I, my daughter & my two Italian greyhounds dogs were migrating from Kyiv to Lisbon and booked B&B Genoa for a night to sleep, as I was driving three days and the last 12 hours almost non-stop. At 12 am the reception told me they cannot provide me a room number as we do not have a proper green pass. So the perspective was to stay in the street. Dear B&B, we do not have Covid19 now in Ukraine. We are dying because of war. On such hard days for my family, I will remember this night in Genova forever.

Great place as a location and as a welcome very large and comfortable rooms.

We stayed here on February 28th and March 1st. Great value for money and very comfortable if you travel by train because just outside the Principe station. All public transport available. Great breakfast with varied choice. Spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean rooms.

Friendly staff, welcoming a bit complicated for people with disabilities but always ready to meet every need.

Very central&views are fabulous.

Low prices for a hotel in a convenient historical setting because it's a walk from the prince's station, with very nice, spacious, state-of-the-art and comfortable rooms.

Recommended. A few steps from the train station, 5 minutes walk from the harbor and the aquarium and the various tourist attractions. Staff polite, kind and always very helpful.

Any fault it at all — stayed in a hotel in Chiavari the prior week for the same price and this place won hands down! Helpful and friendly staff, perfectly clean rooms, good location in the city near to train station/restaurants/free bus to airport — all at a very decent price. Good air con and fridges in rooms too for the hot weather!

Fantastically located for a very weary traveller, very friendly and helpful reception staff and great, relaxing room… if I was ever to go back to Genoa I would certainly choose this hotel again.

A very huge and comfortable room. Good bed. The coffee break was very well served as well. I definitely recommend the place. They have a small fridge in the room, what is convenient in the summer.

Excellent hotel in Genova. Central to cruise terminals and walking distance to anything else! The staff were quite friendly and spoke English well. Definitely recommend this one.

The stay went well overall, good host, spacious room and very clean. The bathroom is really nice (new and very clean). Good quality / price ratio. The staff is smiling and kind. The breakfast is simple but good. The hotel is well situated and very charming. Big problem, however, upon arrival, the receptionist told me that when booking via the internet there has been a bug, booking recorded and TAKEN 3times… so I expect the refund… The negative point about the hotel is that there is no parking adjacent. It is annoying for a late arrival because it is necessary to turn in the streets of Genes before finding a place…

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel and we will return as soon as possible. The rooms are large and well decorated.

Very functional Hotel located near the port and 50 meters from the train station which is very useful in a city like Genoa.

The only downsides were: bathroom too small lack of bidet (we used the shower on the toilet but it flooded all over the bathroom).
In the sink in the room only came hot water, so we had to wash our teeth with the hot water.
Too hot at night and couldn't diminish it.

Excellent location, right in front of the railway station of Genoa Piazza Principe. Check-in fast, by very courteous staff. Free Wi-Fi. Everything knows again and clean. Very good room Minimal but functional décor with large flat screen television. Comfortable bed. Bathroom not very large, in which stands out the large shower with stiff door and lack of bidet. Minimal supply of toiletries. The 1st breakfast is not included in the room rate and, in my opinion, it is not worth buying it as too expensive.

Very convenient location of the property. I recommend to provide the towel in addition to the bath towel and to the towel for the bidet. I also recommend to check the mattresses because being memory what happened to me sank and I had to sleep on the other side of the bed.

Stylish and comfortable, the B&B Genova is very well located, beautiful view of the square. Pretty noisy.
Very comfortable bed, but lack of power to shower… and the floor was not very clean (dirty feet after the shower) we were unable to manage the heat in the room…

It was very pleasant to have the stay in this charming and wonderful hotel. If you want to feel like the character of the novel at the beginning of the 20th century, choose this hotel, because the atmosphere is fantastic, without doubts.
The room had the big balcony with the beautiful sea view, the bathroom was spacious, the bed was wide indeed too wide. The breakfast I liked very much, especially the coffee. I can't wait to return to the city and will definitely stay at this hotel.

A good hotel considering the value for money. I booked for one night at this property near Genoa Central Station. Modern and essential. A little pricey breakfast considering it does not have an express cafeteria service. The rooms are quite spacious and the décor like everything else and modern, no excesses. For one or two nights it's perfect.

Hotel completely renovated but that keeps all the charm of the old. Good breakfast. The location is great for visiting the center and the port on foot. Special Mention for the hotel staff… a warm and very pleasant welcome. We recommend it with your eyes closed.

Spacious room very comfortable, well soundproof, clean with Wi-Fi, very nice reception near the railway station and bus. Between 5 and 10 minutes walk to the harbor and tourist places. Affordable. Recent renovation.
