The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning fails a bit.

Position — Welcome — Price.

It is a B&B than a hotel. There are 3 rooms with private bathrooms with a kitchen in the shared space. We had that had a bathroom with a water pump that is activated whenever you use it. Another bad bath thing is that do not have any ventilation, then was very difficult dry towels (nor were there site where to hang them). The room was very spacious with high ceilings. Mattress and pillows very comfortable. It bad of sleep in summer is that the street is quite noisy, more loud was the apparatus of air conditioning, but with some caps of ear is solves the problem. The best of the apartments is Jerry who prepares breakfast, very friendly and helpful.

I'll tell you our experience. I had booked 2 weeks from a room at this property, I strongly recommended to have the room with the hot tub (I wanted to make a gift to my girlfriend for our anniversary and it seemed a nice idea). I hear repeatedly the holder until the day before everything seems to be ok. We arrive in the afternoon to check in and we find ourselves in front of a person (not the owner) who doesn't speak Italian and says "sorry, overbooked! ". Already overbooked in a structure of 4 rooms. Imagine my face and my girlfriend. Call the owner (who happened to be in Milan) and she says that has happened a problem and that we had found the accommodation in a superior structure. Then sfastiditi we go at this other facility. Obviously my only requirement was that the room had a Jacuzzi, but obviously the top hotel (among other staff arrogantissimo) had not. Moral of the story, they ruined our anniversary, jumped all … judge for yourself this behavior. Not even a phone call to warn me. Very romantic!
