I stayed with my partner at this Hotel.
Right from the start, by phone, Enrico (the owner) found us to be a very friendly and kind person… The confirmation came once we arrived at the hotel.
Friendly, helpful and very friendly person.
The family-run hotel is in a good spot of Loano (about a 10 minute walk from the waterfront).
He doesn't have an elevator.
We opted for the full board: what about… Great breakfast, very good lunch and dinner with abundant portions.
The negative note, unfortunately, arrives for the rooms: from improving general cleanliness, the dust is not a guest welcome by anyone.
For the series without infamy and without praise, I recommend it to those who do not have many claims: friendly staff, excellent cuisine!

The value for money is great, as is the food, the rest leaves a lot to be desired. Cleaning rooms which leaves a lot to be desired. Dust everywhere, baths sometimes not cleaned at, me they cleaned the toilet after 3 days stay. I found it black and such remained for 3 days. Under the beds mountains of dust. Very small bathrooms, it's hard to wash your face. If you are overweight you will find it hard to sit in the toilet because you rub your knees against the wall. I was in the same room last year and, the thing that surprised me the most was finding the same hose as the shower that leaked water from all sides. Also lacked the hook to hook the shower and, so I was forced to wash with only one hand. The rooms are clean by young staff, very young, so I will let you imagine that service. I was often forced to ask for toilet paper, and the coffee pods that I systematically did not provide. The food is great, the owner is also a great chef, only flaw that ALWAYS cooks the same things and makes them turn for a week. Another flaw in the table. Salt container always empty, oil in bottle no more than 5 cl, toothpicks on the table inexistent, brought to a minimum, 2 mouthfuls you have already finished eating. Parking non existent. There is one a few meters but it is communal not certain of the hotel Boccaccio, so you must be fortunate to find a free place. To conclude. Good value but, around there is definitely better. Deficient on too many things.

Very good location, quiet area, and cozy hotel.

I was there several years ago, I always recommend it to everyone, family environment, clean and simple rooms, sunbathing terrace, kind staff and attentive to the needs of the customer, they even asked us if the food nn was good, having left some, simply the portion was too plentiful, but absolutely all exquisite! Cheap prices 5 min from the sea! Weird! I hope to be back soon! Good stay for those who choose to go!

We got to stay for 4 nights here in mid May.
We've got to do well acquainted with Henry staff is always helpful and kind to everyone.
Unfortunately that time my husband got hurt in the leg and had to go via a day earlier and the staff were very friendly and for unforeseen met us not overcharging the room for 4 night …
Hotel located a few steps from the sea and very quiet.
Good sized rooms with bath and some with balcony. What about we briskly to all those who want to stay minimum 3 days.
