Elegant Location, very clean, excellent cuisine and fine views of the mountains and lake enviable…, the pizza as good as you eat it here you can not find it anywhere… the friendly, helpful staff friendly very attentive to the needs of the customer. What more can I say… a must try…

Location, renovated with very good taste. We had lunch overlooking the lake, tasting of the delicious spaghetti allo scoglio medium. Not to mention the carpaccio of swordfish and the mussels marinara… the view priceless…

High class place, not casual at all. Not possible to get a table for lunch as all tables reserved. No pizza during lunchtime.

I es my partner, along with my parents we spent a night in the hotel and I have to say that the rooms are very nice and PULITE!
By the way ours had a phenomenal lake view.
We then enjoyed the restaurant service in addition to breakfast in fact, we had lunch with hearty, fresh and varied dishes.
Then in the evening you ate Pizza! Great it is very quaint because it is served on a flat chopping board is long (hence the Ligurian pizza name)
All accompanied by the sunset on the lake since you have lunch and dinner in a very large terrazzza

Beautiful view of the lake, completely renovated place! Great and plentiful cuisine, prices in line with the quality of the food and the service. Staff friendly and helpful. The pizza is of the elongated and non-round type, thin dough but very good. Portions of generous dishes. The place is ideal for large groups both given the high number of seats and for couple dinners with a breathtaking panorama!

Great view, good food, somehow pricy.

Deeply renovated reopened in early May after months of work. The menu is manicured as the service and well-stocked wine cellar is well stocked with a visit. A wall carved into the rock and instead of the floor the gravel. Cellar obviously air-conditioned. A bar with cute stools with cork-style cushions from sparkling wine make the stay a pleasure. Always excellent pizza.

Very beautiful view! But you have to check, when u book online, of you will have a room with view arround the lago di lugano or just a small room in the back. The Pool Is also clean and with the same amazing view. And the rooms are very clean and modern! Enjoy your trip. I will come back soon.

Wat a wonderful place, it was already a nice, clean and very friendly hotel, however after the renovation it's such a beautiful and tastefully decorated hotel. So clean, peaceful and lovely owners and they serve an outstanding breakfast.

Spectacular view of the lake of Lugano, light pizza with excellent ingredients. Only drawback, the wait time, more than 1 hour for 5 pizzas Maybe it's a little too much. Prices above average but bearable.

Simple hotel, with some ristruttate rooms and others undergoing renovation, proof of a management careful to relaunch an outdated hotel that enjoys however a spectacular view of the lake (spectacular does not make good the idea! ) and a decidedly high restaurant Level. The organic herbal tea Clipper for breakfast is a detail that demonstrates the attention to quality products. Definitely recommended.

As for the kitchen, I pizza lover can say it is really good. Oval Pizza and pretty thin… If you wish, you can also have a round, therefore less subtle, on request.

The location is great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Just the right place to relax!

Rooms are a bit out dated but the friendly staff and views make up for them, we would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Bit of an advanture to get there, steep little roads included, kinda fun and interesting though. Parking would have been easier with a smaller car than ours. Food was nice enough and the pizza was thin and not small.

Located just above the Lake of Lugano, the hotel restaurant offers a wider menu and Printing with dishes of the highest quality. The location offers spectacular views both morning and evening and in 5 minutes to reach by car. Last but not least, the staff was friendly and very professional. In summer you can enjoy the pool on the roof.

What a place to stay — I love the view :-).

Great restaurant food, best pizza ever and incredible view. Decent hotel too although a bit pricy but Italy still has not discovered the powerful use of "internet offers". Ponte Tresa is a lovely place but should be turned into a more touristic resort by the local council. Potential is there, it would benefit all the hotels and local businesses. Viconago is a nice little old village that again could offer much more.

I stayed at this hotel from 1 to 3 November this year, for those seeking relaxation and tranquility is a place, the kitchen is great pride and the hotel rooms are small and clean but with all the amenities, the views from up there and breathtaking staff courteous and helpful
the only bad thing is the winding road to get there and tight and limited parking
otherwise all OK.
