Very nice room nice and then gorgeous dog well Hello thank you for everything.

Great deal. Very attentive. Tiny room but clean and tidy. Correct but small shower (soap, towels, hairdryer…). Room service, breakfast included free buffet all day (kitchenette). Air conditioning. Modern LCD TV Smart TV. Razpnable Price (separate rates and late checkin if necessary).

Excellent service, the attention of Carlo impeccable. It was my tour guide in Rome. Looking forward to the next visit.

Bed and Breakfast in Vatican area, very convenient to visit the basilica, the Vatican Museums near the metro, in front of the triumphant market, it is convenient to move to the center. Located in a stable of the beginning 900 has rooms in style equipped for breakfast there is no reception, but the gentlemen who run the property are very courteous and helpful. Definitely be taken into consideration for a stay in the capital.

Vatican Holiday is the hotel I will advise to all my friends. Wonderful owners, who can help you in everything you need to know about Rome, they are very kind, friendly and hospitable. The hotel itself is clean, restful and has everything a tourist can need. Besides, it is situated in the heart of Rome, near Vatican and one can get to the most famous places very easily. There are 3 metro stations not far from it. In general, I'm happy I have chosen this hotel. Stefania and Carlo (owners) created a wonderful family-like atmosphere here! )

This was a rip off! No free parking, hidden fees! Out dated! And u can ear the neighbors! Thank god we only booked one night.

By far the worst hotel we had in Italy. Waited outside over 40 min before someone let us in when we advised them of our arrival time… Had to ask the people next door to call for us. The free parking they advertised was the only reason we went there. It doesn't exist… The only parking is free for all on the streets and close to impossible to find. The fees for late check in start at 7 and can equal up to the entire price of a night depending what time you arrive. We ended up leaving and will call credit card company to have fees credited. They couldn't care less about us leaving, they just wanted there extra fees. We went down the street found a much nicer hotel (hotel dei quiriti) for 45euro a night all fully renovated.

Every time I go to Rome, this is my first choice. From the moment you arrive, the owners make you feel at home.

Excellent location, close to everything, Bed and Breakfast was clean and the owners were very helpful with all our needs. Great breakfast and all the espresso coffee you want to drink, it's like being at home.

Underneath vatican is a large room with thirteen catacombs leading to the room these thirteen catacombs contain mummies of the dead so called fathers in center of room is a large table centered over a golden pentagram usually with a live child strapped to table they then bring mummies into room and sacrifice child as a sacrifice this is illuminati ritual.

Employees were very accommodating and friendly. Very close to Vatican and a short walk from the metro. Had trouble finding it at first though.

Great location right in the center of Rome just steps from St. Peter's and Vatican Museums, the subway is about 150 meters, clean rooms and well-maintained friendly staff and helpful I recommend it to spend a few days in the beautiful eternal city.

Really comfortable and convenient, you at first glance doesn't look like a hotel, but the rooms and the service make you change your mind when compared to a 4 star hotel looks good at all, staff and breakfast in your room at a ridiculous price, would recommend to anyone visiting Rome having everything at your fingertips.

Smallish rooms with all the comforts and well maintained room, attached to the Vatican and the staff is courteous, good breakfast excellent Wi-Fi internet access.

This hotel is not such hotel. It's a pension of four or five rooms, located on the third floor of the n ° 183 of July Via Cesare. It has no signs of hotel, is a kind of communal building or neighbourhood. I was with my family three nights, and I thought all kinds of calamities. Responsible was not present at the time of arrival, so we had to take advantage of that someone entered. The elevator was not working, so I had to climb three floors high, suitcases because there are no buttons. The hot water did not work in the room, and Manager, who was not at the site and had to find it by telephone, was unable to give satisfactory answers. It is a scam, I recommend that they removed it as an option.
