Good hotel, good value, clean room, very nice and professional staff. Great location in the middle of the city.

Really nice! It's in a great place and the price /quality is pretty good.

Staff are nice and friendly. Location is great. Double room is ok, but so small. Biggest negative point is the toilet, the ventilation system is poor that the whole room would have stinky smell after using it. Hotel is super secured by using all access just by the rooms access cards. Jacuzzi was cold and water was dirty.

Overnight stay for one night with friends. The location is very good in the center of Genoa with the possibility to walk downtown in no time. The rooms are minimalist but basic. Great mattresses.
The staff are friendly and helpful both on arrival and at breakfast.
The prices are very competitive especially when you consider the location.

I was here two nights in early May. We took a quintupla, great price, great location, nice staff. Wifi for free, in the bathroom there are shower foam and hairdryer! Top!

No air conditioning I'm rooms, check in desk was unable to provide any solution to cool the room. Remains at 26°C. No other accommodating offers made, just a simple "sorry about it". The room was ample in size and clean however because the property is listed incorrectly and does not appear to have any concern to uodate… Would not stay here again.

Great Price is the location. Environment in modern style not particularly elegant, but suitable for the context. Convenient for those who want to take a tour in Genoa, stay close to the center, and not spend too much. There's no parking.

Strategically close to the train station and the centre of Genova, the Nologo hotel is very good quality for the price you pay. The rooms are reasonably sized, it's very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is also close to many good restaurants.

Super Value for money! The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The room was very well equipped. The staff is very friendly, with everything helping.

It was a small hotel. Very good location The bathroom in the room emanated a little pleasant smell. The structure is not far from Piazza De Ferrari and the station Brignole, which, at the prices proposed, make it more than palatable.

It's a cheap hotel with a good location. Unfortunately, it's also quite noisy with very small rooms. Our double room was so small that we could not even open a balcony door due to the bed standing in the way. The hotel's elevator is another example of "minimalistic design". The elevator is so small, that two people can hardly stand inside with backpacks. The reception staff are friendly but we spent roughly 10 minutes checking in. They could be a bit more efficient.

We missed the last train so were stuck in Genoa for the night. I was very impressed with the price compared to the obvious care put into the room's cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff.

Hotel Original is centrally located. Most importantly the kindness and availability of the staff who welcomed us in an extraordinary way. The Hotel was very nice and clean. It deserves 5 stars.

Attractive Hotel for the cheerful atmosphere and full of color of the facilities, the desire of the staff to find you well and its good location in the center of the city.

We booked on booking and paid, after 10minuti we realized we had wrong date, asking politely to change the reservation, we were rejected request.

Good location Discrete rooms (rock and pop). I honestly found the bathroom a little small. Good cleanliness. Friendly and helpful at the reception.

Service was good with the breakfast for 4.5 euros. You have to choose what option in the breakfast so it's not all you can eat but nonetheless I was off without being hungry. I got a private room with 2 beds and was ok. The only problem in the room was the shower, it doesn't get very hot (at least for me) so I had to open just a little, but then the problem became the size of the pipe, it wasn't enough far from the wall.

2 star Hotel But it is more a 3 star. Great rooms and service. Too bad that parking is limited but if you find the place (for a fee) you can leave the car all the time of the visit to Genoa.

Got a late booking in October for €45, breakfast another €4.50, Good central hotel with a sun terrace close to station. No complaints, the breakfast was also great value and staff very pleasant and helpful.

Great hotel, wouldn't think it was a 2*! The staff are great ESP the lady and the gentleman at the front desk, ever so helpful :) Hotel shower was amazing and the and room was clean. Great location. Shame the jacuzzi wasn't open.

You can see the attention to detail. The cheapest type of room (rock) is indeed a little bit small but everything is clean and tidy. Organised well.

Hotel is located at really great place, close to old town, cafes, shops, metro and rail way stantion (but not the central one). Really nice staff and wonderdul terrace with jacuzzi. 4 stars only for quite small rooms and bad conditioner placement (at least ib our room).

The rooms are very clean Great and plentiful American breakfast. Honest price Considering that you pay the room and not individually.

Very good reception. The décor of the rooms is original and makes it feel good. Pity that the hotel is moderately located and that going in without the map is greatly facilitated when the door of the building is open.

Not bad! In any case, cheap, clean and staff arreangeant, rather well placed, at 15 minutes walk from the Piazza FERRARI.

The hotel was in a good location near the train station and quiet at night. Individual beds were great for our school trip.

Hotel in good location for those who go to Genoa for pleasure, offers an excellent starting point for any long walk to discover the city center. Cleanliness is ok, clean and a musical theme, the staff pleasant and the price appropriate to the service provided. It is also walking distance from the station that can be reached on foot even with suitcase in tow. Recommended.

The hotel is in a very central place in Genova, very useful if you want to move easily with public transportation. The hotel is very clean because is new and the staff is young and pulite. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good! Miracle environment edited and original! Friendly and always smiling! I took a rock room (double bed) the spaces were minimal but well managed. Very pretty but the music found in the room could be exploited students remember better, for example via TV or speakers! Anyway great experience!

I was there on 1 and 2 November perfect breakfast service very friendly, parking garage next to the hotel. Comodo x visit Genoa, in just a few minutes walk to all major sites she town. Suitable for for families with children.

A great hotel near the city center. Clean rooms, fast Wi-Fi, great service, good prices, air conditioner and tv. The only problem is car parking which is in a nearby car park and a bit expensive.
