Chalet Matteo

We have spent second Xmas holidays there and again everything was more then perfect! Very cosy apartment with all you need for a week stay just few steps away from St. Rocco ski slopes. Our small kids were enjoying the ski school (the same owner) and made huge progress with their ski abilities! Friendly and helpful staff, especially Ottavia and Matteo himself. We can only recommend!

The owners were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Chalet Matteo is situated in a great place very near to the ski lifts, ski bus, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. Apartment 5 was very spacious, comfortable, good facilities, always warm and always quiet at night. An excellent place to stay.

Excellent location. Right next to the ski lift and equipment rentals. Very clean and comfortable apartments. Mateo always helpful and smiling. I highly recommend! We will definitely come back 😁

Great apartment, lovely location and a super host — I can definitely recommend.

It was our first stay at Challet Mateo, we enjoyed every moment of it!. Hosts are great and very hospitable, both Mateo and he's wife!. Rooms are clean and cozy, challet offers ski room that is very nice, with ski storage and ski boot heaters that turn on in the morning so you get in the warm ski boots. Clothes washing machines and dryers are available for washing and drying clothes for 2 euros but owners provided it for free! I would recommend staying at challet Mateo! We had issue with the car and owners stepped up and contacted local mechanics. Free car parking as well.
Matteo operates with snow cleaning machine and does a great job with collecting snow around challet!

Chalet Matteo is located in the heart of San Rocco ski area, the best place to go with kids. The rooms are very cosy, clean and fully equiped. Matteo and his wife are great hosts, thank you for your hospitality!

A new and cosy apartment at the San Rocco slope/Carosello. For us this was the perfect apartment for our stay in Livigno! Matteo was very helpful during the booking process and Ottavia was so welcoming upon arrival.
The apartment was very clean and ‘modern’ but still with a lovely ambience. High quality beds, pillows and linen secured a good nights sleep.
Also super fast Wi-Fi!
We felt very much at home and would choose to stay again if at all possible!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, cozy and served with all comforts. Located in a private location but at the same time close to all the main services. MATTEO and his wife OTTAVIA welcomed us as members of a BIG FAMILY. We spent a beautiful PET FRIENDLY holiday in the company of our Tails.

Apartments kept very well, functional, warm and very nice. Ideal area for walking, access to the cross-country ski trail and the bike path. In the area are possible snowshoeing and long walks in fairytale places. Even with the facilities closed, many activities can be done outdoors even in winter.
Near the apartment there are a few supermarkets.
Everything was perfect to the point that we extended our stay.
We appreciated the management for the professionalism and courtesy.

Spent the week with my family in Maja apartments. Great apartments with a lot of space and with the all you need equipment. Apartments are located on the slope of S. Rocco ski area that is suitable for beginners who want to start first steps in ski. Close to bus stop to get to other slopes. If you need something, Matteo and his team are very friendly and ready to help. Many thanks!

It is the second year when we stay at chalet matteo and the 6th year in a row at Livigno.
From now we will stay just at Matteo, the services are very good, hosts are very friendly, generous, professional, they help up with snowboard rental, give us the best snowboard instructor, very nice apartments with the best location (1 meter from slopes).

We have chosen Chalet Matteo already for the second time for our winter holiday this season (and have booked the same appartment for the next one). Matteo and Ottavia keep their appartments in fantastic shape. They are clean, very well equipped and generally they are very cosy. The location of the house is perfect. It is situated just next to the skislope which is very convenient when you have family holiday with little kids. You will not make a mistake by chosing Chalet Matteo for your stay!

Our family and our friends are coming to Challet Matteo for 10 years. We are very satisfied with appartements which are very clean and beautiful and near bus station and Carosello — amazing ski area. The owners Matteo and Otavia are very nice and friendly and their organisation is perfect. Surely we will come again in next years.
