Highly recommended.

I am back these days and I recommend with pleasure the structure both for short and long holidays, trained staff and always excellent cuisine will accompany your stay, the entertainment staff "The creators of smiles" will cheer you up with moments of joy, you can also carry out some sports activities thanks to the indoor pool and adjacent facilities together with the staff.

Exceptional for families and for those who want relaxation and tranquility animation pleasant courtesy cleanliness and friendliness I recommend it to everyone.

A great compliment to all the staff of this wonderful place, come home with the desire to come back as soon as possible. All excellent, starting from the service, to the food, to the super pool, to the delicious cocktails, to the clean, spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, breathtaking sea view from our room (A404), good and abundant breakfast although not buffet because of Covid19. Very nice and very nice animators even if tired! I mean, 10+ for everything. Very early.

We were guests settimana. Il very friendly staff helpful and friendly. The accommodation with spacious rooms and bathroom. Big shower. TV in every room. Very comfortable king size beds. Beautiful terrace. Fantastic heated pool. We love going to the sea in winter and the pool is just an ideal cuddle on winter afternoons.

We stayed at the hotel for 15 days. With regard to hotel and residence (we were two couples) we were satisfied. Clean environment (congratulations to Elvira that has always ensured a clean and has always been very attentive to our esigneze) and comfortable and very quiet. Beautiful swimming pool and a children's area, even if it would like to review materials, to become a little threadbare. As well as the areas of sports, tennis, beach volleyball, without the lines and a little sloppy, and soccer field a little bit by rististemare. The hotel is not near the beach but the shuttle service is very convenient. Unfortunately the times of the latter would be revised in regard to 12 is scheduled for the last race of the morning and at 19 that evening… if one wanted to go out in the evening is forced to take the car and you know that the parking in Loano is not easy to find. I understand that keep guests at the bar to eat is better, but at least given an alternative. The beach is well equipped and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly! We also liked the animation. The boys, in spite of the few means available were very good and engaging. Special mention to Marco that with his energy and kindness has kept us, always happy, compliments! We now come to the less pleasant part of our holiday:the food. Food is comparable to that of a canteen.

Pleasant ambience friendly and helpful staff. Very good cuisine and always everything fresh and available.

I state that the weather was very bad (it was raining and it was cold) and probably the place makes it more with a better climate. But the fact that you have to walk outdoors to go to the indoor pool and spa (and therefore in our case — in the cold and in the rain) is not the best. The restaurant schedules are absurd and they chase you away after 5 minutes of closing, which if I remember correctly is at 20:30! Children can not access the indoor pool after 16:30 and this has created inconvenience. The apartment was very nice and clean (new) but badly designed — there were doors that could not be opened together, or a kitchen ante along with the living room door. All in all we were fine with the kids as it is a place for families… I wouldn't go without kids as it's not a romantic place for couples having the many families with kids.

I have just returned home with my family after a short stay at the aforementioned structure, well kept, contemporary, with lots of greenery, a stone's throw from the center of Loano!
The room we had was perfect, wide, bright with great exposure and sea view, great food… and to say it is a former professional chef and plentiful as a buffet!
Flagship of the structure? The Staff! They are all very kind and very polite and discreet, especially a waitress who served us at the table, had very subtle attention to the grandmother we had with us and thank you for it! A Staff prepared for any need… I tell you: After bathing in the pool, returned to the room I put to dry the costume on the chair, the next day I found on the terrace a drying rack! They are truly exceptional! We will definitely go back this summer! Thank you all for this moment of paradise that you have given us, and a thank you also on the part of our puppy Sophia, who has enjoyed and felt welcomed by all the staff who besides the compliments has also made some well-accepted cuddles!

Beautiful outdoor area with pool and terrace/balcony.

Good couple residence with two children two large rooms with balconies including a sea side. A room with kitchen corner (it lacks some dishes and accessories but the base is there). Rent at 315 euros for the week. The outdoor pool is closed in April but it is possible to get to the indoor pool (hot) Spa and massage with supplements. Very good stay.

I spent a half board weekend this in February (the full board did not make it). Everything nice, the big rooms, the hot pool. Very nice place, close to the center of Loano (about 20 min walk). But there are also some negative notes: the employees in the lobby are too tax, for the price they should also give drinks at meals. Last negative, I think important is the dinner: we took a tiramisu and we saw serve tiramisu done with the panettone, (without even notifying us) and still recover the panettone advanced after almost two months seems a bit ' excessive. For the rest all right. I suggest you try to review these points to please the customer.

Great value for money I stayed one night in the Aparthotel, modern room and of great comfort. Perfect structure for summer holidays but also cozy out of season. Wellness Center with spa and indoor and outdoor pool.

We have booked a 2-room apartment The apartment with small kitchenette is well equipped. Furniture is rather simple but functional. Bath is modern and tasteful. All rooms have a Tv with Sat including German TV. The mattresses are very good with typical Italian sheets.
The spa is a strong chlort and therefore useless for us. The gym is a disaster.
Breakfast costs 12 Euro/per person. Dinner costs 20Euro/per person.
We did not use either.
The hotel complex is otherwise relatively well maintained. Four stars, though, are rather flattering.

Very friendly staff not only the reception! Most of the time, not only Italian, but still speak German and English. The whole staff very courteous and very trying to fulfill all wishes. Whole plant very clean and well equipped. Rooms clean and tidy, with enough space. We as mountain bikers, still had a bike room at our disposal. Spa and offers very good! Like to come back!

Beautiful residence clean staff helpful and very nice. Relaxation area not huge but with all the necessary sauna pool steam room massage area. Relaxation assured. The buffet cuisine at very good will varies. A place to keep in your memory and return.

Just returned from this wonderful hotel or better say village! Very clean rooms, very good restaurant! The services included as a swimming pool, tennis courts and games room are very useful for family fun and kids/teens! Believe me and try!

Friendly welcome in the hotel complex. Looks quite colorful. Very spacious rooms, etc. With kitchenette, large shower room. Large bed with great mattress. Everything pikobello clean. Dinner was as a buffet with very large selection. It tasted good. What was only a little disturbing, the too loud music at the dance animation "ala Ballermann", but the families with kids had their fun. At the bar there is among other class espresso.

Bridge of November 1 spent in this beautiful village, organized in detail, spotless both in the common areas and inside the residence, staff available and extremely polite. The Indoor pool of the spa very nice.

Top location for kids, excellent restaurant (many different courses from pasta to meat, fish, plenty of desserts), pool and entertainment for children as well as for adults. Evening parties are child-friendly, full of dancing and fun-guaranteed. Location is close to the beach; a free shuttle bus is available to and from the beach, where a part of the beach is dedicated to people staying in the Ai Pozzi hotel. Friendly staff and well maintained gardens, while bedrooms are cleaned every day. With or without children, do not hesitate to choose this excellent place to stay.

Excellent food, friendly employees and pool. Rooms and accommodations are a bit dated: 1 of 2 airco's defect and sofa-bed was terrible.

Beautiful and well-groomed property in detail. Top restaurant. Friendly and friendly staff. Clean and brand new environment. The exterior has an incredible charm from the colors of the flowers to the always perfect garden. Loano is definitely a very nice town to visit overnight right here because it's worth it. Definitely. Thanks to all the staff.

Not your typical luxury hotel, but if you are in need an R&R then I fully recommend it.
