We were two 70 year olds cycling from Amsterdam to Rome. We got to Colico after a 60km day and over 30 degrees of heat only to find that one campsite was full and the other only offered 2 night minimum stays, by a very rude owner.
We spotted this Bed and Breakfast and were welcomed by Tiziano who looked at us and our laden bikes, smiled said he had a room. Not only a beautiful, clean and spacious room with air conditioning but a lovely balcony with magnificent views. AND cold beers in the room. We thought we had died and gone to Heaven.
Thank you for your kindness and hospitality and although we probably won't be back, we will never forget B&B della Baia❤️
