Stylish, cared for, not excessive.
Spacious rooms, good bathing kits (especially good quality shower bath and shampoo that often in hotels leave to be desired) hearty and varied breakfast.
For the quality that offers below average price (in my case single with double bed 65 euros)

It's a good hotel with very clean and comfort rooms and friendly stuff This hotel is near a tram station.

The 1 bed rooms are very small but still enough for one person. The breakfast is good. However the Wi-Fi is very very bad. Hotel management shall rectify the Wi-Fi first. The central is very near and well connected by bus and tram. The staffs are very cooperative.

Absolutely wonderful hotel and even more wonderful staff! During our stay my Dad suffered a heart attack! The staff couldn't have been kinder and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! I don't think I could have managed without them at this awful time! Thank you so much xxx.

Great stay! Very good continental breakfast with tasty coffee! 20 minutes to city center using tram lines 14 or 1. Exceptionally clean room and hotel! I recommend it.

Nice hitel; good bfast; bit of traffic noise and fair bit out of town; tram stops outside hotel, about 20 min from centre.

Good location. Good breakfast. In front of the hotel, trams reach the city centre. After two stops a small shopping center where you can eat or buy food. As well as a small shopping Zara H&M cosmetics stores. Two steps from the budget grocery.

We travelled to Milan last month and stayed here. LOVED the hospitality. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is a good spread and the rooms were clean and tidy. Since it was our first time in Italy, we got quite a lot of help in terms of where we could go, what we could do, and the local cuisines/ drinks that we must try. Definitely recommend.

A 4 star hotel already in the years (according to Italian standards), with some very friendly staff. The trainees behind the reception will one day hopefully get some English to serve international guests.
Our room 319 was large enough, with decent, partly renovated bathroom, but located to the street and so unfortunately very noisy. The walls as well as the large windows with loud squeaking shutters unfortunately offered very little sound insulation.
The beds had very hard mattresses, German TV programs There are few, the free wireless internet access was quite weak. The room was very clean.
The breakfast buffet was quite acceptable, but typical Italian stocked with numerous sweet pasta.
Compared to German hotel standards only at 3 star level overall.
For a multi-day city trip due to the very good transport links to the city (3 tram lines, 1 bus line with only short waiting times) well suited if you can live with the aforementioned restrictions.

Difficult to express an accomplished judgement. I participated only in a conference but the impression is that of an environment that needs an important renovation. I could say a 4 star hotel with a star… too much. Enough lunch, for the Cicostanza.

The facilities are not like a 4 star hotel. I feel 2 stars would be enough.

I was at the hotel spending the weekend. Very friendly workers. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very rich and varied. Would repeat without a doubt.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and was pleasantly satisfied. The rooms are spacious, also the bathroom is big and all very clean. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, sweet and salty, there is even a choice of different types of milk. Close to the fair of Milan and there is also parking inside. The rooms are very hot (just turn off the air conditioner to have the ideal temperature). There are also room slippers in the closet.
Things that have not convinced me (albeit few) : shower with dish directly in the floor, hard pillows, lift a little ' small and hardness of a receptionist (probably the one with greater role) that does not ooze just sympathy and kindness. The rest of the staff instead are very friendly and helpful.
Would stay here again.

It was very nice and clean and friendly. At breakfast the fresh juice included in the price is very nice, only neo the pressure of the hot water in the shower too low.

Convenient to go to the Milan fair. Very good value for money. A bit outdated anyway.

Expensive and uncomfortable parking, the front desk staff should open the gates but in my case I had to wait 20 minutes before I could get out. As if not enough the receptionist was also grumpy. Old rooms and honestly I think you can find a lot better at these prices…

Great hotel. Perfect organization and qualified staff. To be picky the only negative note shutters a little old. It is all in all rated 10. I recommend a holiday in Milan.

Located only 20 minutes from the city centre by tram. This Hotel offer very confortable and clean rooms, a rich breakfast and extremely educated ad professional staff at the reception well as in the restaurant and bar. Highly raccomanded.

I stay every year in November at the international tennis symposium and GPTCA course in Milan, all perfect, every year always better :) The excellent hotel, great buffet breakfast, very friendly staff and helpful especially Ilaria reception, no less the Barman Iacopo, Massimiliano and all the staff. We were in October 2017 for 4 nights there and really super satisfied. Nice big room with TV and above all clean. The room service was mostly already there during the breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A huge plus point is the connection to the public transport — — stop line 14 directly in front of the hotel, which goes right into the city centre to the DOM — and that, > for Germans unaccustomed.

Good hotel in Italian tradition with spacious rooms and a very decent restaurant. Too bad that the whole thing is another time in terms of decorations and desing. A good renovation would be perfect.

Excellent hotel with good quality/price. The buffet is great too and they cater to you perfectly.
It is also very well located, 30 minutes from the Duomo and 45 from the Malpensa airport. 1 minute from the hotel we can take tram 14 that connects to the centre of Milan and another minute we also have a car rental company.

Clean, nice, restored, a very nice deal, no hassle with check in time and the buffet for breakfast very good.

Clean and quiet room. The personnel was really helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The bad points : quite far from city center. Tram stop is a front of the hotel but you need about 20-25 min to reach Duomo.

Great service and comfortable. It is A bit far from city centre but there are two tram that take you there just step outside the door so it's convenient. Breakfast was so so but you don't go to Italy to eat hotel breakfast.

This is my second consecutive visit to Hotel Raffaello, Milan. To begin with, the staff is courteous and helpful. They serve sumptuous breakfast and the best espresso. The room and restroom are clean, well appointed and functional. They even offer free pickup and drop facility to the exhibition center. Lastly, this place is value for money!

We had a great time there. The people there are very gentle and kind. The rooms are clean and well equiped. It has a nice bar and beneath, on the opposite side is a great restaurant. Next time in Milan I will choose Hotel Raffaelo againm.

Very convenient when you are in town for business. Located in a strategic location, with easy access both to the Centre both for the city's airport. Professional staff, comfortable, clean rooms.

Small rooms and internal structure of old and poorly maintained. For € 200, 00 per night really too little.
