The staff here are amazing! Very helpful when needed. However, I don't feel as most guest. Our room faced the street and was quite noisey. We heard sirens all night. There aren't any irons in the rooms. The bedding was a bit to be desired. I realize European rooms are smaller than the US. However, the bathroom was ridiculous! There was no counter space and we had to put all of our toiletries on the floor. I heard vacuuming at 12:30 at night. I actually wanted to seek another hotel. On this trip, I stayed in Rome and Florence. Excellent accommodations. For my last stop before leaving to be here was very disappointing.

WONDERFUL! We loved our balcony view of Milan. The staff was so incredibly kind and lovely. Plus the bar was open late for apertiv! We highly suggest staying here! Also, great location for museums, parks, and food.

Good location. Next to Metro also. Breakfast is good. You can get a breakfast package if you need to leave early which is not good. Rooms are decent size. The big issue with this hotel is the smell. Something must be very wrong with their ventilation system as most of the time the hallways and the room smell so bad. Staff are very nice.

Stayed for two nights, I barely stayed in the room but it is comfy and does the job. For me to sleep and recharge for the next day. Room is pretty small, even the lift is small enough. To only fit 2 person. Some improvement should be a bit more thicker comforter. As the ac can be a bit chilly. Location is superb. Everything is nearby. Chips store downstairs, halal food across the main road, very helpful front dest. Which makes the hotel is so convenient and worth the value. One thing, there is no iron or ironing board. So do come prepared.

It is a quaint hotel nice rooms. Very helpful staff, they provided good information about good places to eat and things to see.

Great location, great cleanliness and ample rooms, courtesy and kindness of the staff in the first place.

It was tiny. Moved to a bigger room and yet it was still tiny. Hard to take shower in the 2×2 shower. Breakfast was horrible; eggs were cold as if they were made yesterday.

We stay here often for work. It is a average caregoria hotel, pleasant rooms, good breakfast. The only problem is when, depending on availability, they assign us the single rooms, because they are really too small.

A hotel more than advisable to spend a few days in Milan. Located about 15 minutes from the center and the cathedral, in a quiet area and with a couple of restaurants very close for dinner, as well as a bus and taxi stop. The hotel is simple but very clean and not missing anything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would go back to this Hotel in Milan.

The location is great, the staff very friendly. The single room is quite small and the breakfast does not offer very wide choice. It is still a 3 star and the value for money is good.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms, well furnished and equipped with all comforts, helpful and friendly staff, breakfast with a wide range of products. Advantageous location only 10 meters from the red Line Metropolitania, recommended.

Very good service to the guest, all very clean and breakfast is not excessive but it is quite full, I recommend.

Clean and good rooms but not so many choices for breakfast. Also it is expensive 120€ for one night.

The location is excellent, close to the mouth of the Metro (line M1) Porta Venezia.
In our case the room was small and the shower tiny. Breakfast, included in the price of the room, was very poor, and with few options. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The Hotel is terrible, we stay Overnight yesterday. We Made roadtrip and stayed in interlaken Switzerland, NH Lecco and Hotel fenice In Milano. Hotel Fenice charge us Way more than NH Hotel even though NH Hotel was Way Better when it comes to Room, Reception and Food. My Daughter wakes up this morning with Lots of mosquito bites in her legs, arms and at The right Corner of her Eyes. I showed it at The Reception before we Left The Hotel this Morning, The mosquito bites grow bigger and thicker now, I Hope my Daughter will Not be sick from it. I took a Picture of it now as a Proof! and also I killed 2 mosquitoes in The bathroom so it is definitely mosquito bites or it Maybe termites too. The food was also terrible. It was my mistake to book this Hotel.

Perfect in every respects. Particularly satisfying for the arrival by car:: just at the outer limit of the area not to use except mega fine, particular garage possible where an employee leads you to arrival and departure, easy parking on arrival for QQ minutes,, the time to unload, on a reserved location.

Good location near centre, monuments and shops on walking distance. Friendly staff, nice room, very clean.

Incredible service, PRIME location at great prices. If you are from the US, I must let you know a Single Room is tiny but efficient room with a tiny bed and you can not have ANY visitors to your room. Had I known this before I booked through a travel club I belong to, I would have booked a Double Room. It's a small, very intimate boutique hotel so the staff WILL know the people coming and going. The hotel is right in front of Porta Venezia station and Porta Venezia is my favorite neighborhood in Milan. The hotel staff is kind and generous. If you need to print a few pages, the front desk staff will print them for you with no charge. 90% of the staff speaks English. Unlike a US hotel, Hotel Fenice does not nickel and dime you. Very good location good bed and good breakfast.

M1 metro station P. Ta Venezia exit is just outside of the front door of the hotel. Room is in normal size, but the shower room is super tiny (60cm x 60cm). It will be difficult to even turn yourself around if you’re not thin enough.  Breakfast was just simple.  

Great location, metro stop right in front, and many restaurants nearby where you eat well without spending a fortune.
Hotel very clean and breakfast was plentiful and varied way above average, in my opinion.
The only flaw on Wi-Fi at times a bit slow.

My company booked this hotel that I didn't know and certainly was very happy with my 3 day stay. The hotel has a truly fantastic location for convenience and is in one of the most commercial areas of the city. Surely if you depend on me I will return again to stay in Phoenix and Meanwhile I say thank you to all the staff really great and breakfast service in particular.

I can say that I found very well in my stays at the Phoenix. I stayed in May and November and I actually got to enjoy almost all species the cleaning of the whole environment and friendly staff.

All very positive. By the location of the hotel at the beginning of Corso Buenos aires the exquisiteness of staff etc.

Great ubication, but terrible public attencion. The front desk guy, wasn´t able to make a two room reservation, for two days with us in front of him because he was "very busy" so we find an NH hotel very near, cheaper and with very polite people in the front desk.
