In the face of review on booking (rating 7) I receive very rude answers that confirm the feelings of being just a tourist to be plucked and sent away to make room for the next. At the slightest criticism Mrs. Elena reacts badly … Too bad! I'm sorry because the area is very pretty like the village of Bellano, but in my opinion Personal relationships are very important.
