Now a historic place for a long time always nice to spend happy hours especially in the garden that is the most beautiful part. Staff always courteous and I found improvements and small attention that they make. Pleasure. In short, really pleasant place.

Asked politely for a quiet room. Got one room next to the tram/street on the first floor even though the hotel is not fully booked. Why would any service minded person in the reception do that to a guest?

Lovely hotel situated ideally close to the centre of Milan. The courtyard out back was lovely for an evening drink and for the social event held after the conference I was attending. Conference rooms were light and airy also. The staff were fluent in English and more than happy to help at all times.

I spent sometime in this hotel in the summer of 2016. I like the location and the staff who were very friendly. I was with my family and we enjoyed they stay. There isn’t a gym or swimming pool here, but we didn’t come to swim. And besides, walking everywhere in the city and chasing the kids was a good enough exercise for me.

I arranged a business aperitif at the hotel bar and felt pretty good. Internally the bar/restaurant is very elegant, modern and above all spacious. I can't say the same about the outdoor space which, it's yes spacious, but rather overlooked, with dirty outdoor armchairs and a little old-fashioned. As for the selection of drinks nothing to say: great selection of cocktails and spirits. As far as food is concerned the choice is limited, but the quality is definitely good.

Great service, but a lack of attention to detail. Bathrobes were stellar, but no kettle in room, and maids are not all the same with what they will take and leave. Sometimes they take things that belong in the room. Overall, a pretty great hotel, with people trying to be friendly and do their best. The bar and restaurant are a little crazy and not consistent, but we just went elsewhere. Great location, great staff, and pretty good gym with a wide variety of free-weights, cardio, apples and water, plus air-conditioning. Great stay and will stay again!

I was there for an aperitif and I was very happy with it. The cocktails were good, the interior décor very nice and the garden pleasant. The only negative is the music inside really overly high to be an aperitif.

In reference to the restaurant: payment system Obsolete (or at least so we were made to believe, creating in a group obvious problems of payment, when in any business the sum of payments is sufficient to make the total Due).
12 people, about 700 euros of account, quality of the dishes poor (and I say it rationally and not for pique). On 700 Euro Account we ask if they can offer only a few people a bitter and we are told that it is not possible. Are we kidding?! But what the heck of behavior is this ever against a clientele?!
In those who do not complain is only because it has the wallet that bursts all year round, people of middle class is not peatically allowed to enter apparently.
Fillet of 40 euros that by weight and quality was not worth the slightest, Ferretti to the norm with only one cube of eggplant and tomato made with 4 tomatoes and a pulp tasteless (lacked serious taste), Tortelli to pistachios that only knew about cow's milk. (All comments reported by the various members of the group and not by me).
So I'm sorry but from a restaurant/hotel so starry is expected and does not have much more, especially more attention to details that unfortunately are those who fan the difference.
I will never go back to this place despite the nice location.
Take these complaints as a cue to improve yourselves dear Lords.

I go back to Diana for a drink after a few years… simply unrecognizable! Garden with a dull fountain on which a DJ console and lurid water have been mounted: it looks like a swimming pool without maintenance!
Where are the beautiful white sofas of the time?
Service: abandoned in the courtyard, after 25 minutes I had to get up and go and order at the counter! A franciacorta and a 28 Euro valpolicella with glasses full of fingers and badly dried!

I was at the Sheraton Diana Majestic Milano for a corporate event. The conference was in the garden gazebo where a noise of fans disturbed the first part of the operation. Lunch at the hotel was enough, a salad buffet and an encore of primes without infamy and no praise. The staff didn't particularly hit me. The location is very nice, both the hall and the garden. Very well kept the bathrooms on the ground floor. Overall average experience.

The Diana Majestic is an historic hotel going back more than 100 years — since about 20 years it has been a Sheraton. It is notable for its lovely city garden, quite large, and for its famous Aperitivo bar, the Heat or H-Club (both names seem to be used). For 15 Euros one gets a large drink and access to the buffet which essentially provides a full meal option, starting at 7pm. A quirk is that there is no coffeemaker in the room, but a sign which says that it can be brought to the room (one cup per guest per day) — however I found this coffee charged on the bill. It took a little explaining about this being a substitute for in-room coffee before it was taken off. Otherwise quite a good stay, room on the 3rd floor street side not as noisy as feared. Metro line 1 station on the doorstep, takes you to Duomo and Castello in a few stops. Super!

Too expensive for the service offered. Wines off the market. The mozzarella wasn't fresh. Decent food. Little variety for that price. It is better located in Milan.

A classic hotel with a beautiful history, a nice interior garden, a large and efficient bar. Nice rooms great kitchen. Friendly staff High prices but not surprising. Excellent transport (subway and tram)

I confirm once more with other reviewers that the rooms are outdated and smelly. The paint on the doors and walls are falling apart, especially in the bathroom. Windows are poorly insulated. The hotel is on a busy street, with tram lines. From my room, I can feel and hear the tram passby. Since this is also a main street, police cars and ambulances use this route. Good luck if you want to sleep.

Great, but this everyone knows… Instead it is less known that you can do business meetings, with great services at attractive prices… Of course in ref. To the quality 5 stars sup. Of the Grand Hotel.

10 Stars Aperitif: Historical meeting point of the Milanese tradition, the bartenders are really good and make perhaps the best spritz of the city. I also tried other cocktails and they are one better than the other. As for the hotel, it is a four star in a historic building, the recent renovations have not distorted its rather old but quaint and pleasant nature. Raccomandatissimo for the aperitif and for the beautiful garden!

High professionalism of the girl who served us at breakfast Michela, delicious and capable in his work, makes you feel at ease, despite the amount of people present that morning has segiti us without us missing anything.

I have been there many times. It's a beautiful place for the aperitivo, even more when the garden is open (hence the 2 stars), but really poor quality of food and average cocktails. Airport lounge food is better. I stopped going there after half of our party got food poisoning…

Great buffet though not very rich. Staff very courteous, the barman has intrattutenuto very personal for a good part of the evening. From the aesthetic point of view nothing to say, very nice. Some prices are excessive as in the case of water but despite all I would recommend.

The hotel room is great for a 4 hotel. My only complain was that I can hear my neighbors from the other room talking. The concierge told me that we are the first guest to complain. Overall good experience, but don't make loud noises especially at night if you know what I mean.

The Serviciò was the best, very gentle and the food excellent.

Been SPG member for years and stayed at quite a few Starwood properties. This one was a nice find. Good location. Staff very helpful. Will pick this one again for next trip.

Nice hotel location. Sometimes the lift does not work. Gym facility is very small. We can hear noise and conversation from the adjacent room.

The hotel is definitely great great location very large rooms with every comfort. We did not like that to make breakfast that was included in the reservation for 2 adults and a child asked us 40 euros and the parking or the hotel for a day 60 euro…

Very nice hotel near the Porta Venezia in Milano. A few steps from Corso Buenos Aires and Via Montenapoleone. Hello shopping! The highlight of this hotel is the bar and the garden. Great place beautifully moved, great atmosphere, Super DJ, super cocktails, free buffet in the evening, very friendly staff, very nice clientele. The garden is an extension of the bar. A small oasis in the center of Milan just wonderful. The restaurant is also a very good level. The rooms are very spacious and even though they are a bit antiquated the luxury and all the comfort is there. The staff are also very friendly and small care for the guests. It is always a real pleasure to stay at this hotel that has soul.

Good hotel in central location with a great lounge/bar for after dinner and meetings. The sometimes small rooms need a renovation (baths, TV System) also 5 floors and a single elevator… Too little and inefficient. Very good parking.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The head concierge was incredibly knowledgeable and secured us a table at an out of the way restaurant for lunch which was one of the best meals of the trip.

I will be writing this review for all you guys that don't understand Italian. I am an 11 year old, so if you are looking at this review and you have kids that you're thinking of bringing along with you, you'll know that this will be the perfect hotel! We arrived at the hotel at around lunch time and the service was amazing and they greeted us the second we got there. We were helped by the concierge immediately and because we couldn't speak very much Italian we were passed on to another concierge that was from Puerto Rico and spoke to us about which restaurants were recommended and were are some nice places to go. The next morning we woke up and had a very good breakfast with different cold cuts, yogurts, fruits, and cheeses. The food was very good, but could have been better. The next morning was our day that we had to leave on our train to Venice, but as usual the concierge was very helpful, told us contacts that he had in Venice, and got us a very helpful taxi. This hotel was very good and there was barely any thing that we could complain about. P. S. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was HUGE and modern. P. P. S. I am a girl.

Very nice happy hour in a wonderful location that is the dehor of the Sheraton hotel. The food is limited but well prepared. The cocktail list is infinite but I didn't love the ones I had.

The interior is villeillaux for a well-known hotel. The showered is in the bathtub. The bathroom floor floods after taking the shower although we are careful.
The staff are nice.

Great attentive front dest staff. The rooms and the rest of the hotel are in desperate need of a remodel. I thought I was walking into a room preserved from the 90's. When I booked I called to confirm A/C was offered at the hotel, upon arrival I was told that it was off for the season. This hotel has certainly not received the care necessary to call themselves "five star" rating. I lasted five minuted in my room before I went down to the front desk to inform them I would be staying elsewhere.

I was there for a Microsoft Event! Marvellous place, drinks and food were perfect.

Went here after dinner with friends, astonishing location and atmosphere, would certainly come back! (Not much food variety during happy hour)

The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. All what's in the room however is paid except for a half-liter bottle of water …

APERITIF cocktail parties as they call them really bad food overcooked buffet far from overpriced crappy service tables. — Small room there so go for ever more.

We liked this hotel the most of all that we saw in Europe. Nice comfortable King Size bed that was indeed a King Size bed. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff was very friendly, helpful. The hotel is a gorgeous architectural product on the outside. Would recommend staying there again, if needed for Milan.
