Great Base to Rome! Beautiful! I am very happy.

Small single studio with kitchenette separated by a glass door. Kitchenette overlooking a beautiful terrace; If time permits!
Quiet location, 5 mins from the tram which leads to the Termini station which loosens all the tourist places.
From the FCO 35 MN airport by train.
For the price there is no complaining…

We were in Rome for 9 days. Hotel is unimpressive from the outside, but the room was absolutely fine, everything clean. The landlord has welcomed us very kindly. I think the price/performance ratio is absolutely fine. Metro and bus stop within 5 minutes. We were also fortunate to have a parking lot right in front of the hotel. All summed up: we can recommend the hotel.

No luxury, but simple and clean. Very nice landlady, the kitchen might be slightly better equipped, but is okay. Mattress unfortunately very hard, but some like it. The neighborhood was great for us, everything you need and easy to reach by bus and train. Luckily no tourist attraction! Like to come back!

Our host Linda was very kind and helpful, she gave clear directions for us to make our way to the coloseum and other attractions, she also gave several suggestions on where to get food. Linda was happy to make sure we had all that we needed for am enjoyable trip. The room is located roughly 2 miles east of the coloseum, which is a walk we had no problem taking, but there is also a bus, tram, and subway system that will get you to most, if not all major attractions. The room was comfortable and very homey, we had a pleasant view of an urban residential area and could hear the bells of a church one block down each morning. I was very happy with my stay!

Hotel to avoid. Receptionist Linda on vacation! 2 people who took the relay did not speak a word of french or English. No kindness or courtesy to these people. Disastrous Internet signal. Nobody at the reception! If problem, he must ring the Bell, a man's voice answers you in Italian very aggressively, in short, please! Area too far from the center of Rome. No subway but a tram dating from the war.
Little creep area (in front of the love B & B…). Unpleasant musty smell in the kitchen. Too few utensils (not even a cutting board! or a pan! ). Doors slamming in the middle of the night. Unbearable VMC in the bathroom.

If problem, it is necessary to ring the intercom but you are clearly disturbing them. Far from the center of Rome. No. Subway goal year ancient tram.
Dodgy district (in front of a love B * B! ). Unpleasant smell in the kitchen. Very few utensils (not even a chopping board nor a pot! ). Banging doors in the middle of the night. Unbearable ventilation system in the room.
