Hotel Primula

Convenient location with shuttle just a few meters away from the hotel that takes you to the center of Livigno or wherever you want. The room with balcony that we were assigned was beautiful, warm and welcoming in typical mountain style. Cleanliness reigns supreme, the service staff on the floors as well as the waiters in the dining room are truly efficient, and friendliness at the reception. Small but functional SPA, supplied with bathrobe and slippers that you can find in your room. All the staff is always available for any need. We did not have the pleasure of tasting all the dishes on the weekly menu because we only stayed three days. Good food and good presentation of the dishes.

What a great place to stay in Livigno!
We arrived by car and found plenty of space to park next to the hotel. The hotel rooms are nice and kept clean. There is also a TV room, a bar, and a restaurant in the hotel.
The breakfasts in the restaurant were great, with a good selection and local products like milk and cheese. Even the dinners had a good selection, and every dish we had was really tasty.
The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Every single member of the staff was really nice to us, friendly, always smiling, and willing to help or recommend good places to visit in Livigno. If I can mention somebody from the staff, it would be Julia and Carmine — amazing people, really friendly and talkative, and fluent in English. They also gave us personal recommendations for dinner choices and wine pairings. They often made jokes, making every breakfast and dinner fun.
For the ski season, the hotel has a ski room equipped with a rack for drying ski and snowboard boots and a rack for skis and ski poles. Another rack for snowboards and twin-tip skis would be nice, but that is just a detail. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Carosello 3000 ski lift, and there is also a ski bus stop next to the hotel.

This place deserves 10 stars. Everything you need for the perfectly organized ski vacation can be found there. Room is clean, quiet and good size. Staff is super nice. The food… like a Michelin star restaurant and I am not exaggerating. We chose the option with breakfast and dinner and every single meal for our 6 nights stay was amazing. Free parking outside the hotel. 5 minutes by foot to Carosello 3000 cable car. Another ski lift is also nearby that can also take you to Carosello cable car. Distance to the center is a nice 20 minutes walk. Nice linen, very good housekeeping. The place has a small spa center with sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi area. Ski room with designated spot for each room. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell from the chemical in the jacuzzi in the spa center. If I come back to Livigno will definitely stay again! Super friendly hosts, lunch and breakfast top and choice enough. For me the hotel were price/quality is perfect in balans.

We spend a whole week there and had an excellent time! The staff was friendly and helpful and all the facilities were working and in good order. Especially loved the bath area with jacuzzi and 2 saunas.
