Cleverly combines spaces for families and couples, keeping them separate and offering both kids-friendly services and atmosphere for the families, but also romantic spaces and moments for couples.

I would like to start by thanking the amazing and helpful staff friendliness how they go out of their way selflessly to get things done to get whatever it is that you want done, the restaurant amazing food and the atmosphere and scenic views out of this world. First class all the way. The only negative thing I have to say is I was a little upset that they did not offer timeshare because I would go back every year LOL.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful location. We had a great family holiday, the staff is great and the hotel and amenities are wonderful.

Great for families as kids clubs from 2-5, 6-12, 13-17 year olds, 3 pools, 3 restaurants, gym, beach PADI diving, water slide in lake. Lovely breakfast, serviced apartment accomodation and beautiful landscapes gardens. Close to supermarket, and resort has ample parking. Price. Bit posh.

It can't be better. It was a very nice stay. Nice friendly staff. Very good food great facility therefore highly recommended. The only drawback was the very high parking fee of 20€/night. Parking the car outside the plant is not possible.

Beautiful hotel complex that runs up the hillside in a parklike garden. Separate pools and dining rooms for the many families and elderly travelers, no one feels disturbed. Perfect breakfast buffet and optional dinner a la carte or half board (dinner half board can be served until 13:00 daily. Book spontaneously for €45th without drinks). Children's club with really nice and good carers. The complex consists of the Life Style Resort Parco San Marco and the Dependence del Parco, the latter is a little cheaper but almost equally good. Parking with pre-booking €10 a day, otherwise €20am a day.

The Parco San Marco is located on the shores of Lake Lugano, a charming place, ideal for relaxing but also to stay with the family! My wife is thrilled, will definitely come back!

This place is pretty amazing. It’s family friendly without forgetting the parents. And when you read other reviews about the staff being friendly—it’s an understatement. Every person on the staff seemed like they were trying to outdo the others in patience, friendliness and attentiveness. The food was very good, and half the price of Switzerland. The choice was excellent—everyday there were a half dozen specials. And a massive breakfast buffet ranging from Euro-cold cut…s to a pretty respectable Full English. The spa was good. The pools and lakeside were nice. The whole place was hospital-like spotless and the gardens looked Kew. The villas were large and comfortable. The kids are looked after by some very sweet folks in the “Bim Bam Babini” kids center, which boasted everything from climbing walls to bouncy castles to swim lessons to keep the kiddos enjoying themselves. We took an Italian cooking course one day that was a lot of fun. They gave us more wine at lunch than the price of the cooking course could possibly have covered. (Maybe they knew we were eating our own creations and we needed liquid courage? ) Only tiny downside is the road in front of the resort is very narrow, so you can’t walk with kids to the nearby towns and villages without risking being swept away by an Italian on a moped or a CZ plated 18 Wheeler wizzing past at 100mph and taking you with it. Which is too bad because there are some nice places to check out nearby.

Great hotel! We stayed with them for six nights and the whole experience was exeptional. Hotel is at very good location and view from the room is outstanding. Staff is very helpful and polite, always ready to help. On the first day we checked in very late almost 11 at night and desk Clark was worrying about our dinner and they accomodate our dinner at their restaurant which closes at 11. Food is very high quality and delicious. Manager (Mr. Tsvetan) at their La Masseria restaurant was very nice and accommodating. We felt always welcome and satisfied for our special requests. Bar service is great too and decent options available for late night lounge. Breakfast is great as well with tons of verities and freshly prepared cheese, butter and lots of goodies. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay But far from everything Can't stay and enjoy your stay without having a car Busses are there but not very convenient However, breakfast is great and stuff were so helpful and friendly.

Deserve the half-fifth star ad honorem, site of a Thousand and one Nights, courtesy professionalism at the highest level, a dream SPA, a starry kitchen with sought dishes, a breathtaking lake view, I recommend to try it at least once, so I'm sure That you will return also the second, the third, exactly as I did with my wife.

The hotel is very good and in a nice location in front of the lake. The staff is very friendly and kept the children entertained. The nearby village is not very exciting, so we spent most of the time in the hotel itself.

A fantastic family friendly hotel. The kids clubs are nice and the kids look forward to joining the fun for the day. Even at dinner the waitstaff welcome the children of all ages. There are still nice places for the adults as well to escape too much family time :)

The dream hotel for any family with kids. Their kids club team are the best we have ever seen. The watersport team are very helpful and you can try many different sports there. We loved SUPs.

Recommended for couples and families, the suites are nice, clean and all lake view.

The hotel is like a small village and it's very cool. During summer it should be better but by any season, the panorama is absolutely amazing. Every room has a view on the lake and service is nice. People are very amiable.

Firstly, what an amazing greeting I had from the hotel staff! They are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I swiftly checked in, dropped my bags and prepared to explore… From the minute I arrived I had a great sense of excitement, especially after seeing the incredible mountain views. Each corner you turn, you will experience picturesque scenes which will truly take your breath away! Without a doubt, the most amazing views can be found from the highest point in the resort, the Buddha Pavillion. It's the perfect place to soak up the panoramic mountain views in the most peaceful and relaxing surroundings. There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained too, there are hiking trails, adventure climbing, Nordic walking, cycle paths, watersports, paragliding, horse riding & so much more … They even have their own zoo! Parco San Marco has 5 different elegant restaurants to choose from, which leaves you spoilt for choice! They even offer Cookery Classes, which includes preparing a four-course Italian meal in a beautiful setting on the outdoor terrace of La Masseria. I ate in 'La Terrezza' Restaurant, which is the adult's only option. The food is absolutely incredible. They have so many different options and they are great at catering for dietry needs. I noticed on the menu they have great offerings for Vegetarians, Vegans and Gluten Free. I'd definitely recommend staying here, they're incredible! Love Parco San Marco!

A very nice and clean hotel. It offers a great kitchen, great breakfast, very well kept garden, own beautiful beach, various pools (also open in October) many offers for children and staff that is very friendly and makes everything possible. Good location also to make excursions. However, very many families with children, which makes the breakfast area and swimming pool area quite trubelig. We had booked a 3 star apartment with lake View, which is located directly above the bank road. That's what we knew. However, how much the road is not going to be used. Because of the traffic noise, sitting on the balcony is hardly possible. The kitchen is unfortunately very poorly furnished and the sofa bed is not suitable for 7 nights for two. Conclusion: Prefer to spend a little more money and book a higher quality apartment or suite. With children we would come again without children.

Friendly staff, good facilities. Self-service breakfast is great, very good selection. Kids club is relatively small, but staff is good. The restaurant is not good value, there are much better options outside of the hotel nearby. Overall good impression, would recommend for a relaxed family holiday.

We had such a wonderful time at the Parco this Summer with our two children. From the moment we checked in, the service was so warm and friendly. Lara at the front desk was so helpful and friendly, Roberto was immediately entertaining us with his magic and every single staff member greeted us anytime we passed by. Our suite was perfect with a pull out for kids in family room, a separate room for us, and a huge balcony overlooking the gorgeous lake. Highly recommend the Kiwi suites at top. Traveling abroad with a child who has severe nut allergies can be daunting, but everyone was so helpful and attentive, and we felt very confident that he could eat safely. Kids loved the treasure map, playground, fun pool, and especially the zip line. WE loved renting bikes and riding into town for an espresso, the gorgeous lakefront and the general vibe at the Parco. The kids club staff were fabulous, truly playing with the kids, not just being "present'. We loved La Masseria, esp that they had our absolute fave dish, Pasta Amatriciana (sp? ). Salvatore was our favorite waiter who was always smiling and we loved practicing our Italian with him. Breakfast was huge and full of great options. WE loved the muesli and eggs were delicious. We will definitely go back and recommend to anyone who is going to the lakes area of Italy and traveling with kids. Such a special time with our family! Thank you everyone for making it a fabulous stay!

Lovely place, magical stay, the rooms are very nice, clean, the view deserves, I did the massage at the Spa and Lea was very good! He's got gold hands!
The park of the resort is well maintained, with water streams and pond with fish, there is also a wall for climbing. Very nice trails that lead to the mountains or along the lake.

This place is beautiful, professional and discreet hospitality up to final greetings was a wonderful weekend, despite having rained.
The room size is basically a flat, looks new, bathroom and balcony. We came with a smartbox and stopped far too soon because the services they offer are many: spa, health club, pool, beach, walks in the Park, tennis, really pretty cool.
Restaurants present in the structure we had dinner in the Bistro, with prices still would be fair for the quality, quantity and presentation of what we were served impeccably.
The Park is maintained very well both in terms of facilities, both for nature itself, everyone was professional and friendly, a note of credit goes also to the SPA that was basically just for us, everything was perfect.

We came back here, the course is very neat and clean and offers everything imaginable. Everything exists for children and they are very well cared for. However, even without children of the resort, you can highly recommend, because it divides children and adults perfect, but what we feel at all as disruptive rather than liberating, because we do not disturb other guests. The resort offers many facilities to deal with and to enjoy every day. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The buffet offers many delicacies, the menu was excellent in the evening and if you don't like something, you can order also "à la carte". We are looking forward to the next holiday at Parco San Marco!

Perfect hotel and excellent service! We stayed here for a long weekend. The staff was fantastic and we loved the room design. We loved the swimming pool spa and have been very often. The location is very good as the restaurants were accessible. The foods was great, clean and in order. They have a good excellent service.

We are just returning from a glorious long weekend in this absolutely wonderful hotel. Perfect balance of being family oriented while also being a place adults actually enjoy!. Super grounds that the kids can roam around on their own and enjoy super activities like play grounds, zip wire, trampoline, ping pong or join lots of activities at the kids club. Beautiful setting. Rooms with amazing views. Very good food and excellent value for money with half board. Try the grilled Octopus! Very flexible with children who can either have the kids buffet or order from the menu (either for same half board price). Service was excellent. Very friendly and always happy to help with any special requests. Don't miss the private wine tasting in their cave. Delicious-o. We are already planning to return!

The Parco San Marco Lifestyle Beach Resort is more than just a hotel… it is, as the name already suggests, a lifestyle Resort :) )
The spa area is very nicely done and you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Location on the Lake is of course again a big plus, and you have the option of going there on the shore of Lago di Lugano, on one of the sun beds of the hotel to get a Tan.
Of course the two pool areas are also peferkt and it is also very windeschützt.
Even though I've been to many hotels in Europe, yet I have still never really eaten and drunk so great wine like in the Parco San Marco!
The staff is very friendly and tried a great atmosphere to spread also to young children or babies. So perfect for families with children.
The apartment rooms are very spacious, it has much Patz and one great balcony with beautiful lake views.
Next year it's back: Parco San Marco, but this time slightly longer and even earlier!

A beautiful hotel, in which you can relax wonderfully.
The spa area is very inviting and allowing fine relax and unwind. Also the location directly on the Lake is great and you have the possibility to put there on the shore and relax. If you feel like you can do a diving course. The instructors are very friendly.
The food is top, I've still never really eaten like in this hotel.
There's everything the heart desires. The staff is very friendly, and others. Also for children, feels very comfortable there as a family. We come back soon. I still remember the great time we had.

There is to report only positive things about the hotel parco san marco! Our stay was from arrival through the rooms with stunning Lake views, the great very friendly breakfast, service and the great helpfulness of all staff up to the very nice passing, just perfect. The whole Park is beautifully designed, in the hillside surrounded by and well maintained. The wellness area top! We were very warmly welcomed and adopted and with a very beautiful memory home hazards (unfortunately) ;)

Il fascino dell'ospitalità Abbiamo scoperto il resort durante un soggiorno di una notte ad Aprile 2015. Una pausa breve, ma ricca di attimi di benessere e piacevoli scoperte. Fin dall'ingresso, si é colpiti dal fascino della struttura, incastonata nel verde rigoglioso della collina e con una vista a perdita d'occhio sul lago di Lugano. La camera, suite nocciolo, impeccabile nella pulizia, si presenta con un design moderno accogliente e colorato. Sottolineiamo I piccoli gesti di cortesia a noi riservati: dal set di accappatoio e ciabatte, alle bottiglie d'acqua gratuite, dalla possibilità di farsi il thè/ caffè agli ombrelli di cortesia e la TV di nuova generazione, etc. Punto a parte merita il balcone con vista lago attrezzato con tavolino e sdraio: impagabile svegliarsi la mattina con quella vista! La spa, con ingresso illimitato, è di livello e curata in ogni particolare: presente un'area piscina con cascate, getti d'acqua e nuoto controcorrente, idromassaggio e un'area sauna/ bagno turco dove è possibile bere thè/ tisane biologiche — bellissimi inoltre I mosaici della zona piscina. Il giardino è curatissimo: bellissima l'idea di scrivere l'indicazione di tutte le piante presenti (mi sarebbe piaciuto tornare bambino per riscoprirle tutte) e fantastica l'area meditazione in autentico stile buddista.

We spent 5 days in the Parco San Marco end of April 2014 (HP). The entire staff is extremely friendly and courteous and always help to make tips. We were as a couple there, for couples, there is an own dining room in the evening, it was great. The food a pleasure; you could always choose between two menu variants in the evening, but choose individual courses from the card. The breakfast quality and huge mega (fresh fruits and juices, various breads, etc. Etc. ). We do ever have a full body massage, which was great. The Spa we have otherwise (unfortunately) not made use of, because on Sundays to run over (the weather was bad during their whole stay. ). It is a fast drive in Lugano, but also on Lake Como. We come gladly back! Thank you v. A. On Giacomo (super waiter with much wine and grappa experience! ). Not so liked us the (missing! ) Views from the dining room on the Lake, the current construction noise all around and we knew the slightly unfashionable furnishings of our, which have.

The hotel is gorgeous and absolutely recommended — the location directly on the Lake with wonderful sea views and spacious and beautifully landscaped park means recovery from the very first moment. The rooms are very spacious with good facilities and private balconies in the middle of the Park. The bathroom is very clean and upscale facilities.
The sauna area also impressed us in addition to the Park — sauna with different temperature levels about steam rooms with sitting room see the great starry sky is nothing to be desired. The foot reflex massage is an experience worth — the masseur is among other good tips to relieve pain areas.
The breakfast buffet is sensational — must schedule enough time! Variety and freshness of high quality salmon over fresh boiled eggs, to emit even smoothies and other regional specialities, it is can't be beat. Recommended a variety tea assortment, which you can refine itself with selected herbs.
In the evening, a dinner at the Steak House for meat lovers is a must – from appetizers to main menu and dessert with a perfect wine the food stays one here unconditional remembered.
Particularly noteworthy is the staff that is always friendly and with a smile, always helpful, and seems to read obliging every request from the lips. As a result this stay was a perfect experience — and we like to come back.

It is genuinely difficult to think that we could have something more from a hotel. We took advantage of a wellness package and everything is designed to make us feel like royalty. They accommodated in a two-room apartment with a breathtaking Lake, we had unlimited access to the beautiful spa, complete with gods everything you could wish for, my wife had a massage, we dined divinely at one of the restaurants of the complex, as well as excellent as was the breakfast. But everything overall is of the highest quality. The real difference, however, is the staff, qualified staff, helpful and friendly, the real edge. On behalf of all Mr. Roberto, who was able to treat ourselves with discretion throughout our stay. Congratulations, this fortunately is the Italy that works.

We have been to the third but certainly not for the last time there. The place is magical, not only us but also our two boys find it always great back. It has everything was needed for some relaxing days and the guests at the hotel are very comfortable, there are many with children as it is a children's paradise but also guests without children, simply make a wellness holiday. We appreciate as parents, that in the hotel are also child-free zones. The staff is very nice and personally, we feel as fast as at home, too bad, that the week is so fast.

Seven September days without school children, without stifling summer heat-Lugano Lake till far in the Ticino and first get to know the area on Lake Como. The stunningly beautiful charms of nature fit the unique atmosphere of the hotel. Very friendly, multilingual staff. Romantic sea view from our terrace on the modern suite. Each day was well started with breakfast buffet in a separate, children-free part of the restaurant. Very nice climate and excellent food in the hotel's three evening restaurants. Clear ' yes ': there is holiday vacation.

A big surprise is the very wide land on the hillside above Lake Lugano, which was transformed into a stimulating, Mediterranean Park. My favorite place there: The Buddha Pavilion. Relaxation pure. The suite was ideal and had a terrace with full views of the sea. All the service staff are very friendly. Especially the La Masseria we liked among the four kinds of restaurants, very nice ambiance at dinner. Too late we learned from a nearby Golf Club, which works with the hotel together. Perhaps at the next time.

Our 4 night stay here was a relaxing stopover for us on our way from Munich to Rome. Our children 6, 9 loved the treasure hunt, pool/slide and the adventure park. We were lucky to have a room beside the adventure park (L24) so the kids could play while we hung out on our balcony. The restaurants and service were great and I recommend dinner at La Masseria. We enjoyed tennis, archery lessons, a day by the pool and a day trip to Bellagio/Lake Como. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Incredible how diverse a single hotel the interests of all perfect can cover! We have given us vacation with grandparents (in the room) and three children (ages 9, 4 and 2) here equal to two weeks and the high price of no little regret. Still more details we noticed, that have inspired us. Incredibly friendly, attentive, very personal service. The children especially loved: the beach, the pools, the playgrounds spread across the grounds, nice restaurant and nice childcare with great offers and the donkey. Super also, that the children in the evening again were able to childcare, while the adults alone at end of evening ate. My mother praised the most: to undertake restaurant, service and Spa, as well as the excursions to the city of Lugano and Lake Como. My father enjoyed the Privacy front of our rooms, the peace and nature and good food. For us the perfect holiday.

The hotel has as close to Lugano and also an ideal location for our day trips to the two lakes close to Lake Como. Distribution on several houses, the modern hotel built on the slope of the Lake of Lugano offered a beautiful view on the Lake — morning and late in the evening us unforgettable. In September, there were fewer families with children in the hotel. It is something dear to us. The cordial nature of the staff made the week fully relaxing us: relax on the private beach, small walks or drive to Como and the Tamaro Ticino.

Our little man round to Pentecost had chosen a real raisin "Ticino" hotels. The great thing about this hotel is: it has a lot of the Swiss canton of Ticino and is already in Italy on Lake Lugano. Except for a few annoying hours shopping in Lugano (what the women. ) we had after the very extensive Buongiorno breakfast at the terrace restaurant in particular our enjoyment of the hikes on the shores of Lugano (front) and also of the Como Lake (only 15 minutes by car). (*) at the front desk is a real artist, ever the service team is already unique, so how is called the hotel in some brochures. Thank you! I'll show this in the autumn of even my wife.
