Vaticans Roof

The room is not even close with the photos, a leak in the bathroom was the first thing we saw, but the worst part was that were bed bugs all over the bed and curtains. After I contact with them after many phones and emails because the reception is open till 12 and the bugs woke us 2 the night. They told me they sorry and send them my IBAN for a refund. Not even close. Afrer 15 days that noone contact again booking customer service told me that they refused a refund for not be a valid reason. I am writing this to warn others they might want to book it. Stay away.

1. Not as photos.
2. Bed bugs.
3. No hot water.
4. Not sound proof.
5. Dirty bedsheets.
6. Dirty towels.
7. They did not take any responsibility for anything.
8. Underwear hanging on the terrace to dry 😵‍💫

This place is nothing like in the pictures.
In pictures it looks nice and clean in reality is old messy and dirty.
Cleaning is bad. We request to have clean towels and they just fold them and put them back.
Toilet seat is broken.
No hot water.
In the room description it said there is slipper, in reality nowhere to be found.
Blood stains on our sheets, definitely not from us. When we request to change they bring new but still dirty and looks like used.
Common area looks old and dirty with other people underwear hanging out to dry.
Kettle had limescale in it.
In the description is said is sound proof but surely not, we can hear the other neighbours and the cleaning ladys making a break and talk.
Today electricity was down for a good 3 hours.
There was bugs in the bed.
Not value for money at by far.

Well… when we arrived in Rome we were told our room at a very nice location had toilet issues and there was no other room available so they sent us to the "Roof 'Inn" — its actually scary and dirty. Its hard to get ahold of the staff to help us while standing outside on the street unable to get in. The view doesn't compare to the original location and trying to find someone to let us in the — bedroom apartment took 2 hours. We then had to walk far with our belongings to have them held the next day. Just really unhappy they wouldn't accommodate us or exchange with a reasonable comparison.
