe King Size room) and the service (standard) : I let you to judge. Just pay attention: in this 4 star hotel it's like in a Motel — — > standard is no breakfast included. Extra costs = 29 euro per person. 1) the room is very small, same as the bathroom. It's not at all a Deluxe King Size room. It looks more like a standard room where a king size bed have been placed in. There is no "luxury" and there is nothing "king size", a part the bed. Bed is comfortable and adequate, not all the parts of the room. 2) the towels have been not all clean. On one we have easily seen a long black hair, pretty well visible. 3) the bidet it's not stable and fixed correctly to the floor. It moves when it's used. This can be also a potential safety issue. 4) at the check-in end, when I have asked the breakfast time before going in the room, the receptionist told us that the breakfast was not included. After few seconds of surprise, we have checked together on my reservation and it's not indicated "breakfast not included". I have checked on internet too, with same result. The receptionist told us that it's a Hilton standard to have no breakfast included, so when it's included it's an exception, and it's written clearly on the reservation "breakfast included".

5*hotel Hilton prosel v roce 2014 rekobstrukci interieru, vse je krasne, ciste a luxusni. Prostoryjsou grandiozni. Cenove neskutecne predrazene. Sluzby luxusni, avsak nekrestansky drahe. Wifi je jen na recepci zdarma. Jinak se na pokoji plati, stejne tak jako televize. Minibar je placen I kdyz si do nej neco vlozite, jako do lednicky. Zdarma dostanete mydla, caj a kavu, botky, zupan atd.

Note I would like to inform you that this hotel has a great location as it's very close to the central station. Has well appointed rooms and great televisions as we can find so many channels in all languages of the world. However the bathroom has something wrong, first you have to tell cha shower isn't easy. But very complex! But the worst thing is that my bathroom smelt of sewage! Please solve the problem … Thank you.

Room, staff very rude, smell smoke in the rooms. They charged me fees for room services never requested. In the morning the cleaners cleaning other rooms make so much noise that you can't sleep. You pay so much for a non-existent service. To be avoided.

This is one of the best Hilton hotels there is. I keep coming back to this hotel. It is ace. Located close to the central station it makes exploring Milan easy. Many hotels in Milan with many stars actually deserve less stars. This one deserves all and more. Rooms are super comfortable and have all you need. The breakfast is really good. And. One thing that also makes this an amazing choice is its staff. Well trained and nice! They look like they really like working there. This makes me think this is also a good employer. Can't wait for my next stay in a few weeks from now.

Me and boyfriend stayed at this amazing hotel for 3 days. We had an executive room with executive lounge access. The hotel is located just opposite the central station, so it was easy for us to visit some of the most beautiful Milan attractions. We visited the Sforzesco Castle, which was a great experience. Staff made our stay memorable with their helpful service. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. We had a great welcome by the staff. Rooms were clean and well maintained, with comfortable beds. They were also quiet, so we could get some nice rest and relax. We were treated incredibly well. We will definitely stay there again.

I had stayed in this hotel before so knew what to expect. It is a good quality business-class hotel. It was well organised and friendly. It is located near Centrale station which is where the buses to Malpensa Airport go from.

The hotel was very nice and the room a good size. We upgraded to the executive level which provided a nice happy hour gathering. A nice breakfast buffet was included. Everything you would expect from a Hilton in a major city. No complaints at all about the hotel.

Wonderful stay. While other hilton's we've stayed at have better individual things: a superior cappucino, or lounge, or room, this hotel has been across the board one of the best we've stayed at. The service has been wonderful, made to order breakfasts (you just need to ask), helpful information at the concierge, good recommendations for local places and things to do. We left early for the airport and they packed a box of breakfast pastries at our request for the train. The buffet was wonderful, the lounge has an outdoor patio where you can sit above the city in the sun. By far my favorite Hilton in a city (not resort).

I've traveled all over the US and Europe and have stayed in many hotels of different star ratings and I have had one of the most unpleasent experience here recently. The non smoking room was fill with smell of smoke, appreantly from another roon through a vent. I ordered 23 Euro dish of Sea bass which came with nothing but two pieces of grilled fish, no rice or veggies on the plate. I payed another 8 Euros for a side plate of veggies which looked old. The internet per 24 hours were 27Euros (the highest I've seen anywhere),. 35 cent per minute at the business center. 24 Euro breakfast buffet was cold, dry and tasteless. And 4Euros for a cup of coffee in the lobby bar. When I mentioned my displeasure at check out, nothing was done other than simple "sorry". The property is basic at best, at these prices I expected far better quality food and service which neither was delivered. I would not return and would recommend others to avoid this Hilton.
