Our stay at Residenza Venti Settembre was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Nicola and Antonio are premier hosts whose exceptional hospitality began well before our arrival. Their communication and care made us feel welcome and valued right away.
We had three rooms in the main building, and each one was spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the complimentary beverages and slippers to the snacks available in the lobby. The highlight was the delicious breakfast delivered to our rooms each morning, such a lovely and indulgent touch.
The location couldn’t be more perfect, with a fantastic gelato shop right across the street and easy access to everything we wanted to see and do.
We truly loved our stay and can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Rome.  10/10 Highly recommend!

From the very first moment, we knew we had chosen the perfect place. Antonio and Nicole, the hosts, are exceptionally warm and welcoming. They greeted us with coffee, fresh croissants and delicious sandwiches, making us feel immediately at home.
Our room was stunning — very spacious, modern, and newly renovated. You can clearly see the attention to detail and the care put into every corner. The bathroom was also large and very comfortable, truly of top quality.
The location is perfect: just a short walk from Roma Termini and very close to all the main attractions, which made getting around the city incredibly easy.
Beyond the comfort, what we will remember the most is the kindness of Antonio and Nicole. They shared great tips to explore Rome and were always available with a smile and a friendly word.

What an amazing boutique hotel! The family that run this place are some of the nicest people we have ever met on our travels, they were so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are nice and big as well as the bathroom and great shower. Location was good, close to Romes main Bus and Train Termini, very easy to catch public transport from the hotel to all of the main attractions and you could walk if you wanted. But again I would stay again just because of the hosts!

Our hosts were absolutely amazing. Thoughtful and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were very tired after an early morning flight and we were greeted on arrival with the best cappuccino and chocolate croissants! We were celebrating my 40th birthday and our hosts helped my husband arrange to have our room decorated for my birthday with balloons and cake and lots of goodies! The rooms were spotless and quiet and the beds very comfortable. Nice hot showers with good water pressure. A must for me! They gave us maps and recommendations of where to go and how to get there. They seemed genuinely sorry we were leaving! We would absolutely come back and highly recommend. Thank you for a very special weekend.

Absolutely amazing, without a doubt the BEST stay we’ve ever had anywhere. From the moment we arrived we were spoiled with pastries and coffee, our room was so beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were beautiful, and every possible thing you could ever want in a hotel, and even ones you never even considered were taken care of for you. The most accommodating and welcoming hosts we’ve ever had. Equally, the location of the property is perfect, within reasonable walking distance but far enough away from the hectic tourists commotion. In fact, we slept with our windows open every night, it was that quiet. Will most definitely stay here again when we return to Rome.

My stay was top notch! The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable. We were greeted by the owners and offered a beverage and sandwiches. They helped us plan our trip through Rome with a map of the city. The following morning we were offered complimentary coffee, sandwiches, sweets and fruit. I highly recommend this place!

We had such an amazing stay at Residenza Venti Settembre. The room was gorgeous, location was very central and near some of the best restaurants, but the one thing that really stood out was Antonio, Nicola, and their amazing staff. They made you feel like royalty during your stay. Antonio started by helping us navigate through Rome and the best places to visit. Served us an amazing Americano every morning and on my birthday — Antonio and Nicola surprised us with a beautiful bottle of wine, tiramisu cake and fresh fruits to celebrate. They were such gracious hosts that felt like family. We enjoyed our stay in Rome so much, and a lot of it was due to their amazing hospitality. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve ever had! Thanks Antonio, Nicola, and Residenza Venti Settembre’s beautiful staff!

Absolutely loved this place. We had two rooms for us and our two daughters and stayed for three nights. Nicole and Antonio looked after us from the moment we arrived at their door until the moment we got into our taxi to return to airport. Our rooms were well equipped, comfortable and very clean. There were lots of very thoughtful touches throughout our stay and we were very sad leaving. Location was perfect for us and all the recommendations they gave us were spot on. It really felt like a home from home. Thank you so much both.

I loved the place very much and the treatment that Nicole and Antonio give you is unbeatable, one of the best places I have been to, they have incredible details, and they pay attention to whether you are comfortable or not.
Furthermore, the hotel is in a very safe area, lot of supermarkets around, and 15-minute walk from the historic center. There are also several highly recommended restaurants in the surrounding area. The rooms are very clean and with all the extras.
I recommend it 100% to everyone. Upon arrival until departure everything was perfect and it was a very clean place to stay which is very important. Antonio treated us like we know each other for 30 years and definitely when I go to Rome again I will stay there again and cant think any other place to stay. The fridge was not working the first night but got fixed. The twin beds were not available after booking them. The Wi-Fi was not working for 1 night while there is no service as well. The breakfast was very small and the food tasted old. Especially the sweets were really dry and falling apart. The shower was half broken and the air-conditioning was not cold enough, even on the lowest temperature. At least the service was quite nice and the location is quite decent.
