Staff available, small but tidy rooms. Great price especially for those who do not want to stay in Switzerland, the hotel is next to customs.

By the lake with great veranda. Good both fish and meat, hospitable staff.

Looks great, in the hotel room actually small room and no small mini bar and 2 door has actually hole and TV couple program error breakfast is okay but was nice there also proximity market.
Would be great this hotel should repair something and make some small new building.

Very good location… with a beautiful view of the lake and in Italian territory, behind the customs! Great potential and great friendliness and professionalism in reception. Too bad for the cleanliness of the rooms and the little attention to detail, but it is not a 5 star!

I slept one night in this hotel. Room looked out on the customs, I had asked Lake view. Structure to renovate! Still in its cozy limit.

I speak as a customer of the restaurant (just because I was, in spite of myself, in Ponte Tresa and I had to have lunch nearby) and carry that the menu contemplates mainly the fish, through proposals not even trivial.
The main problem is the service, but in the most absolute way: so absurd that it is even fun to observe. Some examples: the waiter who served us has thought, rightly, to open the bottle of water and pour a part in the glasses; Too bad he poured the water as if he were aiming with a gun, making it come out of the glass and pouring, inter alia, only one finger. Moreover, the ordering process was also problematic: difficulties in understanding trivial concepts and a sense of total disinterest; If not to the customer, at least I would try to carry out with interest my work.
The lady in the crate/reception does not understand a word of Italian.

Good hotel right by the Swiss border and MUCH cheaper than Swiss hotels. Most rooms have a nice view of the lake and all are en suite. Some have balconies. Breakfast is not brilliant, but an optional extra and there are plenty of nice bars to have breakfast instead.

Bad restaurant. Bad cooking, very poor raw, unqualified, I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

It lacks the "bathroom" TV the door does not close water does not evacuate to the shower, the walls are so thin that I have not sleep all night I could hear the discussions I am very disappointed.

Very poor… no words to describe it. Chinese run, probably for money laundering. Good restaurant though (run by Italians). Not again!

Tv is defective, the pressure is missing. The whole hotel is renovated. Curtains broken u. Z. T. Pulled out. The bathroom to get used to no minibar, no General information. Such as phone number from the room to the reception Desk, etc, and v. M. Terrace unkempt z. T. Deffekt… Once and never again.

Beautiful rustic place, nice and clean. Owner and employees helpful and professional. Dishes from the excellent appearance and quality. Very good pizza though slightly singed, but perhaps it is no coincidence. Worth going again.
