Congratulations to the Mihotel. Staff available and very efficient. Very clean and welcoming rooms. Breakfast is great.

Staff at the reception very nice and welcoming. Meeting room on the small and attic but functional ninth floor.

Very good hotel. Near city centre. We took tram to get from hotel to city centre. Clean big enough for family. Girls in reception were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast. Wasnt big selection but it was enough and tasty my daughter loved pancakes. Had a nice welcoming beverage in the terrace in the evening. Perfect to finish day of sithseeing. As well had free spa facilities. Didnt use it. Will definitely choose for our next stay.

Out of the ordinary but very cared for! It is located in a very lively area of days for offices and schools but relatively dark at night. High profile professional event.

Good environment, very clean and comfortable! The area is not the best (there is little nearby) but very quiet.

I came back after a few months for logistical, did not know of the change management … urlka! L I knew I would be back early. The atmosphere is different. More cozy and clean. Repair and new painting cannot be nn notice.

Under new management the property is improved a lot must try a new restaurant, a refined and very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for couples.

Worst bed I have slept in (or couldn't sleep in) since I stayed in a youth hostel more than a decade ago. Unfortunately there was no other room available. When mentioning this at checkout, it was ignored and the goodbye was a casual "see you next time". There will definitely not be a next time.

Price and good room. Flaw much breakfast. A few tables, a few spaces, and a few foods to eat that often ended with kitchenware. Decent service for the rest.

A better hotels in Lombardy.

A hotel that does not try to please everyone. The choice is clear. It seems that even the walls say to those seeking luxury fashion, pseudo eurofinalizzata kindness, deference, "go elsewhere this place is not for you"
But for those who do not live by Intercontinental appearance is different!
If the clerk smiles at you is just because it's good to see you. If the Barmaid kindly offers you an aperitif, it is not because he wants to increase your revenue but, just to please you. So it costs nothing: MiHotel is ALL INCLUSIVE.
Personally I don't despair if your account have a few extras. That's not the problem. If you feel someone's guest pursuing to provide something for free, you feel very much at home. And it's all so. Free at home.
You don't have to jump off the bed for fear of losing their breakfast: the buffet — rich — waiting for you even if you get late and if you want something that is not there you ask and you arrive with a smile and not with the Bill to sign. The gym, Jacuzzi, steam room have no timetable. In the room there is the exorbitant minibar. Whatever you want is available in the fridge and it costs nothing. Then there are things not seen. The book sharing, you lend a book and if you finish it you can take it away from you:. At the restaurant (strange but very good) there is the table for individuals. Business is just get married and eating alone is sad. Mihotel when I'm in Milan is my home.

I stayed for 10 days in the Hotel Mi. Overall the experience was pleasant with a couple bad things, but more on that later. The Bed was good and the breakfast was always fresh with quite a few choices of meat, breads, rolls and preserves. I had my clothes washed once and the service was excellent and reasonable. Unfortunately things that where not great where a few: — Room was SUPER small and the bathroom tiny. — The main shower head did not work and mentioning it twice did not get anything done. — Air-condition didn't always work and I had at least 3 hot nights without cooling. — Mosquito's are abundant. Aside from the just OK food alone I could not recommend the restaurant of the hotel because of the little biters. (The hotel is close to a small canal that seems to be a breeding ground for them) — Depending on time of day and luck service was SUPER to "Don't bother me right now" As hot as it can be in Milan the Air-condition issue alone would have me possibly reconsider a different Hotel when I have to go back. Not being able to close the door to my bathroom and cramped toilet would pretty much decide the choice for something else.

A good location, quiet, friendly staff, free services, now I sleep longer there than at home. Almost all rooms very comfortable! I would highly recommend.

I put great everywhere, lying! Sure there are hotels with better facilities or where quality and service are the result of a search. Mihotel is not so. It is not comparable to others because it is not a hotel that shares the same goals of others.
Mihotel prepends the customer's comfort in all your economic tornacconto. The thing that makes me feel less at home when you are in a hotel 4 stars is the fact that you have to pay for the air you breathe. The Mihotel you thirsty? They are happy to buy you a drink, for free of course. At the bar like in the room. Would you like to use structures that normally give rise to a charge as a Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, Hi-Fi, garage? The MiHotel doesn't spend a penny more than the room price. This will make life better, you see that the staff, very kind you need for your pleasure not to make sales but, more importantly, you are free to do and take what you want. Everything is very good but with this atmosphere say it is very good no exaggeration.

Non credevo cosi, un bel hotel.
