Beautiful design, harmony of colours, furniture, art pictures, everything is perfect.

Excellent hotel near the Duomo square, amenities are great, all non alcoholic drinks are free, breakfast and service are amazing! Keep up the good work! The rooms are big. Being in the city center at times it can get loud and the tram passes right in front of the hotel, but this is an advantage, you can get everywhere fast.

Great location to the Milan Cathedral, Opera house and galleria Victor Emanuelle. Breakfast at this hotel was fresh orange juice, croissants, omelettes… Amazing. Tortes and Croissants available through day. Beautiful artwork in hotel. Also near public trams and underground. My foot was bothering me and hotel gave me a bag of ice each night to ice it. Front desk was knowledgeable about attractions in Milan. Milan was hot and room was air conditioned (quiet). We had a balcony-nice. GREAT foodie market next to hotel and La Duree (from Paris) macaroons across street. Worth every penny of their charge.

We were greeted at the reception with a lot of courtesy and professionalism, the nn rooms are very large, but well looked after. The. Clean and very pleasant bathroom, breakfast is great great variety of croissants cakes cookies etc amp wide scleta even for lovers of salt. It should be strongly emphasized the availability of the staff really courteous and always available. Ideal place to visit the center of Milan, a two-minute walk from the Cathedral. Really excellent value hotel. I highly recommend it! Really good hotel.

I love this place and the people that work there! Holidays can best be judged when life gets in the way. Then, they can be stressful. These lovely amazing people were tremendously helpful and kind when we needed help. The rooms are also fantastic and the breakfast is simple, but in a way that’s refined. The location is he best. But it’s about the service here, so good!

This hotel is fantastic! We hadn't checked in yet but they helped us with our lost luggage for a few days prior. When we stopped by to fill in some paperwork — still two days before we were actually checking in — they greeted us with warm hospitality, helped us print off documents and gave us coffee and snacks. The staff are endlessly helpful and kind, the rooms are beautiful, and the location couldn't be better. They've made our time in Milan absolutely wonderful and we look forward to staying with them again!

Fantastic location, bright spacious rooms, wonderful helpful staff! It has one of the best breakfast spread among the hotels we stayed in during our Italy trip. Definitely a TOP choice to stay in for Milan.

It's very ok for a downtown hotel. The room we stayed has an "interesting" set up (our kids loved it, because they're kids! ). The main room has a half bathroom and the shower with another toilet and vanity area are upstairs, which can be an inconvenience. The breakfast is good, not great. Not a lot of fresh fruit or variety. Parking is a nightmare, is downtown in Italy after all! Pros: The location is amazing, short walk to the Duomo The staff is super attentive. The restaurant recommendations are great!

Wonderful hotel. Rooms are well appointed, super clean, and quiet. They have a free minivan for soft drinks, something I've never heard of anywhere I've traveled. Two kinds of pillows on the bed, so you can have a traditional feather pillows or a thermal foam one. Lots of electrical outlets to charge your devices. Super friendly staff. Great location near the Duomo. This is just a great hotel, period.

Best service and location! Everyone at the front desk is super helpful, friendly, and responsive! The staff is great and always in a cheerful mood! They helped me and my family plan our trip, our excursions and transportation, and our other questions. The location is amazing, right next to the Duomo and Galleria and right in the middle of a bunch of shops, restaurants, and gelaterias. Can't think of a single negative about this place!

Lovely hotel right next to the Duomo, shops and the Metro. Staff couldn't do enough for us and there are lots of little additions that make it perfect (nibbles with any drinks, free soft drinks in the mini bar, lovely breakfast with loads of choice etc). We stayed in room 11 which is the rooftop view room. Loved it! Couldn't rate this hotel enough — thanks to all who make it tick every day! You made our stay very special.

Stayed here a few weeks ago, perfect location, so central! Right beside the metro and shopping district. The staff were so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Hotel in the perfect location, was very close to the Cathedral, there are many great restaurants and food shops nearby. Hotel rooms fully equipped, very clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive. If you want to/need to stay in the Centre of Milan, this hotel is very suitable for meetings.

I could not fault the generosity & help provided by the team here. I took my 90 year old mother who had difficulty walking. They made life very easy by such things as breakfast promptly in the room each morning at no extra cost. They provided her with fresh fruit and water at no extra cost and made every effort to ensure our stay in Milan was enjoyable. We were able to walk & push her wheelchair to Peck, next door, Ristorante Cracco, across the road, il Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Teatro Alla Scala and many more fabulous spots from this terrific central location. Could not recommend highly enough 6 stars.

Fantastic location. Staff friendly and helpful. Very large room, fairly quiet and furnished with style. There is almost everything: slippers, bathrobes, bath salts and a minibar with free soft drinks, all sin pay-TV channels are missing. Rich breakfast, but eggs, coffee and juices should be requested directly to managers, which are very helpful. The quality of croissants I anyway felt eccelsa.

Hotel very close to many stores and dam-Cathedral! Within walking distance of several good restaurants, right next to the Peck's. Breakfast was delicious, with bread, salami, cheese and fruits, and best of all we asked should there be the eggs!

I stayed here last September and again last October. You can't beat the location (next door to foodie heaven Peck, steps from the Ambrosiana museum, a 2 minute walk to the Duomo, Galleria, La Scala, and 2 Metro stations). The hospitality was perfect — excellent breakfast, very helpful staff. They gave me a room upgrade the second time I stayed here and even assisted me in sending a package back to the US.

We flew to Milan from Sydney and I stupidly picked the wrong bag off the carousel but only discovered my mistake when I went to open the bag upon arrival at Hotel Spadari reception. Despite the hotel staff being busy with other check ins they were especially helpful. Despite it being a weekend and being told that nothing could be done until the airport office reopened on Monday morning, the ladies in reception managed to track down the owner of the bag I had, and put the owner's mind at rest. They also confirmed that my bag was being held in lost and found at the airport and I could pick it up any time before 10pm leaving us free to explore Milan for the day. The piece de resistance for me was when I enquired where I could find a shop to buy a razor and a toothbrush, the reception staff produced a plastic bag from under the counter with the said items which were offered gratis. It seems that there are plenty of other idiots like me. The next morning the same receptionists remembered to ask if all had now been resolved (and it had). This level of service was beyond my expectation and I hope they and their bosses get to see this review. Oh, and the hotel is great too.

Wonderful, magical place. Near everything. We had a heating problem, and they gave us a new, nicer room and champagne in apology. Place looks like a modern NYC art museum. For fans of the arts; it's a must.

Great location, food, rooms and staff. We have children and do not speak much, if any, Italian and the staff helped us with our connections to and from the airport and auto rental from Eurocar which all worked out very well. We will happily return.
