Great location but found the reception staff not too friendly. Housekeeping was great though.

Central location, easily reachable from the station and convenient for those who want to move with public transport. Clean rooms and Breakfast average.

The hotel is the classic example of a decadent structure, in a clear state of degradation (even if you do everything to deny it), the dullness prevails in not renewing itself and not admitting the negative aspects of the structure. Unfortunately I had the misfortune to happen on a school trip in the structure and I have found the state of degradation in all respects. The food is discreet for those who fit, while the welcome… Not the one that everyone would expect. Everyone is free to exhaled their opinions and from the replies of Mr. Germano you see that it does not accept criticism, which is why the hotel is in this state. In All this everyone is free to do what he wants and for Mr. Germano I fortunately in high school there are and I'm learning a lot while you just remember that "be greedy to listen and not to speak".

Located near the pillars of San Lorenzo and other wonderful monasteries, San Maurizio (the Sistine Chapel of Milan), Saint Eustorgio with the relics of the Three kings. The Duomo and the royal Palace are equally close and within walking distance, in the opposite direction. Nice and clean rooms and soundproof windows. Will come back and recommend it.

Modest structure in the center of a few 100 meters from the Duomo, used with only overnight formula for one night, small room but comfortable, staff at the reception competent. You should soundproof the rooms to the very noisy. But I think they are expected details for future investments:-)

Good location very close to the Center.

The hotel has a great location, excellent service and excellent staff.

Central Hotel on Via Torino a few tens of meters from the columns of S. Lorenzo. The staff was very helpful Very clean, no carpeting. Comfortable and quite quiet rooms despite the busy area. Good breakfast too. Be careful not to let you give a room adjacent to the elevators.

First of all the location is great. It's walking distance from the dome and other metro stations. Staff is very nice. I was late to my check out (trains…) yet they extended the time graciously. Breakfast isn't best but it's not a 5 hotel and difference you pay compared to what you'll buy outside is nothing.

02:00 in the morning and the Allies are liberating Italy again… no, wait, that's the tram that passes the hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff tolerate you. Your questions are typically met with a friendly shoulder shrug and, if you're really lucky, you can capture a rare utterance of something Italian. Very cultural. I'd probably describe the hotel as comfortable if I hailed from a Middle Eastern desert dwelling tribe. As I do not, I find the pressing heat rather unpleasant. It wouldn't have been a problem if the aircon worked or the window was not blocked by a shutter. The 2 stars are for location and price but, if you value quality of life, try another hotel.

Can't beat the location, especially if you're on a shopping trip. Hotel itself is disappointing. The window in our room was broken and every tram passing outside felt like a bomb detonating. Rooms small but clean. Staff friendliness ok. Breakfast buffet not overwhelming at all.

Not very clean, the bed was too small, and you can hear everytime they flash the toilett on the other side, the heating system is very old and does loud noises, the hotel employees are not very friendly.

We stayed for one night, welcome "chilly", nice hotel, cozy room with a single problem, the closing of the window was broken and it came in very cold. It was a very nice breakfast.

Good city hotel, ideal for a short trip to Milan, and ideally located.

Near SL Centro and Università Cattolica. Clean decent friendly staff. Small rooms and prexzi a bit high… however it is Milan.

Central Hotel a few steps from the Duomo, however was not respected the assignment of the room as per reservation, and therefore a room with non-modern furnishings and an extremely small and uncomfortable bathroom, mediocre breakfast.

Rooms large and clean, some exposed to the main street where you hear the noise of the trams passing by, courteous and kind staff great as price quality.

Ideal location but annoying tram noises.

The room, especially the bathroom were in a pretty poor condition. The safe did not work. The toilet seat was broken. The telephone was broken. And the heating did not work. After one complaint nothing at all happened. After the second complaint the staff pretended to act but actually they didn't fix a thing. I would not recommend to book there, apart from the nice location in the centre it's really a hole.

Hotel Ariston is a 10-minute walk from Milan's Duomo cathedral. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. To improve, in my opinion, the breakfast.

— our room gave onto the Torino Street but no problems with noise
— nice breakfast with a large choice.

Breakfast noisy (noise from neighbouring rooms and external). To turn off the lights engineer in electrical engineering. And there are more rules than at the boarding school.

Nice place, great breakfast, close to central of milan, clean room. on the other side, the shower was little, hight price.

Apart from the proximity of the historic centre… The home is… For sleep in special, double glazing is efficient. But the walls much less, we hear the neighbor in its greater privacy. Room service vacuuming at 8: 00 Sunday… Cannot cut troublesome lights like the led on the TV, and the AC makes a lot of noise.

Nice and clean rooms with USB! Chargers. (first time I have seen in a hotel. Kudos). Easygoing personell and close to the sentrum with 2 tram lines.

Great location, some good rooms, other are very small with single bed, but the hotel stuff is also great.

Was here in March 2014. Excellent trëha right in the center of the city. Everything is nearby and shops and attractions + Metro and trams.

Nice hotel with some small rooms but very comfortable, very centrally located. All major sights easily on foot. 5 min to the Duomo, Scala and the "last supper" etc. And of course the many shopping not to mention offers.
Breakfast is fresh and with very good coffee and other hot and cold drinks. The rolls have to be desired however.
The staff is also friendly and very helpful. I find the prices very high, because it is that it is right on a main road at night not necessarily hate.
Can recommend it absolutely.
