Amazing grounds and views. Hot tub and pool work well. Villa is a little dated and needs refreshing but there's everything you need for a large group.

The place and the host were amazing. The room was cozy and fulfilled all of our needs, and the breakfast was excellent.

Spacious, clean, very well stocked with little things that were very useful. Would definitely be back. One week was not enough.

The accommodation is beautiful, a 20 min walk from Colico station, set in a beautiful garden.
Its peaceful and relaxing environment.
The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and patio furniture.

Great place to stay. Great hosts. Our dog loved it there.
It's a bit of a walk to town though, be sure to take that into account when going somewhere.

We have stayed here three times now and its amazing. It is in a really good location, you can walk to Spiaggia Piona or the Colico lido.

The view is perfect, the location is private yet easy to access and the accommodations are superb, spacious and welcoming.
