Amazing location with superior views, super helpful staff with excellent customer service, unbelievable food and presentation, with a long list of amenities including sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, massage specialists, many terraces, out door patios, offstreet parking garage, and loads of flowers.
Also the best breakfast selection I’ve ever seen anywhere. There was everything.

A mandatory place to go if you are in Valtellina. It was also chosen by Alessandro Borghese among the 4 best restaurants of the place. In Bormio is an institution. Friendly staff, elegantly romantic mountain place. The owner is very kind. Not to be missed. Perfect price at the place.

Beautiful hotel, a cinnamon scent that follows you from your entrance to the room door.
Spotless and completely wooden room, with a qeensize bed sincerely the most comfortable ever tried, the bathroom with big shower and attached a nice tub, great solution to take advantage of the spaces please just everyone with regard to the kitchen I can not Expressing a judgement as being out of season was closed plentiful and varied breakfast surrounded by dried fruit and local jams.

Pleasant environment for a relaxing stay. Only downside is the spa area, small and little clean.

Nice coffee and food. But the chairs in the conference room are terrible.

Hotel very close to facilities and via Roma, where you will find shops and restaurants. Clean rooms and fast motlo cleaning service. Good breakfast on the first night, minus the second (eggs cooked too or expired). Comfortable spas But with so many people at peak times.

Return now from this magnificent hotel… Great welcome… rooms that are spacious and taken care of in detail. We were at the 404 wonderful view. We had the full board. The a-card menu is very varied and inviting. Presentation of the dishes excels as the quality of the products. Spa. Careful, and very clean. Very professional staff… I dare say everything is perfect. We'll be back. Definitely. Thank you.

Great food, we especially enjoyed the steak fiorentina! If Nicola's ski teaching skills are as good as the food here, we'll def be back in wintertime ;) the outside area is lovely for outside dinners!

Rude staff, no ambience. If you're after the true spirit of Bormio, this is not the place P. S. Dined 2 times in the backyard. Never again. Keep this attitude going! Good job.

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Rooms are quite big, spotless and very comfortable. Lovely little balcony in my room. Only issue would be to raise the shower head as it was a little low.

Very pretty, but the bulbs should be replaced because it takes forever to make a decent light and the soundproofing is definitely to be reviewed, you can hear everything! Convinient location. Very friendly staff and good breakfast.
