Rooms are smelly and dated. Their restaurant service is just abysmal even during breakfast. Nothing is ever ready and no one cares about it. Never staying here again.

Very bad. This hotel refused to refund my booking despite the Covid19 crisis. The Lombardy region and the hotel are closed and therefore they can't deliver the service I paid for, still they don't t refund. I have booked various hotels for a tour in Europe in April/May, all of them give refund without any argument, except Hotel Dei Cavalieri. Avoid this hotel!

What a shame excellent location and a super friendly staff but the cooling system did not work and the heat was horrible. It is supposed that on since April 15 but the air conditioners did not work I had to sleep with open windows and a silly fan.

Two thumbs up for this hotel, will recommend it any given day. Perfect location, friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

The service from booking to departure was first-rate. The breakfast was bountiful and everything was fresh and delicious. The views from our room (9th floor) and from the rooftop bar and restaurant were gorgeous. Thank you for a wonderful but too short stay.

It's a nice hotel. The location is great. But unfortunately already seen the species. Breakfasts are delicious. The service is very courteous. The rooms are clean but not very large.

I love this place and the people that work there! Holidays can best be judged when life gets in the way. Then, they can be stressful. These lovely amazing people were tremendously helpful and kind when we needed help. The rooms are also fantastic and the breakfast is simple, but in a way that’s refined. The location is he best. But it’s about the service here, so good!

View is simply amazing, probably the best you can have in Milan. I was there for an aperitivo — food was rather nice and nicely presented. Elevator is very small and in summer, despite the curtains, can be very hot.

What a location for a birthday party on a terrace! Amazing view over Milan, decent cocktails and (very! ) tiny appetizers. The staff is professional, but not truly welcoming. If the organization did the extra mile it would be a truly delightful environment. Up to now it is an acceptable place where to enjoy a nice talk with some friends, once.

Gorgeous hotel, nicely situated and lovely food. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because we weren't told there was a private event on at the roof top bar when we arrived. If we had been told we would have ensured we used it on our first night instead of being turned away. A member of staff tried to accommodate us however another member of staff rudely removed chairs from where we were sitting which made us feel very uncomfortable. Please ensure you let your guests know about these events in advance as the roof top bar was one of the main reasons we booked here.

My visa charged twice by this hotel I am 100% sure the money never released back in my visa I had to borrow 400 euros from my bank account add it to the visa I spoke to the lady at the reception only denied claiming it was charged once I showed her all messages from the bank without success so this hotel until this date charged my visa double the money of my booking reservation plus the city taxes for two persons 3*5*2 plus 24 euros car parking charged all the sum was more than I expected when I made my booking. 475 euros extra money charged I still don’t know who authorized it on 5/23 the hotel charged the same amount on 5/24. Lot of money charged and in addition double money loss all because I made my booking at this hotel. The claim the booking is free cancellation until 24 hours before your arrival but they charged the whole money quickly after your reservation maybe the lady at the reception didn’t it twice not willing to admit it I will wait for my 473 euros back either from the hotel or from Visa. Be patient it is just 473 euros you will get it.

I had a drink at the Roofgarden. As soon as I set foot I was breathless! The view of Milan from above, the quiet atmosphere with soothing music, the friendly staff. A perfect place to retreat away from the city chaos; Whether in pairs or alone will be a pleasure!

Looking out you can see half of Milan (Castle, Madonnina, city Life Piazza Misdori).
Good buffet and aperitifs (minimum 15 euro).

Beautiful place, fantastic terrace with a nice view of the Skyline Milanese. Good service and great environment.

View from the beautiful terrace, very nice staff and always sophisticated food is never trivial. A really nice place! Recommended, a reference point for any Milanese.

Rooms ok. A little dated, but fine. Roof top bar a great place to relax and chat. Very friendly and helpful staff in the bar and reception.

Front desk male service staff called Enai low efficiency, a bit silly whoop, the other is very smart, the difference is too big, discrimination Chinese ingredients are very high, experience has reservations.

Downtown. Easy to get in and out. Good breakfast. Nice terrace with gift of tapas with the drinks. Best rooms on high floors for being a little noisy but if you close the windows you sleep well.

Superbly located just a few hundred metres from the Duomo. Excellent little bar located just inside the main entrance, fantastic rooms and a fantastic view from the terrace area on the roof. Absolutely worth a visit if you are in Central Milan.

Very clean and very good hotel The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good with a decent variety of both savory and sweet food. Very central location allows you to turn the center of Milan with a lot of comfort. Only drawback that did not allow me to give the 5 stars is the unnecessary surcharge for a dog of 2kg.

Very central in Milan with great access to a number of attractions and good restaurants that won’t break the bank. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff very courteous and professional. They even gave us a cheap alternative to reach Malpensa airport via train instead of just booking us a shuttle, very impressed.

Excellent location! Perfect terrace on the 9 floor and great coffee with city view from the 10th! Minutes walk from the Duomo. Parking is a little far though.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. The Cathedral and the gallery can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. The room was a bit frumpy but well maintained. The breakfast was good but with €25 a bit too expensive for the amount offered. The bar and the entrance area look noble. For the size of the hotel, the reception seems too small and understaffed, it could quickly lead to waiting times.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The breakfast is absolutely in a class for itself: Free champagne, wonderful cakes, smoothies made with love, freshly baked bread… My room was right on a tram crossing, but that was my own choice: The bed was so good, that I slept through it all.

Hotel in downtown Milan very well kept staff cold but courteous, classic revolving door to enter but they also have a door for wheelchairs, wood-covered hallways with beautiful and spacious meeting rooms/meetings well equipped.

The location is ok but very very noisy! Couldn't sleep all night!

I double-booked by accident and they did not allow me to pay for one room. I end3d up paying an extra $ 200! because of their inflexibility. What a waste of money.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Milan's shopping and tourism district. There's a Metro station right in front of the hotel which can take visitors to other interesting places in Milan. The staff are friendly.

The highest terrace in the center of Milan.

This hotel is very nice in general with comfortable beds, abd nice view of the church nearby if you get a room on that side. The bathrooms however are a bit ridiculous, they appear fine at first but we were given a room with the bath installed backwards meaning that to use the shower you had to stand partially on the curved back rest of the bathtub, which is dangerous! A metal bar ran across the top of the shower at about 6 foot high, which adds to the danger. The whole shower was so small that anybody over 5'10" would struggle. My husband was unable to bathe at all in that shower because he is tall. The shower head came up to his chest. He was quite humiliated by the whole procedure of asking reception for a new room and by how poorly someone of his height had been catered for. We were given a new room on the second day and the staff were very helpful in that regard, even though we had no options for night 1. The new room seemed quite an upgrade with a small balcony and a coffee machine, but after all that the new shower leaked so we had to pack towels in front of the door. I appreciated the help and kindness of the staff, who were very good in all regards, but the whole 'bathroom fiasco' was avoidable and out a dampener on our trip.

The hotel had many nice features and the staff in the front of house were helpful and nice. But the hotel has major issue with its shower situation. The shower is not a shower but a small bath with a shower head on a hose awkwardly added. The shower head hose is mounted above the end of the bath that is angled for back support, so you can't stand under it. You can't stand next to it because there is a support for the glass screen at head height. And you can't shower at the other end the of the bath because there is no screen. The option of sitting down and showering is not available as the bath is so small only children could fit. We complained and the staff took an entire day to find another room with a real shower. It took so long because most of the rooms were the same. The situation means that you have to pay for dignity and pay for safety. The hotel is not suitable for anyone moderately tall, anyone slightly elderly or anyone with a disability.

Very central Hotel in Milan. A little old-fashioned.

Great location, nice the rooftop terrace with bar and restaurant, more than good breakfast, OK cleaning in the room, OK the linens, furnishings and facilities worn some other less, good reception.

Lovely place in the centre of Milan. Clean and tidy. Definitely a good choice for who wants to visit the capital city of fashion. Just be careful in choosing a room on the side where the tram is because it could result a bit noisy in the morning.

Great atmosphere in the heart of Milan!

For the price of the hotel I expected more and would not go back. The rooms had carpet all over which I am not a fan of. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned very well, which made me feel uncomfortable. Online it said parking included but then you need to park in a garage 7 minutes away and pay 24 euros per day. Breakfast was good on the other hand.

Worst hotel! Ever. Reception staff were not friendly at all and too slow. Plus we had to wait at exactly 2pm for the check-in. The room was small and being a 4-star hotel the maintenance of the bathroom DOOR and BATH could be improved of course. Expensive in vain! If we searched for less stars hotel or maybe airbnb it would have been easier. I hope visitors won't be distracted by other good reviews and make our mistake.

Suite was quite sufficient for FA. With 1 child. Everything clean and staff friendly. Unfortunately bad parking possibility directly at or In front of hotel. Underground car park with 24-hour service and monitoring approx. 8-minute walk away. Check in check out with baggage and vehicle unfortunately difficult. Wi-Fi in suite 55mbit (? ) Oldshool Suuuuuperlangsam. Reception and reception unfortunately slightly slow and somewhat overwhelmed with rush acting with logical koordnination. Price performance top hotel. Milan typical, absurdly exaggerated prices for mediocre quality wherever there are tourists!

Tiny room, but I expected that. The air conditioning wasn't great but that was expected as well. The location was great and the stuff was friendly!

The hotel was clean, had friendly staff and was in a good location, just a few blocks from the main tourist sites in Milan and only steps from the metro. Breakfast buffet was mediocre and we didn't have enough hot water in the morning.

Great hotel near the duomo. Staff helpful and very polite. The rooms are very comfortable. The only flaw is the absence of private parking of the hotel (there is only one agreement with a nearby car park)

The rooms are narrow and the lobby is small.

It will definitely be a great hotel with great facilities, but we didn't have a good experience. The hotel has a bar service on the terrace on the top floor. With 10 friends hopped for a drink with friends after a normal hospitality we waited in vain that a waiter came to take the order. Twice we went to call the waiter getting a ' coming soon '. After over 20 minutes of waiting, we finally gave up and we left high and dry.

It was a very nice stay. Every thing was almost perfect. The hotel. The staff. When booked through the hotel website I have asked for a room with balcony and theu gave me one on the ninth floor. They also send us a free sparkling wine bottle. I would like to thank the hotel managment for their kind hospitality.

My wife and I are dedicated a night to ourselves on the occasion of 16 wedding anniversary. The place is really cute, I refer in particular to the terrace made available for cocktails, parties, events, etc.
We ate a lunch "with a view". Yes, there is the beautiful view of much of our Milan, Madonna included. Everything was impeccable, food, wine, cocktails but. The added value is given by the staff.
I have to acknowledge a great professionalism, courtesy and unfortunately nowadays it is hard to find.
That evening the Sun was quite crowded, three birthday parties and different customers to enjoy an aperitif, yet the staff managed to create around intimate atmosphere.
We want to thank everyone for the lovely evening, particularly Ms. Adriana, who gave us a fantastic welcome worrying that everything was to our liking, Miriam who dedicated us a table service impeccable, without ever being intrusive, Andrea who delighted us with its cocktails.
In short, the terrace of the Hotel Dei Cavalieri. Very pleasant experience to be remade as a couple and with friends.

Great hotel, often used for foreign guests in Milan for business (always enthusiastic) has its own internal driver service, beautiful rooms and a lovely terrace overlooking the Centre of Milan where you can enjoy a chilled white only 6 euros.

We loved this hotel. You can't beat is location and the view from the roof is amazing. We somehow got the top floor which ended up being amazing. I would definitely recommend it.

The suite was fabulous but it wasn´t exactly clean and the aircon was broken and couldn´t be fully turned off. Good location and attentive staff.
