Simply spectacular! Gorgeous panorama of Lario Lake and mountains all around. In this marvellous place you can appreciate the silence and the relaxing atmosphere that is difficult to find in other places nearer to the lake but also to the traffic and noise.
Apartments are clean and complete in accessories.
Villa Tre Cariole is also a very good starting point your trips to either the lake and the mountains, visiting the nearby valleys of Chiavenna, Val Masino, Val Malenco).
The owners are very kind, discrete and available to satisfy all your needs.

We have stayed here three times now and its amazing. It is in a really good location, you can walk to Spiaggia Piona or the Colico lido. The more touristy spots of Varenna and Bellano are 20 mins in the car (you really need a car staying here).
In hot weather the lake and pool make for a great holiday but otherwise it's a nice train ride to Milan, fun drive out to St Moritz for some chocolate and loads to do around the lake.
The previous owners Mario and Anna really looked after us and Mauro and Anna were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the apartment has everything you need and the garden, sunsets and pool are worth visiting for alone.
We will be back again I am sure.
