The structure is furnished with taste, rooms very comfortable and cosy. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend you to stay at Villa Fenix rooms are clean and very comfortable with large tv, bar fridge, air conditioning… etc. Bathroom very comfortable, shower great and with all the lit up (slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, schampo, shower gel, hair cap, etc) breakfast very plentiful and very good, but above all excellent staff available on your request. The structure is very close just a short walk from policlinico San Marco and also on-demand and Active in the laundry. I stayed in July 2018. Then Rosa is a very friendly person from the beginning and established a beautiful relationship… really a very nice person.

Hi supported an intervention at the San Marco Policlinico. The structure is thirty steps (counted) from the hospital, you have stayed my father and my mother who accompanied me for nine days, beautiful and comfortable structure, being then my disabled mother was an immense comfort that Villa Fenix is practically of Front of the hospital, but perhaps the most positive thing was the. Owner of the pink structure, beautiful person, who went out of his way to make their stay even better and was really so thoughtful with mom. Structure Straconsigliata to anyone and a thank you and a greeting with so much affection on the part of all of us at Rosa.

I stayed in the single "Myrrh" and in the Miniapartment "Spigonardo", both (like all the rooms of the structure) pleasantly perfumed with the relative essences. One more cuddle.

Beautiful structure, practically next to the San Marco Policlinico. New, curing in detail. Comfortable rooms with all the comforts. Large bed and mattress great. Excellent cleanliness, friendly owner available and attentive to the needs of the customer!
As far as transport is concerned, there is the V10 bus that leads to the Verdello-Dalmine station from which you can reach Bergamo and Milan Centrale.
Really satisfied!

Great place holder available, friendly and kind the place is located attached to the San Marco Policlinico are about 20 steps the room is clean and comfortable better than some 5 star hotels.
