Friendly hotel in a street full of trees. Staff pleasant and smiling. The cleanliness, the design of this hotel make it an asset. Breakfast hearty and good. Well connected.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Compared to other hotels on our italian tour this one stands out as the best by far.

Very small hotel to stay overnight or business. Well kept rooms. Minimalist but convenient located near central Milan. Costed us 54 eu walk in but may be 46 eu through internet booking.

We had a great stay in the hotel! the room was small but very clean so was the bathroom! breakfast was nice especially sitting in the garden getting italien coffee. The staff was really friendly as well. All in all price was fair and I would definitely stay there again.

We contacted the hotel by phone to ask if possible to stay overnight for a few nights. The manager of the reservations was little helpful and very dismissive, not at all polite. Even as I spoke to him he responded to other people. Really polite.

My friends and I stayed at your hotel from 13 April to 15 April and we experienced this as great! Friendly employees work there and they are also very helpful. Everything was clearly explained to us and your colleague was even able to order food for us from Dominos through an application. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very fresh and delicious. The sandwiches that were served were even hot and you rarely encounter this. Excellent 3 stars hotel close to the Piola metro station. Nice building in a cosy neighborhood with beautiful view on private gardens. New and fresh interiors. Comfy rooms, fine bathroom with shower. Very polite staff. Excellent breakfast.

Nice position for this hotel, but the metro station will be a bit more fare that expected according to the info of the hotel; the bus stop which brings directly to the Central Station is pretty close. Rooms are a bit too formal, but clean and comfortable (there is the changing light in the bathroom which is cool). The hotel provides with full and fresh breakfast which is absolute plus. Would also like to notice the pleasant and really friendly hotel stuff. All in all I recommend this hotel for a short term stay.

Reception guy during the evening very clumsy and unreliable. Good breakfast when there. Until 10:00 you should have the right to eat something but at 09:35 was finished already for two mornings of files and this is not acceptable. To my question "Do you still have bread and pancakes? " was answered "for the bread should wait 10 minutes and I'm sorry but we only make 20 pancakes. " It was over the salty, the croissants, everything; Hotel declared as "completely full" and only make 20 pancakes in the morning? At least don't tell me you're only 20! On our arrival the room was frozen; On the heating and positioned at 30 ° It was not enough an entire night to heat it. The hotel have been recently renewed and my room was really cute, clean and well-organized. The staff was really friendly and helpful… I will really stay again here.

Rude staff. On the Internet you find it as one of the best prices and then you also charge the air you breathe. Information not always corresponding to reality. There is no parking, the nearest metro is 15 minutes on foot. When they have to do the cleaning they come inside you as well if you're asleep.

This place is quite amazing, a little slice of paradise in the heart of Milan. Chic and cozy rooms, very modern, everything new and of good taste, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, it's got all a tourist would hope for. Definitely will only stay here when in Milano.

It seems like this place was recently renovated (because the pictures here look very different). Clean room, good service, lovely breakfast. Probably not the best location. But for the price I paid, the quality of service overall was absolutely fantastic.

I was here the weekend of August after literally escaping from another bad hotel. Here I found courtesy, cleanliness, hospitality and a hearty breakfast, all at an honest price. A treat: emotional shower. Great.

The hotel is really good. They are serving breakfast that are included in the price. Rooms are nice and cozy and rooms service keeps it clean. Helps with everything you ask for. A little walk from the center on foot, but metro is very near. Near hotel is real Italian pizzeria with awesome pizza's. Really great place while the price is really good.

Breakfast is one of the strengths of this structure. The staff is friendly and the location is pretty good (only 10 min from metro 2 and 3 of Loreto). The rooms and especially bathrooms would be redone, as well as a shower, but all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Impeccable cleanliness, breakfast plentiful, spacious rooms, large bathrooms, heating room, daily linen change, managed Wi-Fi fast (20Mbit/s download and upload) which is a very rare thing. The only flaw is the lack of minibar in the room. In any case, the hotel bar is open until 24. Highly recommended!
