We stayed in this beautiful hotel with amazing garden surrounds for one night by recommendation as I had been told the food was outstanding. We booked a table at the restaurant for 4 people that included my 10 year old nephew. We ordered a selection of dishes that were designed to share and at the maitre’d suggestion, we ordered some appetisers as one of our dishes was going to take 40 minutes to cook. When the appetisers arrived, he had only allowed for the 3 adults and had not included the child. We shared the appetisers with my nephew and let it slide as an oversight. When the main course came, the maitre’d served our meals from an auto trolley and much to our dismay, he only served up 3 dishes to the adults blatantly ignoring that my nephew was also a guest at his restaurant. We then asked the maitre’d for an extra plate which he brought over making NO APOLOGY for his oversight. I will never recommend this Hotel to anyone I know, as the atmosphere was very stuffy and pretentious. A crying shame as the surrounds are second to none however when people treat others as second class citizens, it leaves a very sour taste in everyones mouth. On top of our unpleasant experience, the food was NOT up to the standard we were expecting.

Very nice and calm place in the heart of Lombardy’s nature. It is hard to forget the aroma of pine-trees mixed with the beautiful odour of the local spa. You will experience state of the art hospitality with the breathtaking views of the lake Iseo, forest hills and endless vineyards. These views have name “bella vista” and refer to the brut vine produced in the nearby vinery. Espace Chenot Health Wellness Spa provides huge amount of treatments based on Henri Chenot method. Moreover there are sauna, steam room, swimming pool and gym to keep you in a good physical and mental shape. During the stay it is strongly recommended to go for a walk to the park of sculptures or use on of the sport paths for the outdoor workout. In the evening you can try delicious dinner in the Châteoux restaurants or try tasty pizza at the La Filiale. At least but not the last, L’Albereta provides all the necessary infrastructure including helicopter pad to accommodate conferences, weddings and birthday celebrations. Many thanks to all the employees for maintaining the relief and relaxing stay!

What should we say? Bellavista Franciacorta, exclusive Chenot resort with exquisite food and luxury treatment. If you choose it you can't disagree with my opinion.

Wonderful dog friendly hotel. Staff were so helpful and kind, the room was comfortable and well appointed with TWO balconies! The restaurant was utterly amazing, a taste experience I loved. Expensive, but worth every penny!

A haven of peace. Fantastic service, always with a smile. A buffet breakfast not to be missed (probably the best eggs benedict in the world).

My review is about the so called Lake View Bistro. Visiting the Cantina Bellavista, I decided to have lunch in this beautiful place that stands out for a cuisine of great quality, excellent service and a breathtaking view. Excellent also the wine proposal to the goblet. Recommended!

Always constant Allure, magical environment. It would only require some maintenance to the hydraulic part (the pool is not up to the other spas of the same level, some problems with the water mixer in the room)

Very elegant Place, extremely spacious rooms. Bathroom with whirlpool and multifunction shower. Very beautiful and cared for the outside spaces.
Given the level of the place I expected a little more choice at the breakfast buffet, to eat there was a bit of dessert and a bit of salty, but the choice was little and the quality did not live up to the rest.
Altogether very positive judgement.

Beautiful luxury hotel in the area of Franciacorta, immersed in the greenery of nature and the prestigious vineyards of the area. A magical Atmosphere and absolute relaxation in an elegant and welcoming environment with various possibilities of recreation and body care. Swimming pool, gym and wellness area, but especially nature and walks in a lovely park. Attentive Service with friendly staff and capable both for the rooms and for The services, including the catering of the highest level that offers various possibilities such as the recent pizzeria as well as the restaurant inside. To Detach Completion from everyday life this wonderful place can give unique moments.

If you are searching the definition of "Retreat" this is the place to be. Food is amazing, the Staff is Super, the Structure perfectly fits the environment and the Spa is one of the best!

This gem of Lombardia is a real treasure. This is the most exquisitely styled hotel in Italy we have ever been to. The interior and exterior in romantic, country style is extremely well kept, every room is individually and tastefully furnished and decorated in classical Italian style, the same goes for all the public areas. The spa is brand new and beautifully designed and offers everything you could want in the relaxation dept. And finally, the restaurant Leone Felice is probably one of the best in Italy. This hasn’t been discovered by the Michelin guys yet, but trust me, it will!

Amazing atmosphere. Wonderful staff. Location is sublime between franciacorta wineyards, overlooking lake iseo. Rooms are packed of every necessity — cabriolet suite is a plus. Even their own candle scent is amazing. Prices are high.

The hotel and location are beautiful. We really loved it and it is the second time we have been there.
My criticism is:
The room does not cater for ladies. There is not a good mirror to apply your make up, the lighting in the bathroom is nothing like good enough. There is nothing in the bedroom either. I ended up moving a table and chair into the wardrobe area as it was the best light and I could plug in my hairdryer. Are these rooms designed by men?
The water pressure was really poor. I tried to run a bath but it only sent out a trickle of water and the shower also trickled the whole time as well. It took an age to fill the bath! I called for help but was told that this is just how it is! Maybe a good pump should be considered.
Apart from these 2 things we loved it there. The food was superb as was everything else. Had these 2 things been ok it would have been perfect!

I was looking forward to our stay at this hotel, but was disappointed to find our room was tiny and had a slanted roof making it impossible to stand up straight in most of the room. Don't bother.

When the sun is shining it's 34 and it's 8 back in Melbourne L'Albereta is an especially good place to be. The room is great, the food & wine excellent — all in a beautiful setting.

Because we are looking for a location for our wedding we drove all the way down to L'Albereta and booked also a night there. First, the event manager forgot our meeting and we waited over one hour for her to come. Second, we have been waiting for three weeks to get the offer. And still no offer.
Because of this poor service we won't use this location for our wedding. The five stars for this location is far overrated. We stayed in 0 stars homeystays in South East Asia and had quite better service than at L'Albereta.

Excellent all around. A bit out of the way. Parking is limited but the food and atmosphere are excellent. Was only here for dinner, hope to go again someday.

We had an excellent stay as everything had been arranged from the winery Bellavista and their sales staff. Room, quality, service was excellent and we had perfect weather to enjoy drinks outside — which had some good years for the various sparking wines and we especially enjoyed the moretti and the local fresh large olives and hard cheese The restaurant course menu was fantastic and again gave us opportunity to enjoy the local area wines paired with seasonal foods Fantastic.

To be noted that I was here for a work Conference … the perception is a very relaxing place with an equally suggestionanti. Surrounded by the green of Franciacorta, this place is definitely one of the most important in the area. I tried the Catering of the hotel and I was amazed by the quality. Unfortunately I have not stayed so can't judge the rooms. For everything else great.

Weekend of relaxation, immersed in the vineyards of fine bubbles, excellent restaurant and bistro with number one, don't miss.

A real treat. Worth every penny. Absolute high class hotel, nice spa, friendly personnel, dogs allowed (they even put dogs plates in our room! ). Very safe option.

A fairytale esque setting with decor and view to match. Springtime offers a superb panorama from the restaurant of snow capped mountains.

We stayed in L'Albereta for one week, and we were highly recommended to get Henri Chenot SPA treatment. If you don't have any serious problems with your health and just want to have an examination of your health, and relax — you will NEVER get it. For enormous price you will get 15 minutes of useless talk with doctor, which is not included in total programme price. All staff is not coordinated well, you have to ask several times till you will be heard. Basic SPA programme is a combination of "lazy" massage (machine massage instead of manual therapy), repeating hydrojet, bath etc… if you want extra medical information you have to pay a lot! The special thing is healthy detox menu — on the 3-rd day (absolutely hungry) we were waiting for the dinner and received soup with a HAIR… unfriendly hostess just confirmed that this is exactly the hair and even did not ask for an excuse. Up to the subject — when we have received our food intolerance analyses (300+290 EUR), it turned out that we were having allergic dishes! During this week we changed two rooms. Both of them are waiting for renovation, ugly furniture, last century blowdryer, shabby walls, no isolation — you can hear you neighbors well. First room has windows facing service entrance, at 6.30 AM they start to have laundry service delivery that finishes at 8 AM, because of the isolation it is really impossible to sleep in room 25! Total shock was when we saw our bill… NEVER AGAIN!
