Staff ALWAYS kind, smiling, available to the customer. You feel pampered.
Great kitchen, clean rooms, no bad surprises, but all as agreed by phone.
I recommend a holiday at the Hotel Garden Pinarella in Cervia.

The bets in Levanto have always been pleasant also thanks to the staff of my hotel.

I really liked this hotel which is perfectly located in Levanto and close to the beach and many facilities. The room was nice and had a good view. Staff is kind and ready to give advice about what to do and see. Breakfast is also very good. Perfect spot to visit Levanto and 5 Terre!

Although access with stair steps involves some gymnastics in stroller, this small hotel has the charms of Italy.
Room tastefully decorated breakfast very well with possibility to take it on a balcony pedestrian street on Sundays and little crowded the week nice staff and good will the free parking is a 10 minute walk but it allows to visit a Little Levanto several excellent restaurant in the same street including one at the foot of the hotel to redo.

Unpretentious Hotel. Minimalist room Decoration. Cover bed and cover of another time. Perfect departure point to the 5terres by train. Parking near the train station. Nice staff Breakfast varied and quality.

It was a very nice hotel.

I would definitely stay there again. Owners and staff are extremely helpful and patient, especially if you don't speak Italian. Clean, comfortable, great showers, great location and, contrary to another review, there is a lift. My friends thought the complimentary breakfast was great but, since I don't eat a lot of pastries etc, I would've liked a bowl of mixed seasonal fruit and a banana though there were apples. However, I was told that if you don't see what you'd like, then just ask.

Some rooms have good views but not if you are in the back. The room off the lobby is super loud. You can hear when everyone arrives and it is also close to where breakfast is held so you can't sleep in if you want to. Good breakfast and clean facilities. Beds were comfortable. Very friendly staff.

Clean basic rooms. You can however hear noises from other rooms quite easily. Staff are very friendly.

Hotel Garden is a fabulous hotel with stunning views and even more incredible staff. The people who run the hotel really make the stay amazing and will help you with anything you need. For example, one time I went there and I forgot my international adapter plug for my laptop. We couldn't find a South African adapter anywhere in the town so Damiano personally changed the plug on my laptop cord. That's what I call service.

Strategic position to visit the Cinque Terre, facing the sea and a short walk from the Centre. Clean and tidy staff friendly and helpful.
Decent continental breakfast and cappuccino is espresso.
The only drawback is the location, on the first floor of a building with no lift, in case of heavy luggage is a bit awkward.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Garden 2 nights while we hiked Cinque Terra and loved staying there. The hotel was a referral to us by friends and was more than I expected — simple but good size and very comfortable. We LOVED Levanto — a small truly quiet and beautiful italian town with a choice of great restaurants and a quiet beach a block away from our hotel. The breakfast was european style with a warm and friendly staff getting anything we needed. Daily the front dest people answered all my travel questions. Our room was a good size, beds very comfortable and bathroom typical of all the bathrooms in italy we experienced — small but clean. No doubt we would stay at this hotel again and probably for an extra night.
