Good style to the hotel. Art Deco. Room was nice. Air con could be better. Bed nice and firm. Problem with adapters for plug sockets. That catered to UK adapters! Safe in room. Breakfast was very poor.

If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIRᴀven. Com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! I had not problems at all. It was a wonderful stay. We were even allowed to leave our bags after checking out at no extra cost. The location was perfect, right next to the central station, with a cat cafe just as close. Be sure to check it out, what more can I say!?

Nice big room, delicious breakfast, perfect location. Only negative was that air flow in the room was not adequate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. €4 euro bus/train/tram 24hr pass was a great way to get around Milan.

A very nice hotel located 200 meters from the central station of Milan and the Metro station which is very convenient for travel, the rooms are clean, large (there are also smoking rooms).
The only downside is the breakfast which can be much better.

It's a great hotel. Great breakfasts. It is 300 meters from the station. And three and a half km from the main square. Good clean rooms. I want to go back to it.

Close to the central station and the Lima Metro stop. Welcome and professionalism at the top. In the bathroom The presence of the Welcome kit saved me. The hairdryer on the wall is to be replaced, for those who have so many hair like me is obsolete.

A Hotel of old times, now rather worn but that highlights the splendour of the past with precious marbles and luxurious furnishings. It is worth if you find a room under the 100 euros and you want to stay near the central station.

Conference Room not at the height to support a business course: lack of sockets at the tables, small projector for the distance between screen and last rows. Adequate Coffee break.

Great Hotel… I can't say anything about the rooms I was only there for a course in the conference room but the room with floors I think marble was gorgeous.

Excellent location; Facilities and breakfast and the people of the hotel. A block and a half from the central train station but it is beautiful area with nightlife.

Classic style but has signs of aging. I would stay here again, it was a convenient location for where I was going and it was really clean. The only thing I don't like is the top bed cover that probably never gets washed and is dirty despite looking clean. I really prefer when hotels wrap a comforter in two sheets. It looks cleaner, is cleaner and the bed is more inviting.

Love this old hotel right next to the train station have stayed there three times very nice.

Excellent position close to"Stazione Centrale", the hotel is good looking and high class. However, the room had old style and there was no Siemens plug. Breakfast service was slow and staff coldly kind.

Sala riunione al sesto piano molto confortevole. Riscaldamento in inverno e climatizzatore d' estate adeguati. Bagni puliti. Staff cordiale.

The hotel is in a great location. 2 mins walk to the subway station. I first arrived at the hotel disliking the design, but later noticed the room was beyond clean. Breakfast was decent just like what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Staff were pretty helpful. At this price, this is a great hotel.

Located just 500m away from the Milan Centrale Station, Andreola is a comfortable hotel. For a very nominal cost, the rooms are decently large and very clean. It serves a complimentary cold breakfast and has a formal dining restaurant. I would recommend it for business guests or tourists who are not looking to spend the night at a chain hotel but still want a prime central location.

No big deal. Goalkeeper who takes for granted the heterosexuality of the guests: we are in 2017 and perhaps it would be the case to modernize, in a city that aspires to be European. Nice and clean rooms, big breakfast.

Great location and excellent breakfast included with room rate. Comfortable room and courteous staff. Thermostat in room didn't work properly and shower drained poorly — shower quickly or it overflows!

Fine hotel very close to the center — walking distance of approximately 30 min. We had a nice clean room. The staff was nice and breakfast was fine. We wouldn't consider this a 4 star hotel as advertised.

This is a great place. Big room, very big bathroom. Yes, a little dated, but that made it charming. The marble floors and vanity were very nice.

Close to the train station, well kept. All right, aside from the bedding that could be given to the tastes of the day.

Albergo tranqyillo, comodo per la location vicinissima alla stazione. Pulito, colazione buona, servizio cortese, Camere datate ma funzionali, pulite e ordinate. Unico neo che ho incontrato è il ronzio del contatore nella stanza.

Molto vicino alla stazione ma pulizia e qualità della camera e dei servizi offerti non adeguati per un 4stelle. Ottimo il Wi-Fi.

The room of our meeting was a little bit tiny and not very comfortable. Restroom clean and appropriate. Nice hall and nice meeting by the way.

Beautiful classic hotel, near train and metro station and close to the city center. Nice staff and great bar.

Clean and fresh room. Good breakfast with many options. Very good location close to the central, and close enough to walk to the centre. Friendly staff. The hotel feels high class and high quality. I've only got one complaint, and that is that the Wi-Fi didn't work at all in my stay for 9 nights. I told them about the issue, but it's uncertain if they were unable to fix it or if they forgot about it.

Hotel just a few steps away from Milan's central station, friendly staff, very nice rooms, spacious bathroom and clean, rich and varied breakfast. Don't do the fifth star only for the price, there are other viable alternatives.

It's a very central and nice hotel! Old style but recommended.
