Very nice hotel, spacious room seen pool and sea. Very large modern pool you can swim there at 11pm 6am! And that's exceptional.
Good quality breakfast. Hotel restaurant on the roof with terrace we eat very well and my view is beautiful.
At the evening bar there are many cocktails. Finally, the staff is welcoming, the rooms well maintained.

Great views from the room. Friendly staff. The restaurant has great food. Rooms are clean and extremely beautiful. The pool is great. We visited during August and the rooms had air conditioning. Big parking. The town is accessible by shuttle. A great place to stay if you want to visit Cinque Terre and Portofino. Definitely worth staying here.

Nice Hotel with a great view on the city of Rapallo from the hotel's restaurant. The swimming pool is large, and the atmosphere very pleasant. One huge problem would be the Wi-Fi; only 256k/s (theoretically), which today is totally insufficient and allows you barely to do anything (just forget YouTube).

Restaurant and aromatic massage are both worthy of 5 stars! Marilyn (Masseuse) is a lovely person with amazing skills. She will have you relaxed in minutes! Hotel Rooms are clean and functional. Some construction left for much of the hotel to seem not yet fully operational. Overall, a great place to stop for the night or two.

Great hotel. Rooms comfortable and clean. Something in the years, though, was classic chick. Great view of the sea. Center Rapallo by car quickly and easily accessible. Price performance great. Hotel-Restaurant delivers super good service and the sprouts are of very good quality and very tasty. The massage in the spa was professional and relaxing, everything clean here too.

Very lovely room and comfortable beds and pillows. Food was wonderful. We had a room that was facing the Ligurian Sea. Wish we stayed another night.

Great hotel but no SPA! It is closed due to works… just disgusted because Booking does not advertise it at all.

Accepts small dogs on the website, then €10 a day with no going to the restaurant, the pool, the bar… all this discovered upon arrival at the hotel. Unacceptable dishonest process.
It is better to warn that dogs are not allowed.

Great hotel with very tastefully furnished room (Standard room/garden). The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. Those who are not too comfortable to walk can walk to the centre of Rapallo via a water path. Duration about 15 to 20 minutes. Unfortunately the spa area was closed due to renovation, which we would have liked to use… The mattresses were too hard for me personally, but that's a matter of taste!

Nice hotel, courteous staff, especially to the panoramic restaurant the cupolas. In addition to accurate foods an excellent wine list. Too bad in such a prestigious hotel to charge the parking lot apart. Should include in the cost of the room. We were offered an upgrade of the room, much appreciated. A positive judgement anyway.

The main flaw of this hotel is the railroad tracks that pass under the Windows. Charging terminal for electric vehicles in the parking lot. Charging charge In addition to the parking price.

Very nice hotel with a view of the port of Rapallo. Very good damage it was in work a lot of noise in the morning and no one warned us. But great standing… easy access to the coastline with the train.

Beautiful hotel outside Rapallo, rooms with sea view, excellent spa, not to mention the delicious dinner in the restaurant on the top floor with breathtaking views of the Gulf. Beautiful but very short stay. Not really cheap, but to repeat!

Suggest not to miss the opportunity to enjoy a dinner in front of a spectacular scenery.

Very good hotel, if you have a sea view room, even excellent. The staff is very polite, although it is noticeable that a lot of international guests are staying here, so the personal approach and cordiality unfortunately lacks a little.
There are still some top hotels on this coastal section that are even more hospitable than the. Bristol, but the price/performance ratio is very good here.
Absolute recommendation!

Superior hotel for the area. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choice The only downside is the walk to the town now that the clocks have gone back means by seven it is dark. The path is lit but out of season it's a bit desolate. But I would definitely stop here again.

Don't go! You will pay very expensive for very average quality rooms. Especially the rooms are poorly/not cleaned (pousssiere, dirty showers, sheets not changed every day). The hotel is crowded, the parking is paying. Generally everything is quite dated. Every glass costs a fortune. The restaurant is good but hyper expensive. Only good thing: an excellent and hearty breakfast. To avoid! Tourist Trap!

The service and facilities were both excellent. Very clean both in the room and communal areas. Brilliant location.

Staff did not live up to the hotel dealing with bad customers. Very uncomfortable to go to town and to the sea. For a holiday is to be discarded, it can fit for a touch and run.

Very nice place, good location and proffesional staff in italian, french and english. Not full rating due to the room having no cold water, noisy AC and the breakfast waiter being a bit cold.

A great and very relaxing place. Beautiful and spacious deluxe room, nice pool and a great wellness and spa center. I had a wonderful and very relaxing massage. Aperitivo and breakfast on the terrace are lovely. Quite expensive but worth staying.

The great advantage of the hotel is without context the swimming pool, large, well oriented in the sun with a bar available. The rooms are of good standing and nice size. Only the Literrie a little hard to my taste is lacking. The retaueant is very good even though some dishes might be more trimmed.

The place is nice. The staff is great. Rooms are confortable. I recommend the place and I would typically give 4 stars. However I have to downgrade by one star since the hotel decided to undertake heavy work (with jackhammer) right in the middle of the summer and right next to the swimming pool …

A perfect hotel from the reception of the staff to the services. Very nice little touches. The access to the spa very nice. Great stay.

Smart yet very relaxed place. The staff were very friendly in particular the breakfast crew who made us feel extremely welcome, all very professional, clearly skilled and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was extensive and being self service so you could return as many times as you wanted! (Picture shows view from breakfast room). The room was clean and had everything we needed. Housekeeping were excellent with an innovative "green" approach that allowed us to choose less frequent changes to towels and bedding. We got a great deal online which made the whole experience worthwhile and rewarding as we would not normally aim for a 4 star place. Highly recommended and would certainly go back.

A luxurious hotel in a scenic location. Very nice common areas, a little lacking in maintenance instead of the rooms although clean and tidy. In 15 minutes walking to the center comes with a nice walk along the sea. The price is from hotels of that category but the 12 euros of parking per night are excessive. Good breakfast and comfortable the mattress.

Visited during a wedding celebration. Dinner menu of yummy appetizer. Pity that there were no seats for the aperitif …

Very nice place, with friendly staff, wonderful view. It also has a good restaurant. The rooms could be better maintained but the overall impression is good. Quite expensive, even taking into account that it is a four stars superior. Recommended for low-season visits of the Cinque Terre.

The place is great … I was disappointed with the SPA … cute staff.

We were for our anniversary to Rapello and we heard Bristol hotel one of best one. The service was excellent but is a lot noise specially with the sea view room which was so beautiful. Imagine you go to holiday and cant asleep in the morning! we only see outside from inside room not even balcony. The worse thing the builders start early morning in exactly front of our hotel and they start very early. We had a plan to stay for one week but after 3 nights we left.

Bruillant impossible to sleep after 9:30; works just in front and trees the morning tronconage. Poor service except when Gian Luca is at the controls.
