Residence Lake Como

Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment/self catering accommodation. Lovely staff, very very clean communal areas (pool, sun loungers, seating etc). The accommodation was perfect for us (family of 5). Stones throw away from the lake, restaurants, cafes etc. Private/secure parking too 🎉

What a great apartment in a nice location.
We stayed at Residence Lake Como for a week with our family, 6 adults and 1 child.
Everything was 100%!
Nice welcome with explanation and a bottle of bubbles in the room.
Rooms are spacious, modern and clean.
Breakfast was fine, nice with variety in the fruit.
Nice swimming pool and sun terrace.
Ordering drinks at the pool is also great.
We had no problems with the train that passes by every now and then.
In the middle of the village with parking. Close to the lake, restaurants, boulevard and beach.

Everything is there for a top stay!

Neat clean room, accommodation also clean and tidy. Close to the center and the lake. The only disadvantage is that it is very close to the railway. The train was clearly audible in our room.

Beautiful structure located in the center of Colico, 50 meters from the lake and in the town's restricted traffic zone. You can arrive easily by car, the management has permits.
Behind the apartments the railway is very close, but thanks to excellent soundproofing you can't hear it at all.
The apartments are new, spacious and above all very clean, also equipped with a first aid kit and fire extinguisher.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine complete the equipment. Our apartment with a double bedroom and the second with a bunk bed.
To the side of the reception they have a small bar while behind it is the SPA with swimming pool and solarium. The outdoor swimming pool also has comfortable deckchairs for sunbathing.
The parking is inside the structure closed by a gate.
There is also a games room.
The complimentary bottle of prosecco upon arrival was very welcome.

What a nice place, modern, safe, new.
With our family, 2 children aged 9 and 7. We had a great time, highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay or stopover at Lake Como. We were there for 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed it, we will definitely come here again. Sad to leave.
Hosts are fantastic and the car and app complex are safely behind the large fence.
The best thing about this entire location is that within a few meters you are on the boulevard! Swimming pool for the children, game room, delicious breakfasts, you can eat at the restaurants on the boulevard within 5 minutes. It is cozy, not too busy, not too touristy. The view is breathtaking.
We had an app called laghetto, with a solarium next to it, when there is still shade on your balcony in the morning, we had a fantastic time there in the sun and in the evening sun, this app seemed the nicest to us so we were lucky.
Don't forget the jacuzzi, great in the evening with lighting and nice and warm, the children thought this was the best thing about the entire stay.

By the lake, new and spotless rooms. Kind welcome, friendly and helpful.
Easy to reach with the possibility of passing by car to the restricted traffic area!
I was in the "Lecco" apartment: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed! 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with sofa and a welcome bottle.

What an amazing place. Fantastic location, great secure modern apartments and the staff are amazing. The apartments are massive and very well equipped, this is the best place to stay in Colico. Nice swimming pool and sauna. The power showers are amazing and the beds super comfy. Wifi is great. Eleonora is brilliant and will help you with anything — really great service.

We had an amazing stay! Really well organised place. The moment you come in to the territory you see how well maintained everything is. The pool (although it was covered due to the off season), the buildings are renovated, We had a spacious room with a magical view on the monte legnone. It was sparkling clean. A kitchen has a dishwasher, a juice squeezer, a toaster, a teapot and a coffee machine. In other words everything you need! A washing machine in the bathroom. The water heats up quickly, nice spacious shower. A TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Perfect!
We also booked a sauna. It was also amazing! New, clean, feels nice to be there. I'd maybe add some aroma oils, but that's just my preferences:) ) so there a a sauna and a hamam and a shower. Perfect to relax after a long hiking day or any day actually :D Next time we'd love to spend time in jacuzzi which wasn't working the night we were there. So in any case we'd love to come back to experience the pool and the jacuzzi! I loved everything about this place, thank you Residence Lake Como very much! Recommended 100%
