Terrible, 2 nights, I was there for work so I only took advantage of the overnight stay, Mrs Simona was already hysterical before check in, once I checked in she didn't even ask for the document, I took photos and videos, tomorrow I will take action, she didn't do anything to me not even my nephew could stay to collect a package, he asked me for a document if he had to stay, given but after 2 minutes he made a vowel that if he didn't leave immediately, he would kick me out too, the worst was the room, dirty, dust, disgusting bathroom, dirt in the shower, sink, there wasn't even a glass to take the medicine, I will send all the photos, videos and voicemails to those responsible, €85 2 nights in a cramped room, these people need to stop treat us like gypsies, I sweat the money, shame on us, we want tourists, but then… Mrs. Simona will remember me, start cleaning the toilet, at least you can still get away with the checks… nightmare, dump.
➜ Small, clean and very nice apartment in the center but some comforts were missing, such as bidet towels, kitchen towels… One thing we really didn't like was that although checkout was possible until 11:00 they entered the house at 10:40 simply turning the keys without even making sure we were no longer there.
