Great facility. Perfect welcome.

I had a booking for March 14-18th and this hotel didn't accept to provide a refund, even though the trips to Italy in that period are forbidden and there is no way for us to go.

The education, the kindness, the spaces are well-maintained and well-cleaned… nothing out of place, and the breakfast buffet outstanding…

Very good hotel close to metro porto del mare evth was perfect it was an enjoyable stay we will come back sometime.

I will recommend the hotel if only for its character as a business type hotel. The hotel has no impressive facade, the room is dark in some areas, has an outdated bathroom, sink area is limited, so much open space like a ballroom but has limited shower area. Front desk is helpful and highly professional, dinning does not serve drinking water, and waiters are not around actually waiting for guests to come. Elevator or lift is dark. Only one room key is available to two or more guests. Closet is not lighted. My rating for this hotel is between 2 and 3 Star.

A hotel located in a great location compared to Milan Rogoredo station, it is reached in a 10-minute walk or with a metro stop; the metro station of the yellow line Porto di Mare is about twenty meters from the exit and is connected directly to the stations Duomo and Central Milan. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. The clean room, with very noisy air conditioner and a single main light emanating from a lamp therefore not very bright, furnished with "classic" furniture. In the bathroom, even if the room is double, you will find towels only for one person, if you want another set you have to open the closet where you will find another set wrapped in plastic and therefore not really well-smelling; having stayed 2 nights I had asked for a double set for the second day but I did not have it, pointing out that I could use that in the closet and that the policy of the hotel was to put only one set to avoid waste. Not very clean corridors (on a wall lamp for the 3 days I passed there remained a huge web). Be careful when booking on booking because not all rooms have breakfast included.

Old hotel pretending to be antique. Rooms very poor, without air conditioning, uncomfortable beds and completely outdated furniture. They have built three floors where only two existed in origin, and therefore the windows have a strange and almost useless shape. We stayed just one night in a very warm May, with no air conditioning and the windows almost impossible to open: worst night I can remember, almost completely sleepless. Then the breakfast. Very nice what you can have. But the options were very limited. Simple things like cheese had an extra charge. Wellness room. They found a new meaning for this word. It was in fact a (small) fitness room with few treadmill and bikes. Location very good. Out of city center but two minutes to metro station.

Not a bad hotel for a business trip. Decor is dated. Food wasn't bad and service was good during evening and breakfast… Although my side was missed but I can let that go. Convenient for metro and trains.

Used for work, easily accessible from Linate, and convenient to go downtown thanks to the metro in the immediate vicinity, comfortable structure with comfortable but somewhat dated rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet a bit gaunt for the category with lots of things for a fee… overall good.

The restaurant is the worst, it took them more than an hour to serve the food. I don't recommend the food either.

Hotel well looked after as the rooms, I ordered dinner at the restaurant, dinner from about 70 euros, the meat and the contour were cold, the location of the room overlooked a busy street by big vehicles and the noise did not 3 stop even at night. I had ordered a room with a king-size bed and smoker but at check in I have given one with double beds so much that I could take a single at the lost end of the AED comfort sought. They told me the Deluxe double smoking rooms only have double beds.
Duration of stay 1gg. Total expenditure between room and service room 180 euro.

My stay at Starhotels was very pleasant and comfortable. Cleanliness, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great breakfast and also the restaurant weblog Eataly. Very kind and ready to meet the needs also to the switchboard. Excellent location, 10 minutes by Metro (yellow) from the Duomo and then the center of the city. I will definitely return to choose it for my stays in Milan.

Nice location very close to metro, slightly tired furniture overall but excellent cleaning service.

When I come to Milan I stay only at the Starhotel Business Palace. The reception is wonderful. The beds are an oasis to rest and from which you really struggle to get down in the morning. The restaurant is impeccably directed by Matthew and Alexander. The food is taken care of in the smallest detail. What else to say. If you pass from Milan it is a must to live the Starhotel experience.

Kind of Old building but we had a very pleasant stay. And the biggest plus. The Free parking on the street.

Great location to visit Milan without staying in the center… Accommodation in excellent triple room with all the services of attention to guests. Very good breakfast Helpful and friendly staff with a special report for Alessandro for his sympathy. Stay to be repeated on the next occasions.

Our stay was simply great! Great rooms, great service, great food! I was in my honey moon and they made a special upgrade for me and my wife, I did not expect that! That was so nice. So I highly recommend it!

I liked a lot the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of products to eat from 6:30 until the 11 rooms on the other side were very large, spacious, comfortable and clean I will return.

A guest of Sky and manpower, I appreciated the elegance of the rooms, silent and modernly furnished. Nice carpets and carpets. I enjoyed the silence in the sleeping areas. Soft bed and cuddly. I have been to this hotel for work and the stay was really admirable. Already arriving on the patio you understand that this is not a low class hotel. The entrance with double glass door and the reception of the goalkeeper in red uniform as in the American films, introduce in a huge room where on one side is the reception. The front office staff is impeccable and kind, like the porters who care to accompany the customer in front of the elevator or in the room. Tipping at this point is a must.
The rooms, at least my and my colleague's, wider than normal and quiet were found comfortable. The bathroom very clean, is equipped with all the comforts and different products supplied, such as disposable slippers (although it is a shame to do so) and the soap for intimate hygiene besides logically to the usual shower vials.
Breakfast is served in a large room and has a wide choice between savory and sweet. Very nice jam and honey in the mini glass jars and not in the usual plastic packaging.
A flaw is the Wi-Fi not included in the price, at least not in the category of room chosen by us: Now the Internet is offered everywhere also on the street and a hotel of this excellence that excludes it to lower the price is not so much to appreciate.
As for the location we are not in the center, rather a bit ' in the suburbs, but the proximity of the yellow Metro allows you to get anywhere in a few minutes.

Unfortunately in room 432 when it rains it is impossible to sleep. It creates a particular dripping and rumorosissimo. Of this hotel I know at least 15 rooms. Even when they unload the water crates at 6.00 They slam them for at least half an hour.

Clean and comfortable Hotel. Full buffet breakfast with local cakes, fruits and hot area.

Hello, Our stay in the hotel was frankly pleasant, the kindness of the staff, the attention to detail and the comfort of the guests is exemplary. We traveled with a 21 month old baby and all the staff tried to find their comfort at all times. The facilities are in perfect condition and at all times offer a very pleasant feeling of comfort. Good hotel, a little remote communicates with Metro M3

Hotel used for business reasons. The rooms need to be renovated. The level of cleanliness is good. The price paid seems to me excessive compared to the quality offered.

Great Hotel as a location. The staff was very helpful Restaurant Borromeo Great for the quality of the food, with very nice and efficient staff. I feel like I'm at home here. It's the third time I've come back very gladly.

Nice hotel, very pleasant stuff and clean rooms. Internet connection is really bad though and the hotel is not very flexible meeting customers special needs. So if it's not a standard hotel service, prepare to take care of everything yourself.

The service and breakfast was good. However, I could manage to make the heating work properly. It was too hot. My room had a very old fashion loom which I was not expecting considering that the pictures on their website shows very new and modern rooms.

Nice functional hotel for a short stay on business. Room was a little too warm. I have not received an email with my bill as advised by check out staff.

Very good value for money. Staff of the hotel very available quiet, clean and not run down as reported by some hotel built probably in an old factory located 3 mn from the Metro with direct line to the DUOMO (7 stations, line 3) only one flat an aperitif below tou T at the Bar. Long wait of the bartender (who at the same time sommelier at the restaurant) drinks served without antipasti and Sprtiz toothless. Plus (icing on the cake) : in front of the long wait I went to warn the warn… who looked for the bartender. On his return, this bartender made me a lecture of morals/strong reproaches… Pity for the quality of the rest!

Nice 4 star hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet with a good choice. Some flaws are the value for money a little low, being very far from the center even if close to the subway, thoughtfulness of prices for any extras. Now in any 4 star hotel The water bottles in the room are free as well as the Wi-Fi, here it was not so.

Although it is a bit out of the way from the city centre it has a metro stop to 1 Street, which leads directly to the center in 10 minutes, the delicious breakfasts, the super friendly and helpful staff, the hotel in general clean, cozy and with a great service of the human staff.

Rooms are big, comfortable, large beds, pillow menu. Bathrooms are also big, towels are clean and soft, amenities on point, good hair dryer. Everything is very clean. Hotel staff is lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is very well sorted, lots and lots of options. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was amazing. Definitely bonus points for the Maitre Alessandro, who works both during breakfast and dinner, who was always very cheerful, polite, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Will be coming back next month. Definitely recommend.

Very nice Staff, great breakfast, room, very unusual, I expected it anyway a little different from how I had read on the booking site but it was more than enough. The area around the hotel is very basic, especially with regard to restaurants and pubs. However, the Duomo of Milan is located at 15 by Metro or bus (200m from the hotel). Would recommend.

Booked two weeks before and paid full share of 115 euros for one night in double for two people. On the day of arrival cause problem with trains we had a delay and instead of arriving in the evening at 20.30 we arrived at 23.30 and although we have advised of the delay (resp. There is no problem whatsoever), we were assigned a smaller room than the booked and with two single beds. In exchange for the mix up they gave us two free drinks at the minibar, but that means they had sold our room booked. We accept the room available and besides being really small it was dirty and we managed to make it change with another equal (always small). Breakfast average while the eggs were not good at all. At the checkout well 10 euros of tourist tax. Not the best of service and comfort. It would be enough so little to be better and give value to those 4 stars that only in the account pay.

Luxury is at the rendezvous in this hotel. The staff are very nice. The rooms are beautiful. We can reproach the distance from the center but the metro is not far;)

Coming regularly until some time ago, I decided to come back for convenience. Unfortunately I found that the prices are definitely increased but the service identical or lower. At check-in I did not propose to join the loyalty program that I have heard proposing to all the guests before and after me (all men, I hope it is a coincidence…). The room and small, the price for the exaggerated breakfast for a very reduced international buffet compared to even just a few months ago and taking into account the basic price of the room. Definitely exaggerated. Big disappointment.

I have been several times on business trip, with other colleagues, we always set normal rooms and, for I don't know what marketing logic, we were always given higher level rooms.
The furniture is a little ' dated, sometimes lacking in maintenance, low light, carpet (which to me not as a guarantee of cleaning), small bathroom with bathtub and shower together, with standard equipment and lighting just enough. Private parking under the hotel at €20 per night!

The room was clean. Check in was easy and fast. The hotel is far away from shops and restaurants. The Price was ok for the accomodation I got. The breakfast had a lot of choices but wasn't that great.

A wonderful hotel a fabulous place especially for the spaces the large living rooms the room for the billiard and that of the piano not to forget the breakfast abundant type All'Americana… easily accessible from the metro and recommended for those who must go in Hospital of San Donato as happened to yours truly… Thank you… Thanks for the availability… We will be back again. Honestly there is something strange there. Rooms are OK. Breakfast too. BUT BE AWARE that they propose an expensive parking, if you don't take it, likely you will get your car with a window broken and all your belongings stolen in the street during the night and the hotel will not care at all, saying it is not their responsibility. It happened for us unfortunately. So just be careful.

The hotel is close to the "Porto di Mare" Stop (Yellow Line), which makes it very well connected to the city. The rooms are spacious, although they resent the passing of time (same goes for the property overall). Bathrooms and rooms always clean and tidy. Staff very knowledgeable and always friendly. If you find it at a good good price is strongly recommended!

Authorised my creditcard through email for business purposes. Still waiting on numerous invoices even after calling and emailing numerous times. They obviously don't understand business.

Not the best hotel in Milan, but it's good for the bars near by and also for good proximity to Metro station and railway.

Very elegant hotel with a classic style, at less than 100m from the subway and easy to reach. There are many car rent services and is a good way to stay near to the city. Prizes seems to be affordable. The congress halls are comfortable and quiet big with a perfect view and sound. The hall is awesome, full of velvet and many places where you can sit and relax.

This hotel is not in a very convenient location and the staff are not very helpful. The breakfast is also mediocre. But the rooms are very well appointed and the bed is very comfortable.

Very affordable 4-star hotel on the outskirts of Milan, but around the corner slung M3 Metro station is a 10 min to the Center, it doesn't get any better.
Very spacious room (for staff), approximately 35 m2, clean, with typical business atmosphere and 'Pillow-Mania' — the right padding for a good night's sleep pick.
The breakfast is complete over also for international relations (and served in Italy, where it already is satisfied if in addition to the coffee more than toast and jam).
The staff has held mediated, personally welcome Buon giorno the impression us with handshake ' room number? ' upon entering the restaurant, homemade Extras etc. Give the feeling of being a VIP guest.
. And the whole thing for 2 x 3 nights to ~ 200 euro, wow.
