➜ Comfortable and cozy room with a nice lake view balcony. Breakfast is plentiful and varied with yummy products. The owner is very helpful, we had a great time and we will definitely repeat the experience!

The accommodation is named apartments but it is actually a small motel with no kitchen. There is also no tea, coffee & cups in the rooms. Poor room sound insulation, we could clearly hear TV sound and guest talking from next room and upstairs during the night. I stayed double room with balcony, the shower space is so extremely small can only just squeeze in a petite woman, I couldn’t even wash my hair. Anyway we didn’t complain above to the host. But because my room is too small to place the luggage, I then asked if I could move a chair to our other room (we booked 2 rooms) next door so I be able to open our suitcase on the ground. The host was rude and warned us that we were not allowed to move furniture. The room was also freezing, our app showed the room was only 14 degree and there were no heaters on. We asked if the heater can be turned on. The host said they have rules for heaters and also shouted at us repeatedly “if you are not happy you can leave”. I was shocked by her attitude towards a guest. We have been travelling from Australia to Italy for the last 3 weeks, and this has been the first time we came cross a local Italian having such discriminatory attitude and behaviour, which is totally not acceptable.
