Martini Suite

Great custumer care. Excelent breakfast & cappuccino. Cozy and clean room with confortable beds & nice refresh kit. Quiet street, close to bus and metro stations, shops. Free Wi-Fi.
The only downsides are the bathroom and shower cabin, that are too small.
A good place to stay for a short city break in Milano.

Disappointing experience.
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was extremely small, and the bathroom had a strong damp smell. I managed to reduce the odor only by leaving the window open all night and keeping the fan running. The toilet was leaking, and both the shower and the room itself were very cramped.
Soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear conversations from the hallway — and my room was located right next to the elevator, which caused additional noise and made it difficult to rest. For a guest staying five nights, one would expect to be given a more comfortable room, or at least one in a quieter location, rather than right next to the elevator.
The hotel was undergoing renovations, but guests were not informed in advance. Construction work began as early as 7 a. M. Which was quite disruptive. In addition, a very unpleasant odor — similar to garbage and urine — lingered at the entrance of the building for several days without being cleaned.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the hotel will take steps to improve guest comfort in the future.

Very nice staff with great amenities (many towels, shampoos, Q tips, nail file, etc. Free access to cold water and hot coffee, independent access to and from the hotel).
Our bedroom was fine but the bathroom was separated, we had to go through the hallway (it was a private, lockable bathroom though). The only/most glaring thing lacking from the bedroom was effective way to block the sunlight in the morning.
Breakfast was pretty solid, not the best but perfectly presentable. Absolutely everyone in the hotel was incredibly nice and very Italian.
Though I enjoyed it, I can only recommend for shorter trips, as the hotel doesn't look like the type of place I'd want to stay for more than a couple of nights.
