Good location, nice staff, great AC, & free internet is fantastic speed. The beds and pillows were a touch on the hard side for my back, but this place is still really great. Like many places in Rome this would not be a good place for handicapped due to accessibility issues and stairs.

They didn’t want to refund the money and even to move the dates. What I was written: “ Unfortunately, from the news we know that from Monday everyone is shutting down for lockdown. We ask you for a refund money for a 5 days in advance at your hotel, due to the situation in your country and capital.
It does not depend on us and we would be happy to come to you and we have already bought plane tickets, but the airline company Ryanair canceled absolutely all flights until May 30, 2021. And until May 30 there is no way to fly to you.
And even if we traveled 1400 km by car or 23 hours by train to you "In addition, for the Easter period, from April 3 to 5, the Italian government approved a comprehensive quarantine closure of the entire country, the AFP agency reported on Friday. According to Prime Minister Mario Draghi, the tightening is necessary because the country is facing another wave of contagion. " We hope that you will refund the money to us and we will be able to come to you later, when everything is normalized at least in your city.
