Review of L'Albereta Relais & Chateaux 5*

We stayed in L'Albereta for one week, and we were highly recommended to get Henri Chenot SPA treatment. If you don't have any serious problems with your health and just want to have an examination of your health, and relax — you will NEVER get it. For enormous price you will get 15 minutes of useless talk with doctor, which is not included in total programme price. All staff is not coordinated well, you have to ask several times till you will be heard. Basic SPA programme is a combination of "lazy" massage (machine massage instead of manual therapy), repeating hydrojet, bath etc… if you want extra medical information you have to pay a lot! The special thing is healthy detox menu — on the 3-rd day (absolutely hungry) we were waiting for the dinner and received soup with a HAIR… unfriendly hostess just confirmed that this is exactly the hair and even did not ask for an excuse. Up to the subject — when we have received our food intolerance analyses (300+290 EUR), it turned out that we were having allergic dishes! During this week we changed two rooms. Both of them are waiting for renovation, ugly furniture, last century blowdryer, shabby walls, no isolation — you can hear you neighbors well. First room has windows facing service entrance, at 6.30 AM they start to have laundry service delivery that finishes at 8 AM, because of the isolation it is really impossible to sleep in room 25! Total shock was when we saw our bill… NEVER AGAIN! Hope you, guys, will read this, and deсide to choose another place to relax.
