Hello, What about the kind staff in the reception, Clean and tidy room, But I am sorry because I wanted to have fun in the pool But the water was cold in comparison to the outside environment It was very cold besides this I found rude people shouting loudly voice splashed water everywhere! Bye!

The Hotel is fine, fairly comfortable rooms with access to bus, tram and train facilities. Reception was quite rude, with exception of one female receptionist who was very helpful. Breakfast was mediocre at best, and the hotel menu is highly overpriced. We could buy 7 soft drinks from a store for the price they charged for one 200ml Coke.

5 stars! Rooms are huge and super comfortable. Food is amazing. Staff mega friendly.

Receptionist Laura welcomed us on arrival and was very helpful. Unfortunately, there was a really bad smell in our room, but we were helped to move to another room. This was exceptional. The pool was ok but nothing to get too excited about. The steam room did not work. The location for this hotel is very good as easy access to tram, bus and metro. I have stayed in many 4 star hotels but would have to admit this is at the lower end. The room we were moved to, did win it for us. Breakfast again ok but no choice of cereals. I felt you constantly had to ask for items and just had to keep looking for staff as they always appeared to be rushing around. Possibly they were short staffed. I probably would choose a different hotel next time.

This is the only hotel out of 15 I've visited where i've asked for some kind of document confirming that parents allow a child under 18 to stay in this hotel.

Radisson is always Radisson! 5 star, food, rooms, staff! The only thing is that it’s a little bit far from the centre of Milan (30min by tram). But they do sell tickets on the reception. )

Very nice modern hotel in quiet (residential) part of town. Rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast is excellent, with large selection in nice setting. Public transport options close by.

Very nice hotel. Quite big pool — comparing to other hotel pools. Sauna and gym are there. Corkscrew in the room — very important in Italy. Good breakfast — except scrambled eggs — it's eggs powder.

Poor poor poor customer service. They were rude and unhelpful. Overpriced with sub standard rooms. Quite far from the main attractions. Poor selection of breakfast choices considering it's suppose to be a 4 star. I've had better breakfast at a 3 star. Called there customer service to complain. Even that was dealt with inadequately. Would never give my business to this hotel. Avoid like a plague!

Hotel in a very central location but the center is easy to reach. Nice structure, staff available, only breakfast not included.

Pleasant Stay, the ideal solution for those who want to visit Milan by moving with The means. Very convenient the bus on the parallel that leads to Centro Cairoli and the nearby train stop that connects the peripheral area to the metro station Porta Garibaldi. Breakfast Prices, 25 euro, dizziness and paid parking (salty for more) not specified at check in. There is a Lack of clarity of staff on the permitted means of parking (LPG Yes or no!? )

Great staff and accommodations! Friendly and helpful and the rooms are perfect and well stocked and laid out. Offers wonderful pool, spa and gym areas and is located near convenient public transportation. Highly recommend for travelers!

The manager went above and beyond after an incident had happened to myself and the other members of staff were friendly, helpful and dealt with any enquires.

The staff was very friendly at all time, breakfast was marvelous! We barely missed anything and it looked very inviting! At the bar we ordered some drinks and they served some nuts and fruits for free as well as we got some hot fried rice balls later! They were super delicious!
The location of the hotel was convenient, we always went via train to the center.
The room was surprisingly big and nicely furnished. We had some trouble getting ac right and it seems as if the bathroom was not heated. In February something we really missed.
As an improvement I recommend installing a glass wall at the tub to be able to shower while standing. There is enough space for it, so only a small thing to adjust. Showing while sitting is very awkward in a hotel.
Another detail is the pool area. We went to have a look but the entrance and the floor would need some focus. Did not look very inviting and we thought the water could have been slightly warmer in Feb.
All in all we would come back.

I liked the hotel very much. The breakfast was varied and the food in the restaurant had tasted very good. It was also very convenient. Our room was always clean. The hotel is located just outside, which I personally do not find bad at all. Only the walkway from the train station to the hotel itself is a little longer, but that is also not a world setting. The spa and sports area of the hotel are also perfectly fine. The pool was a little smaller than expected but was sufficient. The only thing that bothered me was that we only had 2 sockets in the room and these were not next to the bed, but that was just a trifle.

The Radisson chain is always synonymous with elegance and is almost always a certainty. We stayed with my partner in Milan two days and one night to attend a concert, we found a good offer and having the opportunity, we preferred to spend a little more, but stay in a Hotel as it should, with all the comforts, only lacked Sky On television, but if I'm not mistaken just for the room type. Very elegant Hotel, everything great, the room was very large and comfortable to be a normal double, at least compared to other places where gift status where in a double barely enters the bed. Also the bathroom was very spacious with Jacuzzi and shower at the same time. The staff all very friendly. There is also an indoor swimming pool and wellness centre in the hotel. One flaw is that the drinks at the hotel bar are a bit overly expensive, in my personal opinion. The location is not very central but for the transportation in the vicinity there is metro and bus, then if one prefers, from the reception are connected with a taxi company.

Stayed here for a family. Child 1.5goda. We loved it. The staff is friendly. Good location. A little shabby bathroom and leaking shower. But it's all nonsense. There is a kettle and a brew in the room. The view is chic. Breakfast is awesome and varied. Free parking is available near the hotel (along the street or on a small parking lot). Recommend!

I stayed in a Deluxe room. The cleanliness is impeccable, the staff extremely nice and at your disposal, 24/7.
The hotel has an indoor pool and a gym, surprisingly well equipped, I was very pleasantly surprised. You will be able to do your sessions without too much trouble, even if the absence of an Olympic bar will require you to deviate from your habits if you have them. Adjustable screw pulleys, bench, dumbbell up to 40kg, leg press, leg extension, and I forget; There's enough to do.
I did not have dinner or breakfast at the restaurant so no opinion on the issue.
Regarding the location that is debating, here is the situation: to get to the center of Milan can take the bus, the tram, or the RER. The tram passes almost in front of the hotel but it is very slow, count 45min to get to the center. I recommend you take it once all the same, just to discover its old style and the small streets in which it passes. The bus runs even at night so it is very convenient. The easiest for my taste is still the RER line S5 and S6 which takes you to the center in less than 15min, and it takes 5min to get there.
The area of the hotel when at it is actually quite deserted and the neighborhood is not very nice to see it is true; Personally it did not affect the quality of my visit to Milan at all.

20 minutes from city center. Nice quite area with small restaurants close. Hotell is good standard an nothing less tha you could expect from a Radisson hotel.

The hotel is great. The food and the rooms are also very good. Priced for the hotel it is definitely a good bargain.

The bathroom is not very clean (the toilet cap is very used and yellow on 30%). We booked this hotel for the pool, but surprize: after the staff told us that afternoon the pool will be availble, it didn* t. So we canceled the booking from Hilton Garden Inn to Radisson (reason was the pool) and we can*t use that service!

The hotel is OK. Great staff. Cleaning, cleanliness. Holodnovata water in the pool. No English speaking staff. But with the knowledge of at least a few words, communication is obtained. Try their best. So no problem.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.

I will not advise this HOTEL 1 — an exasperating noise due to the lifts, our room being nearby.
2 — foul smells coming from the room toilet.
3 — inability to enjoy the pool the water is too cold.
4 — Breakfast at 25 euros per head; Don't éxagerer! I specify that it is about breakfast as found in all these types of hotel.! So nothing more that can justify such a rate.
5 — the area where the hotel is located is a little shiny! Don't plan to find a nice little restaurant or bar nearby. At 8 km from the centre is the area!
6 — Parking fee, 20 euros per day! Oh, no. …
7-The restaurant, chic decor but the quality of the dishes really below the standard.

Nice and imperial style rooms. Full breakfast. Friendly staff. I was expecting a bigger and stocked spa. Instead it is separate M/F, the sauna was not at temperature. Nice little pool. Equipped gym.

Had the warmest of welcomes at reception, who obliged us with an 11.30 check in. Great customer service. Room 828 has a balcony with a view over mainly residential Milan. Close enough to hear the church bells if you leave the doors open!

Friendly staff and a wonderful, functional room. A little bit out of town but a 30 minute train ride away or a 40 minute tram ride makes the hotel good value for money compared to other similar places. Gym has good facilities. Would happily stay again.

Avoid this hotel at any cost. Some of the stuff are very rude and have no common courtesy. They wanna take every penny of you for example they said my cousin had to pay city tax who is a Italian citizen. Tried to force me to pay €15 for the city tax, guess what after arguing they said it's fine you don't need to pay. They ONLY I mean ONLY accept passport id. The price of food and drink is ridiculously stupid for example a small water bottle is €4 each but in the normal supermarket each bottle is like 50cent. The hotel is middle of no where with not a single shop around.

Unfortunately in the evening an unpleasant smell of stagnant water feels all over the floor… not sure if it's sewers or anything but it's really annoying.

Nettles… spacious and well-furnished rooms, with a pleasant recall to ancient Rome. Breakfast with many places to sit (nn costrungono to cohabitation) and very rich. Sauna and gym. I do not give all the stars just because the TV is not up to par. Milto good.

Pool slightly small. The 31 ° indicated felt a bit cool. Attention of the ground in the pool area is very slippery, risk of falling!
In 30 — 40 minutes you can reach the centre and the Milan Cathedral by bus or tram.

Outstanding hotel, rooms are great, we were updated to a suite and got free honey as a welcome gift (club Carlson member benefit). Only 2 downsides: location, no idea why it is where it is and at breakfast in the morning the waitress didn't come and offer us (or the other tables around us) a hot drink.

The hotel is in excellent condition. It is located in the quiet area, near public transport (tram), where it is possible to reach the centre and the subway.

Great reception. The suite was very nice. Restaurant was OK. Food was quite delicious. Young man serving was very polite and professional. Elder chap, maître de was rather brusque and not what I'd expect. But overall a good experience at this hotel. not as close to the town centre as I'd have liked. 15-20 euro cab fare each way. Or a 30 min tram ride.

There is a room service delivery charge of 6 Euro but not written anywhere except the very last page of the menu, which I and some of my colleagues find it obscure. I have no problem with extra charge, but I believe it should be transparent, shouldn't be a surprise when customers receive their bill. I brought this up with the hotel manager, I made a suggestion that this should be more clear and perhaps make customers aware of the charge when ordering. People don't normally go through the entire menu when what they want to order is in the first few pages. Her response was "this is not a menu, you should have read the entire booklet". When I expressed I am not the only person find this obscure, her response was "no one ever complaint about it, only you. " It is pointless to discuss any further, the attitude of this manager is horrendous and rude. The idea of feedback is to make them aware there is an issue, but the responses do not indicate she cares or will make any changes. Given the experience, I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Elegant and business Hotel therefore expensive but with the best facilities such as the indoor pool and the gym or the comfortable indoor restaurant albeit with a limited menu. Efficient and discreet staff in the ways.

The location is good for Radisson Blu. Deluxe has no slippers and no robes.

The room was clean and very modern. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. After I checked out, I left my bag with them and explored Milan. When I came back, they were even kind enough to let me use the shower in the spa to freshen up even though I had already checked out!

My first stay in Radisson Blu chain was absolutely a positive surprise. The hotel is big, spacious and has a style. All the colors, and the design is matching everywhere: in the rooms, in the restaurant, in the gym-swimming pool-spa area. Although the hotel is a bit far from the center, you can get in easily with trams during the day or by car after 7:30 p. M. Oh, and the fragnance of the shower gel and shampoo is stunning and the bed is superconvenient. Grazie mille!

I was at this hotel on the occasion of a professional event. The property is about a 10-minute drive from the center. It is a modern hotel with every comfort including a spa. There is a room equipped for meetings and Congresses.

Very good space for relax. The rooms are very clean and elegant, the staff is nice. The spa area is very organised with swimming pool, a small gym, sauna and steam room. The buffet at breakfast is very good and you can have very good classical Italian hot beverage. I really enjoyed their cappuccino. The food and the room service are fine but I find it a little bit too expensive respect other Radisson I have stayed before.

All areas of hotel is very good. Modern fashion, there is a very nice restaurant a block away. Breakfast was delicious, and how to eat to eat enough. Wireless network quickly, the hotel staff are very good. Two minutes walk to the train station, direct access to the city centre.

Great hotel. Really helpful staff, easy parking in secure car park, great room. Little way out from city centre in residential area. But good transport links trams etc 1 minute away and if you're brave enough 15 minute drive to city centre and all the sites (lots of carparks Again you'll need to be brave and have good spacial awareness:) ).

The Hotel is really cozy. Service excellent as are the rooms. Really tasty breakfast. Close to milanofiera and easy access to the West of Milan. Also the neighbourhood is very quiet both day and night. Private parking.

Perfect location for working reason, not too far from downtown and well connected, and very close to main motorways and Malpensa Airport. Room are modern and beautiful, good refurbishment and my room had a great view (7th floor) on Milan. Breakfast with huge variety of food.

The hotel itself is very nicely decorated. Our deluxe room was located spacious and located on the seventh floor.
At check in we were quite friendly and us was a little surrounding explains.
Since we's had seen off the focus on Milan as a city as a couple, we have taken all offers of the hotel (Spa, restaurant, etc. )
Why not 4 German star?
Odds and ends: No bathroom tumbler, excessive calcium carbonate deposits in the fittings, scrambled out of the Pack.
Positive:
-spacious, tastefully furnished rooms
-good selection at breakfast
-Netter reception
Negative:
-strong limescale deposits on the shower head
Water ran down properly neither shower nor sink
-A persistent loud "Clunk" from the wall made it difficult to sleep us

Window can be not tipped, air conditioning can take room temperature not below 20 degrees (for our understanding much too warm to the sleep)
-Vomit before the elevator was not removed on the next day
Drink prices are similar to that of Cathedral square (beer 0, 3 l = 10 EUR)
-EI I wasn't expecting Tetra-Pack in this kind of hotel
