We stayed for 5 nights and had a blast.
It’s about 15 minutes walk from Barberini and 10 from Republicca. There are a few restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.
Whilst it isn’t ‘manned’ during the evening, there is enough information and contact details should it be needed.
We had a superior room with double aspect windows which was fine. It can be a little noisy though with traffic late night and kids early morning (they meet their friends right opposite). That didn’t bother us, but something to consider requesting a room to the inside if you need less noise.
The hotel / b&b itself was extremely quiet though — so good internal sound proofing.
I would stay again.

Simple rooms, but clean and functional. Easy to get to the right tourist places if you're ok to walk 30min or pay 15e for a taxi. Only downside is the noise from the street and guests walking on wooden floors.
