It's very pleasant to stay here. The people at the reception are extremely friendly and helpful, as are the staff at breakfast, who also serve very delicious coffee.

This was a beautiful, comfortable, and clean hotel in a quiet part of Rome. Everyone we communicated with at the front desk was great.

A large and comfortable room, lots of storage place. Shard bathroom was not an issue. Everything very clean. The host very warm and welcoming.

Lucas, owner/manager, goes above and beyond. This B&B is in itself in a way a tourist spot experience that we will forever cherish.

The location of the hotel it very convenient. Metro station is 5 min away, grocery store is near. All landmarks are on walking distance. The staff is nice and the rooms were clean on daily basis.

Nice room, great location. A 15-minute walk to the Vatican, a bus stop opposite the building and a train station 500 meters away. Next to Carrefour, a pharmacy, great pubs.

Tourist attractions like Vatican City, subway stations, and many dining options are easily accessible within walking distance. The surroundings are quiet, and I had a comfortable stay.

The rooms were alright. The breakfast could be better eith fresh pastry instead of toast bread but it was ok. Location is good, 100m from Vatican.

Gianluca is a perfect host! Upon our arrival he provided us a city's map and drew a three day visiting plan. That map later became our primary guide.

My mom and me took a short 2 night stay in rome and casa martini was the best choice we did for our vacation.

Perfect location for a city break! Clean, discreet, very well placed, in relation to the tourist attractions. Basically, we only walked, we used means of transport only from and to the airport.

The room is super modernly furnished, the host is very approachable, the location is excellent (bus 916 is 100m away that goes to the Vatican, the Colosseum), breakfast is classic sweet Italian, free

Clean, updated, lots of room, air conditioned. The space is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is 2 blocks from the Vatican walls, quiet, safe, upscale Prati neighborhood.

This is a lovely hotel. We had the violet suite which was spacious and clean, with a fabulous wet room. The host was very nice and made it easy.

The room was just okay, and the breakfast could be improved. We stayed for four nights, and the cleaning service only involved taking out the trash and changing the toilet paper and shampoo.

What a find this B&B was. Set in quiet but busy residential area about 300 yards from the Vatican.

We visited Rome for 4 days (3 nights) and during that time we stayed in the Capricci Romani BnB. The rooms were very cozy, with nice beds (really enjoyed sleeping there ahaha).

A super nice room inside a charming old building. The entrance is so unique that we—tourists not accustomed to Italian building—took quite a while to find our way in at night.

The three of us were literally there for one night for the Italian Cup Final on May 14-15 this year. It's been a long time since we felt so nicely hosted.

Our host Gabriela was amazing, helping us from the beginning when we made reservation until the end of our trip when she helped us to book bus shuttle and show us where is bus station.

Le Stanze di Orazio was the great! It's very easy to visit the highlights from Rome from here! It's very clean, breakfast was superb and our host Cheryl is a star. She is absolutely the best!

This was an excellent stay for our 25th anniversary! Nice location in calmer neighborhood within walking distance to Castel Sant' Angelo, Vatican Musuem, and great restaurants.

We spent here 6 nights in july 2024. First meeting with Mr. Andrea and Mr. Luca were very pleasant, we had a little "chit-chat" and they told us about hotel and informed about all details.

Such a lovely B&B! My room was really big, with a queen sized bed that was very comfortable and clean.
