No reply from the owner or manager despite often requested. Refused to give back money for double booking on same date despite informing weeks before. The extra room we book was already let to someone else. Therefore they steal money from us. No breakfast were offered while B&B (Bed and breakfast) is mentioned in their services. They require to pay 5 euros per night for air con which we did not use. Communication problem: there's no one to give you info in other languages than Italian, only an old man speaking Italian.
Positive point: Proximity to train station.

It was ok…. There were street workers at night that made you feel like it wasn’t the best part of town lol.
The “elevator” was built same year as the colosseum or that’s what it looked like and it’s incredibly small! the room itself was as you’d expect just a room with a best and a private bathroom so that was good.
When booking we specifically checked if AC was included because it was going to be 35-40 celsius…and it was in the ad, but the guy charged us daily to get the remote to the AC lol I get it it’s a business, but shouldn’t be included in the ad.
Other than some minor annoyances I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Terrible experience. We went for our check in and there was nobody. We tried to reach them and they made us wait for 30-40 mins under the sun in July! The hotel smells horrible! The toilets smell awful as well and the insects were walking everywhere. Although we booked the room including air conditioner, the owner wanted us to pay €10 for each day! We did not accept it. Also since they have “B&B” in their names, we thought it was a B&B hotel, that’s why we booked it. I prefer sleeping in the street than staying here next time!
