I dont reccomend because of coronavirus me and my friends cancelled our bookings and they doesnot return our money! It was really awfull! we need to return our money! It is now really dangarous situation! Your hotel needs to think about clients.

Kindness, courtesy and professionalism are not lacking at Uptown Palace. It is a hotel where nothing is missing, all needs are met. The value for money is excellent. The rating can only be excellent.

This is one of the best hotels in Milan. The receptionists are very welcome, good room service, a well assorted bar and delicious delicacies from the restaurant. It's got the best hospitality ever.

I had a very pleasant, though very short, stay at the Uptown Palace. The rooms were well appointed and spacious, and the staff were thoughtful and courteous. We had an early flight, and they made a special point to prepare a vegetarian breakfast for us in time for us to eat and leave for the airport. The airport is also very conveniently located, only 15-20 minutes from the Linate Airport. I hope to visit again soon!

We arrived from Milan Linate Airport that was only 15 minutes away with the cab. This was a very nice hotel with smiling and helpful staff. It is located very central, and for us this was a perfect start point for our daily trips around Milano.

Great location. Rooms are modern and very clean. I don’t like when two beds are pushed together to make a double though. Breakfast was plentiful but found the hot foods a bit bland. If you like to lay by the pool be prepared to get up super early to snag a sunbed as they all had towels on them when we got down for breakfast around 8am so we went down to the beach for 6 euro.

Really a great location (not a 10 min walk to the Duomo) the hotel is full of 4 stars. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful and the rooms (we had 2 superior) were very good and clean. Breakfast was also good and sufficient to recharge for the day.

The receptionist of the name Maurizio very rude I hope they carefully choose who they put as front office because it really is a shameful figure for this fantastic hotel.

Wonderful hotel in the center of Milan, offers all the comforts you need. Clean room with kettle and Nespresso machine, spacious bathroom. International breakfast.

Such a lovely staff and beautiful hotel interior itself. Only one problem we had is that the light in the room would go off and on non stop, as it happened randomly in the middle of the night, which was little spooky! Other than that, breakfast choices (vegan friendly ones) were good. The room was tidy and the view was okay. Unfortunately I can't remember concierges names, but they deserved all of the stars, as they made our arrival very pleasant and made us feel welcome! Thank you Uptown Palace team.

We had a great room with a view to the Duomo from the balcony. The staff were extremely helpful we had several requests for the front desk staff and they did a great job figuring everything out for us! We found it slightly ironic that they played country music at breakfast and dinner. The dinner deserves special mention we had an enjoyable, tasty and very nicely presented dinner in their restaurant.

I wasn't happy with this place at all. They charge an exit tax, pretty much, for your stay, even though it was already paid for in full ahead of time. €5 extra per person per night to be exact. You have to call the front desk anytime you want to change the temperature in the room. Shower was extremely small, too.

4 star price, 0 star service! Extremely rude front desk staff! I am staying here for 3d2n. This is my 2nd day. I would say this is the worst hotel experience ever! Housekeeper came right after I left room for breakfast. (No clean up sign hoisted) On my return after BF, she was off course still cleaning up! I was then forced to go out and hang around in a cold rainy day! So I went down to the lobby and asked the doorman to borrow an umbrella prior to outing, he gave me a really old one that doesn't even work. I gave him back immediately and went straight back to my room to take my own. So glad I bought it along! Since I am leaving tomorrow, I went to the front desk to reserve airport taxi. I asked this young lady how many hours in advance should I arrive the airport so I can have sufficient time to arrange check-in and tax refund? An older lady at front desk stepped into our conversation and answered rudely "It is up to you, we cannot decide for you! We can only tell you check-In time is 2 hrs before departure. For tax refund, we cannot decide for you! We will reserve the car for you, but you have to decide pick up time. " I was pissed at her response, her tone and attitude was rude and disrespectful! I said to her "I am just asking for your recommendation, I am not going to blame you or anything! " She keeps saying " we can not decide for you blah blah blah" with her head shaking… Sounded and looked as if she wants to get into a fight! Reluctantly I said "Fine!

The Uptown Palace in Milan is one of the best hidden gems of the city. This is a modern hotel with 5 Star level of service the rooms are immaculate and modern with all the conveniences needed for leisure or business Travellers. The location is superb walking distance to the Metro and area bistros I highly recommend this lovely gem.

Over all the hotel was nice and well located. One important issue guests travelling by car should be made aware of (and I was disappointed the hotel did not make the effort to provide me with this information) is that since the hotel is located within "Zone C", a fee of 5 euros should be paid either in advance or up to midnight of the next day. Otherwise, you will face heavy fine. So be aware! and ask the hotel for the exact details.

Reserve the room very nice, comfortable beds, comfortable temperature and quiet. Rates include breakfast, and there are more choices, making good, add, although it seems not important but very affecting my evaluation of the hotel. No Wi-Fi in the rooms and lobby. You will need to ask your password, because every login password is changed. I estimate that networks can bring greater fee income, as many business people staying in this hotel. But for the average traveler is a worry, next to Milan I will choose another place.

Hotel staff and very luxurious, we received special treatment and we were allocated half of the presidential suite, great!

The four-star hotels of design are always a bad idea, this was no exception, knowing that I could pass only hire because by a change of plans, came to us on the date of your stay in milan and there were hotel. For a 4 star is too expensive, the design of the hotel aims to look like a 5 star luxurious, but under the surface everything is different. The two things most critical are the space and the internet. Let's begin with the internet is NOT free, it is assumed that in the lobby is free and they say that they guarantee 50 mb, the reality is that when the probe was worse than a modem phone of the decade of the 80. In the rooms? 9 euros for 24 the connection of smartphone or tablet device, 12 computer, what is interesting is that I explained it well, after you paid for but I did an experiment and discovered that you could pay cheaper the week from the computer and connect the two computers, extra be computer or smartphone/tablet. While it was cheaper to spend a little over 60 euros to have internet service, poor I have to say that if one uses for example skype, the connection is lost at the minute as it forces you to reset the conezxion every time it gets up to 250 mb of upload really unfortunate the service In the 21st century have to pay for internet and that price is unreal.

Had an absolutely fantastic time staying at the Uptown Palace! First off, the service and staff was fantastic! Very friendly, outgoing, and did not ever stop smiling even if you had to ask them to do something. They were always pleased to help! For people that do not speak Italian, the majority of staff also spoke english, making it very easy to communicate. The place itself is fantastic. Location is quiet good. Your about a 15-20 min walk to Piazza Duomo, and 10 min walk to the nearest metro. Pretty much located within the city center. The outside of the building doesnt look amazing, but once you step inside and into your room, you witness a very nice modernized living space. Room's are very clean, and very nice. Wifi works perfectly within the lobby for free; however, if you would like Wi-Fi in your room, you must pay for it by the day. Its not so bad, about 10 Euros. All in all, had an amazing experience. Became friends with much of the staff, would stay at the Uptown Palace again in the near future.

Not business ready. It's rare to find a hotel with a 4* rating without all the business essentials as standard. I didn't pack a travel iron, yet in the fashion capital if Europe there are no ironing boards in the room, to loan, and not even an overnight housekeeping service. But I did take gym kit, to find that their gym was in their partner hotel, three stops on the tube. Still, location is good and internet quality from Swisscom was best I've seen for months, albeit expensive.
